Sunny lands hard attempting to roll and reduce some of the damage but due to the height still took a decent amount of damage. She looks around quickly to see how Chewy faired then to Sweeps as he speaks briefly then everything goes quiet and nods moving quickly after him. Checking that Sylvio is with them enough to see where they are headed.
@DM thank you! for the insp announce before or may we use it for a reroll (second roll to account for the adv) after?

Sylvio misjudged the height and lands hard but as he managed to avoid getting touched in the mansion, he pushes onward. As he lands, Sylvio straightens up and pulls the hood of his cloak up and begins looking for a place to hide and an exit.
When Sweeps gives a direction he will gladly follow along on the shadows sneaking away as the other two attempt the same.
Activating the cloak of elvenkind: Wisdom (Perception) checks made to see you have disadvantage. and you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide, as the cloak's color shifts to camouflage you. Pulling the hood up or down requires an action.
Sunny pauses briefly as she was sure Sylvio was behind her, then sees a shadow shift nearby and his white eyes looking back at her. Grinning she turns and follows Sweeps at a dash but as stealthily as possible.
As they hit the ground, Sweeps, Sunny and Sylvio are fast to raise to their feet. The genasi calls upon the arcane essence of his lineage to cast the spell Pass Without a Trace and an ever so subtle wave of shadows start pulsating from his body, dimming the light around both him and his companions. The elf, activating his cloak, blending in the surrounding colors, disappearing so completely that the very gods would have difficulty finding him. The tortle too starts to move stealthy, but is her keen senses that deserve praise. Out of the three she is the first to notice that not far from the place of their fall a group of soldiers is standing. They are guarding the entrance to the mansion and failed to notice their fall.
Sunny is also the only one to notice the many sounds coming in the direction of the entrance gates of the vila. The song of metal and hurried steps - if the runaways intended to leave the Gundwynd state they would need to find another way of brave more men-at-arms and this time it would be even harder to reason, after all they did run after being found. She also notices that Chewy is completely unscathed.
On the hallway to the room, Gabriel and Amadi are in shackles. The aasimar hear two or three soldiers running at the orders of their commander then stopping. A cracking sound then follows before the leading men speaks.
“Enter when the smoke clears.” What smoke Bryte did not know. Poison gas? Some paralyzing smoke? Maybe a sleeping inducing drug? He had no way to know.
Brightflame focuses his senses on the soldiers, now lifting both him as his fellow. Immediately the warrior cleric recognizes their expressions. Bleak, focused, steeled. That was the expression a men wore when fighting to the death. Those soldiers wouldn’t simply detain the duo. They were ready and decided to kill.
“Now!” Says one of the soldiers, entering the room. Another four following him close behind and more coming from the stairways. “Room’s clear. On fire, but clear.”
“Get some water, then!” Says the apparent commander. “You, get those two into the stables and have the cart prepared. Everyone else, form a search party!”

The S-trio needs to find a way out of the villa while the Good-boys are being walked from the hallway. @Everyone, what will you do?
@Gunner, the S-trio jumped outside of the mansion but are still inside the villa. City Secrets have no effect there. Also, make me a Stealth Check +10 (Pass Without a Trace). @Jynne, roll me a stealth check for Chewyn, with disadvantage given his armor and +10 because Pass Without a Trace. @Paladin, make me a History check.
Gabriel studies the soldiers and their commanders as closely as possible without being obviously attentive. He searches for signs that they are either working to a well-drilled and rehearsed setup, or dealing with a new and unexpected situation. Do any seem nervous or unsure, do the leaders hesitate before issuing commands?
Sweeps is dismayed to discover they are still on the villa grounds; he had hoped the window overlooked an alleyway or other area outside the estate. He is even more dismayed to see the group of guards blocking the main entrance. They would have to find another way out,
He attempts to hide in the shadows and looks around the courtyard, searching for another way out of the villa or an opportunity to slip past the guards at the gate.
@DM Also please note Chewy's passive Perception is 16 as is Sunny's. She'd remove his armor, but that would likely make more noise than wearing it. If she thinks she could remove it quietly and just leave it there, she will do so.
As Sweeps looks around the courtyard, he focuses on the area to the North, looking at the wall between the mansion they just left and the building next to it. Trying to determine if the wall could be climbed, the purpose of the building next to the mansion, or if there was another place to hide nearby.
As the guards start escorting Gabriel and Amadi down the stairs, the aasimar studies their expression, looking for any sign of unrest or hesitation. He catches the face of two or three men and can read in them signs of surprise, of varying degrees, from raised eyebrows to wrinkles across foreheads, but no sign of doubt. These troops were clearly trained to deal with many an unexpected circumstance and although no one could have anticipated what passed there - the sigil, the spell, the battle and the death of Bertha - the soldiers were prepared to deal with circumstances at least similar.
More worrying and much like Shadeflame before him, Bryte recognize in their captors the expression of a warrior decided to fight until death, even if they were not fighting. That, he knows, can have a single meaning. Those men were intent into killing both him and the cleric of Gond.
By the ground the group made out of Sylvio, Sunny and Sweeps find a hiding spot amongst the tress and bushes of the villa. In the distance the trio can see guards at the entrance of the mansion, looking in their general direction and failing to notice any of them. The barbarian tries to find a way out, but he cannot see any kind of exit. The state is massive, after all and he can only hear the commotion in the direction of the gate through which the five of them entered before. The rogue asks the tortle and the genasi if there is another way out, which is almost strange, because he is so well camouflaged that his companions basically just hear his voice coming from what appears to be thing air.
Maybe it was the question, but Sweeps tried a different angle. He looks at the walls around the terrain. Well cut stones, stacked over twenty feet high, far enough from any building or tree so that if one were to try climbing them a grappling hook would be indispensable. Distraught he tries to identify the closest building and after a moment the genasi is sure that it is a manège - a enclosed area to the training of horses and riders. He had worked in more than a few of those and this one seemed to be empty.

