Sunny faces the demon, though it may not be a true one, it's been hers since near the start of this quest. Hoping that she has nothing to fear from its gaze directly, she tries to stand to her full height of 5'10' and bulk of 450 lbs to confront the creature. "You have terrorized these people long enough, we do not fear you! You prey on those you consider weak and vulnerable, now see your mistake. Who conjured you forth?" She shows as little signs of the effects of the nausea and weakness as she can, trying to initimidate her foe, even if only with her words.
Sunny Con save Vs DC 15 17
She does not waste an action on an intimidation attempt (her attack has passed). She is only trying to show strength in the face of these creatures, and encourage her friends and not dissuade Chewy from his assistance of Gabriel.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Initiative Order:
Sylvio
Gabriel
Amadi
Sunny
Kotoribako Incarnate
Sweeps
Undead II
Undead III
Undead IV
Chain humanoid
With ire and determination, Sunny resists the influence of the curse. he pushes it away with her will alone. Sweeps, at the same time, regrets the loss of his pray and showers his fury on the closest enemy standing. His strikes are devastating and send parts and pieces of the mound of corpses flying. It’s integrity falling apart. The putrid smell of death becomes once again unbearable on its vicinity.
Recognizing the barbarian as the greater threat, after all he was the one inflicting the most damage, the exanimate rises its arms and slam the against his greatest aggressor. The third zombie pierces its misshapen form, its limb made of limbs sinking deeper and deeper, before starting to pull. The sound of bones breaking and flesh tearing cuts through the air like steel. Sickening on itself. Rotten ichor falls into the ground as if it was vomit and from this grotesque spectacle the undying brings forth a piece of itself. Very much like the now defeated undead made with Sylvio, this second one launches the decomposing mass at the earth genasi.
The last of the huge entities, until them locked away from combat by the presence of its own allies, set its sights in Gabriel and advances towards the aasimar as a starved beast stalking prey. Only when close to Bryte it mimics its allies, launching a tomb of flesh against the flying adventurer. Closer behind came the chained figure that still does not attack.
Notes: I have updated the map in the Roll20 game. The purple rectangle represents the overall area fro where most of the characters saw the crow come. In case of doubt, as always, feel free to as in the OOC chat.
@Everyone, all the attacks hit and the Undead II is looking rough. @Paladin, @Jynne and @Gunner, roll me a Constitution Save Throw (DC14). @Gunner roll me a Strength Save Throw (DC 16) with advantage (because of Rage). If you fail you are restrained and take 20 bludgeoning damage. @Gruba, roll me a Strength Save Throw (DC 16). If you fail you are restrained and take 24 bludgeoning damage. @Althax, @Gruba and @Paladin, you may post your respective turns now. The actions will happen in initiative order.
Amadi grins at Sweeps as he shakes sludge and ichor of the now dead creature off of his hammer and looks around.
Seeing the crow he moves towards it and brings his hammer down on the crow to try and defeat it one more time. If it is defeated he'll move to the undead south of him.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sylvio charges forward and moves into position next to the crow and the southern most creature. With his first attack he flourishes his scimitar and it begins shaking with booming energy. He slices at the crow 26 and inflicts 10 slicing damage and 5 booming energy and 9 sneak attack damage.
He then pivots and strikes at the creature just to the south of the crow 20 for 3 piercing damage.
Completing his onslaught, Sylvio uses his quick footwork to rush back to relative safety where he plans his next strike.
Sweeps pushes piece of undeath away with a movement of his free arm but he fails to resist the foul stench emanating from the closest zombie. A fate shared by Sunny. Their bodies start to feel heavy, sluggish and warm, as if taken by a sudden fever. Amadi, manages to resist the invisble miasma and noticing the imminence of the kotoribako incarnate attacking the tortle, advances. Enlarged by the rune magic of the giantkin, the cleric fighter smites the curse with his hammer. The creature, if one could call it so, explodes in shadows and dark feathers. Its offensive negated by the disciple of Gond.
Further away, Gabriel has worse luck than the barbarian. At first he is certain to be hit by the fleshy mess throwed against him, then time seems to stop. Adrenaline running in his veins, inspiring every cell of his body, making the aasimar watch the world as if in slow motion. His reaction becomes faster, fueled by sheer instinct, the will to survive. For a moment it seems like he will succeed, but in the end Bryte is but an instant too slow. Decaying muscle surrounds his body, entombing him mid hair and bring him down to the ground. The fall is amortized by the very thing that caused it and he can feel a crushing force pressuring his bones. And experience that Sylvio would know very well.
The rogue advances, initially focused on defeating the winged enemy, but with vanished under the weight of Anvilfist, he turns his attention towards the undead more at south. His strikes are swift and precise, breaking further apart the already visibly reduced integrity of the mound of corpses. It is now almost collapsing.

