Marfyr flexes her muscles and the poison fails to fully penetrate her system. With the poison out of her system, the shifter stares straight at the Glabrezu and growls as the demon tries to stun her. She casts the spell aside and lowers her halberd at all of them, "Try that again. I dare you."
With one Glabrezu nearing its death, the battle's off to a great start. What do you do?
Marfyr grins at the injured demon that is encased in the darkness around her. The darkness wouldn't stop her fury. With a roar of anger, she charges forward to the demons. Once in front of them, she downs a potion and wipes her mouth before shouting in their faces, "What? You too chicken to try and attack me?"
(Note: Marfyr has 10 feet of blindsight due to the Blind Fighting Fighting Style (Paladin Class)... So attacks against her are not made with advantage.)

(Then Marfyr would have been able to make an attack against them as per Polearm Master... Also, instead of drinking the potion, Marfyr will begin her assault on the nearest Glabrezu.)
Swinging her large polearm viciously she aims to decapitate one of the monsters as it approaches her. Then she follows up with two deadly strikes against the first creature as her mouth begins to froth with fury. When she takes the first one out with a single strike, she redirects her attacks to the one that she had first struck.
The imps dance around, juggling fire in their hands, throwing it at the heroes and trying to annoy the party as much as possible.
"Oh yes, such fun! We remember the last time we did this, the entire town caught on fire!" one imp giggles, now no longer invisible after last turn's attacks. A horrifying story, in truth. What was a mere prank to devils was a tragedy for the peasants.
Everyone must succeed a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 34 fire damage (on a success you take half)
For my turn I will cast synaptic static. The Glabrezu must make a DC 20 intelligence saving throw or take 21 psychic damage, or half as much damage on a success. They also have muddled thoughts, as described in the spell..

Obsidian dexterity saving throw: 26
Looking at the imps, the monk says "Much have I've enjoyed playing with you overgrown mosquitoes, I need to go check on that other Glabrezu."
He will use step of the wind and feline agility to run past everyone and get to the Glabrezu that is 200 feet away. Obsidian will attack the Glabrezu twice with his quarter staff. Attack 1: Attack: 23 Damage: 14 Attack 2: Attack: 15 Damage: 13
If Obsidian hits with either attack, he will use stunning strike against the Glabrezu (constitution saving throw, DC: 19, or be stunned for one round).
Because he made his saving throw, he will take no damage from the imps fire attack (because of the Monk's evasion ability).
Save: Dice rolls not yet available for this section..

You are already next to Glabrezu's. They took the dash action to go adjacent to you.

slightly messy with the turn. I'll just assume you go after the Glabrezu so I don't have to reroll the attacks.