Gabriel, concerned about the intent he sees in the eyes of the guards, addresses the leader: "We are appointed by the Lords and our mission is authorised by Captain Araumur Ironwood. Fetch the relevant authorities and we shall clear up this misunderstanding"
Sunny whispers to Sweeps, "Is there a sewer system in this area?" Nobles always seem to have luxuries like that. "Otherwise that menage looks like a good place to hide and watch to see where they are taking the others?"
Gabriel’s words, reasonable and fair, were met with a fist coated in in steel. One of the guards guiding him and Amadi down the stairs punched the aasimar in the face. No warning, no hesitation, it was a methodical act, almost automatic. The prisoner took an action with told not to and was punished with the promised strength.
“The only relevant authority here is that of House Gundwynd and you are already under it.” The guard said as they reached the ground floor, not even looking at Bryte’s eyes. “We will clear the misunderstanding, if there is any, the way we see fit and you keep your mouth shut or the next time there will be more strength.”
Outside of the mansion Sunny thinks about the area. Maybe it was the instinct of her race, to travel, to explore the unknown and brave the unexpected. Maybe it was because she, much like anyone in Waterdeep, heard at least once or twice about the large sewer network that rand below the City of Splendors. A fetid place, full of waste and more than a few rumors even more putrid. Either she considered if there was no place connecting the Villa with the gutter and if such place was not their much needed escape.
Luckly for the tortle, she just so happened to be accompanied by a member of the guild that dealt with cleaning the Crown of the North, including the culverts, the Dungsweepers’ Guild. Sweeps had heard more than most about those subterranean tunnels and was sure that thought the Gundwynd state state they could find more than one entrance into them. Hells, with his knowledge of the streets maybe the genasi could even guide his newfound friends through the ground into a safe area. From there, away from any guards, it would be easy to reach the Field Ward or even the port, like Gabriel had suggested when mentioned Wa and… He was sure there was another place the winged men mentioned, but for the life of him, the Barbarian could not remember the name.

Amadi drew concerned at the actions of the guards. He had been convinced that they would be handed over to the city watch and tried for murder. They would be given the opportunity to a fair trial. But it seems perhaps he has misinterpreted and made a possible grave error.
He then speaks telepathically to Gabriel. His face remains impassive and their would seem to him no way for the guards to know what he is doing
Do not react, It is Amadi, I can speak to you in your mind but you cannot speak back. Had these guards wanted they could have killed us and blamed the murder of Bertha on us and been done with it. The City Watch would not stand in their way. But they do not appear to be turning us over to the Watch but taking us to the stable. The Gundwynd family may not be so innocent. If Shar is involved perhaps these children were part of a sacrifice to her. We have been wrapped up in things greater than just the murder of children. We must seek a way to sow doubt in these guards. They are following orders but were surprised we were not sent to the Watch. An opportunity to escape must be found.
Amadi did his best to study the leader, the orders he gave and what type of man he seemed to be. Was this the man truly in charge and the guards were just following orders or is there another?

Sweeps looks and determines that scaling the wall would be difficult, especially in his weakened condition and without the appropriate tools. It would also leave them exposed to anyone in the courtyard. Luckily, Sunny provided some inspiration when she points out the manege and asks about the possibility of using the sewers to escape.
“Great ideas”Sweeps whispers to the Tortle, “we need to get out of this courtyard and should be able to locate an entrance nearby. And once we find out where the others are being hello we can try to free them, maybe the guards will be less vigilant when they are secured.”
He takes another look around the courtyard, looking for any sign of sewer connections on the property and then attempts to sneak into the manege for a better hiding space.
As you try to collect what you know about the sewers network, Sweeps, you remember of Gandpa Soren. One of the six senior members of the Dungsweepers’ Guild and undeniably the oldest human in the guild. A skinny, short old man with smooth hair and a scruffy mustache Folk in the guild like to say that he there is no place in Waterdeep in which he did not work at some point and he certainly seemed to have a history about every part of the Crown of the North. You have long since lost the count of how many times you went to Muleskull Tavern just to find him by the bar, telling of when he went to clean the castle or the villas of some noble. Or the gutters.
From all these histories you could piece together that every larger propriety in the city is connected to the sewers. Mansions and palaces, especially, are connected to it in at very least three locations - the back of the main house, the barracks and the stables. Not only that, but looking at your surroundings, you take that it wouldn’t be difficult to the back of the mansion going through the manège, but the chances of meeting guards there now where high to say the very least.