@Everyone, all the attacks hit and the Undead II is looking really rough (barely 2 digits remaining on HP). @Jynne and @Gunner, your characters are poisoned and take 11 poison damage. @Gruba, it is now Gabriel'sturn. He fails his save by 1, taking 24 bludgeoning damage, becoming restrained and falls to the ground. Because the flesh entombing his body he now has total cover from any effects and takes no fall damage. Because this happened with Sylvio before Gabriel would know that: there is no saving throw to end the restrain, but he can attack the flesh entombing him, becoming free after killing it.
(allowing for Chewy to join battle per below - noting as usually he's off limits)
@DM (also see my PM) Per Sunny's last order to Chewy - he is to aid Gabriel. He can't do that in Gabriel's present state so would attack the stuff encasing Gabriel if DM allows this to be a reasonable interpretation of orders.
It was rather ironic, but the very attack that made Gabriel fall shielded him from the impact to the ground. Knowing how Sylvio had freed himself from the same situation, the aasimar goes in the offensive he can. Channeling his pact, the celestial energy of his guide, he releases an Eldritch Blast. The extreme proximity with his target making it difficult to hit. One of the rays of energy goes astray, but the other cinders the putrid flesh.
Heeding Sunny’s command Chewy tries to offer his help, attacking Bryte’s undead prison. The mastiff lunges forward and start to sink his fangs on the putrid flesh. The stench inspires a feeling of sickness and takes the strength of his mandibulae. The bite end not being enough to cause damage, but at least the beast feels that he can now tolerate his target’s smell.
While this frenzy ensues the beastmaster feels the feverish sensation fade away from her body. Suddenly her muscles feel light again, as if the miasma from the closest zombie never affected her.

@Everyone, the flesh entombing Gabriel looks to be almost melting. @Paladin, it is now Amadi's turn. @Jynne Sunny is no longer poisoned and her turn is after Amadi's. Also, that nat 1 hurt.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Amadi is pleased as he strikes the crow down. For the moment at least a reprieve from its relentless attacks. Seeing the chance he attacks the undead II hoping to crush it beneath his hammer. If it falls dead he'll move 30 feet towards where Gabriel is in trouble.
Feeling relieved that the Poison was only temporary, Sunny regains some of her focus trying to sense if the ache in her gut may tell her the main source of the pain.

Attack: 17 Damage: 18
(Gabriel is 30ft up, is this a ranged attack?)
Sweeps Strength Save: 21.
Con Save: 28.
Sweeps pulls the thrown rotten flesh off of himself with ease, but the foul stench of the gore and decaying flesh fills the air around him.

Frantically trying to break free of the dead flesh entombing him, Gabriel fires two beams of eldritch energy into the mass.
(At disadvantage because restrained)
Beam 1 Attack: 16 Damage: 7 force damage
Beam 2 Attack: 7 Damage: 4 force damage
The first beam to hit (if any) does an extra 5 radiant damage.
(Radiant Souls has been up for 3/10 turns)
When he is able...Chewy turns to see the target of his orders suddenly enveloped in a mass of decay and flesh and rushes to Gabriel's aid.
