Stena stumbles over some dead cows into the tomb with Galingal, hissing a warning to the elf as she moves to get in position. The far right corner of the room is fairly dark, and if she were to climb atop the stone lid, she may be able to get hidden in shadows..
There are sounds of movement, and a figure looms out of the fog, tendrils clinging to its form... it's Kolose.

There are a trio of dead cows strewn about the crypt, the two coffins nearest the entrance have had their lids removed by Galingal and Petmailer, while Galingal is currently looking in the far left coffin, and Stena has retreated to the shadows above the far right coffin. Much of the funerary crockery has been smashed to bits, the faint dusty smell of long dead things is mixed with a more pungent, sharp earthy aroma of cow feces, overlaid by the smell of burnt cow feces from one of the crystals that had exploded into flame that has since declined.
There is a faint grinding sound as Stena clambers atop the stone coffin.
Looking into the coffin, Kolose sees the shrouded skeletal remains, a black stoned ring on a hand, and a tarnished silver necklace set with blue and orange/red stones. A very faint pale blue glow is coming from the mouth of this skeleton. The other two with their tops removed are a bit more lit by remaining crystals, so it is hard to tell from here if they are similarly lit, but a brief close up inspection would show that they are similarly glowing, and in the one to the right of the doorway as you enter, which was a bit more roughly separated from its belongings by Petmailer, a slender, finger-length cloudy crystal has fallen loose, glowing with a pale blue light.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kolose mutters softly as he approaches.
"I think I got the last of the ghosts. At least it seems quiet now. Still, we should retreat soon, the others must be worried sick as to what happened! I'm glad both of you seem alright," he states, before glancing inside.
"Ah, my magical detection spell isn't up again anymore, and I'm not sure I want to redo it just now, but..."
He tries to determine his expert opinion on the arcane: 5
Glowing stuff is always a good indication of possible magic, though nothing about the ring or necklace strike him as being magical in nature. The crystals in the mouths seem to have been placed there, rather than formed on their own like the purple or pink crystals that cropped up other places within the tomb. Magical crystals placed within the mouths of the remains of whoever these folks were, however many thousands of years ago? Worrying at the least.

Kolose points out that the jewelry at least is likely harmless, as for the glowing crystals in their mouths.
"Feels magic, though probably none of the good kind... You may be right. I'm not sure if it's worth the risk trying to pull them out, with how we are as we are right now."
Stena isn't able to make heads or tails of the sound she heard, but Galingal, having heard it as well, looks at the base of the last unopened coffin that Stena is perched upon like an invisible gargoyle, and notes that there are stone rollers built into the floor. He reckons that this coffin could be slid out from the wall, though there's a bit of debris and detritus strewn in front of it that could be easily swept away first.
((It's a STR check to either shift the lid (though Stena's standing on it at the moment) or roll the coffin into the room.))

Galingal ventures back through the fog, calling up, but receiving no answer.
Petmailer has been joined in the tomb foyer by Jimjar, Neth and Lia, who he can see, and the pair of goblins and Fargas, who are still invisible but soon fade back into view.
"Where are the others? Anyone seen them?",Lia asks worriedly.
"Kolose was right behind me, I thought.",Neth says, chewing on his lower lip.
Stena wagers that if they were to carefully butcher well away from the inflamed and suppurating flesh where the undead clawed at the cows, it ought to be edible, but she does recall that at least one went down at her hand on the other side of the fog, and may provided cleaner eating. Unless they plan on camping here long term, there may not be time to process more many of the carcasses before they spoil.

Kolose glances in one last time, before heading back to the staircase.
"I should head up. I said I was going to come up right after them, and only reason I did not was because I dealt with the ghosts, and I was worried the both of you may have been... Well..."
He trails off, and then starts clambering the stairs as fast as an old man can do so.
Petmailer hears this and strains to look down the stairs. He starts to slowly walk down, pausing periodically to look for any arrows that he can find. When he reaches the bottom and sees the cow carcasses, he shakes his head, taking in the odd situation. He bends down and continues to gather any arrows that he can find, then walks forward to join Galingal and Stena. “My arrows, they seemed to do nothing to them! How did you.. how did you survive? One went through me and nearly killed me in one blow. Did you kill them, or did they just - vanish?” Petmailer bends over, grabbing his knees, no visible mark of damage on him, but he looks like he is on the edge of collapsing.
“What now?”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Folks up top couldn't hear Galingal, but Kolose soon makes his way up the stairs to fill folks in on the eventual success against the undead. There is some debate among the NPCs as to the wisdom of returning vs continuing to flee, but the promise of riches, and that the undead are defeated turns the tides.
Petmailer looks for spent arrows, but any shot in the stairwell were only slightly slowed by undead forms before shattering or splintering on nearby stone walls. Possible that some shot into the fog filled room may have come to rest safely, and ones shot into cows may still be good, but there are just bits and pieces.
As Petmailer feels himself, places where the undead swiped through him are tender to the touch, and if he were to remove layers of clothing to look at it, the skin is discolored and warm to the touch. However, it seems he fared better than some of the cows in the room with four coffins, after making his way into the tomb where Galingal is examining the far right coffin, the only one with the lid still intact. He doesn't see Stena, but Kolose surely would have said if she'd fallen...

Galingal looks at the state of Petmailer when he arrives and thinks about Stena’s asking for help. When he sees the others arrive he nods at the state they’re in. The group likely wouldn’t survive another encounter like that.
”They seem more hurt by magic. And their power is similar to the Queen’s, which hurts my kind less.” Galingal says. “I’m not much of a healer. I can harness some power but to heal everyone will drain me and will need rest before fighting more of these ghosts.”
(Gal can use his five remaining spell slots to heal the injured party members, including Neth and Lia and himself but it won’t be a lot and should probably still get a long rest in before moving that coffin).

Stena moves to head into those shadows.
Galingal turns when Kolose appears.
"Come here," Galingal says, gesturing for the old wizard to join him at the coffin.
He points inside, indicating the ring, necklace, and blue glow in the mouth of the corpse inside.
"Magic?" Galingal asks.
While Kolose takes a look, Galingal stands guard for the return of the ghosts.

Galingal nods and scoops up the ring and necklace and slips them into his pack for later. "Might at least buy us supplies."
He looks a the crystals in the mouths for a moment longer.
"Maybe those are why they were ghosts."
Before picking up the crystals, Galingal searches the rest of the room for any other doorways or secret panels that might hide real treasure.

"Let the cowards worry."

"What? What are ye looking at?"
If pointed out, Stena will help move the coffin.
"We should open it too."
Galingal does indicate the rollers to Stena.
"Should have others here before move it," Galingal suggests, not adding that the more fodder around the better.
He goes to the doorway and calls up towards the stairs.
"All clear. Get down here."
Stena will go examine a cow while they wait.
Survival?: 8
If it looks normal she'll ask,
"Ye have any way to dry or smoke meat?"
To Kolose and Galingal.

She pokes at some of the swollen flesh where the cow was attacked.
