Eldin and Viator enter the arena opposite Josias and Klong. Viator wears a very fancy new cloak. Eldin is decked in a new Chestplate of blackened steel, and his shield has become more intricate. Josias has completed has armor with full plate. Klong, well, Klong grins from ear to ear with pockets full of interesting new and unseen tricks.

"This evening some crowd favorites, oft allied, never strangers... Marching to the beat of his own drum, undefeated! Champion of the arena! Klong the Banger!"

"Aiding the Giant, the local boy, heavy with steel! Josias Great Lance!"

"Facing these two, the up and coming, power house, riding the wind! Viator Vir!"

"Accompanied by a Cleric of a very different order. Son of darkness! Eldin!"

The competitors return to their starting rooms

"This will be a fantastic match!"

Garrock walks in after a night of heavy drinking. He sets up his table and starts going over the odds. He notices some wins needed to be added to the leader board. He squints his eyes and decides to never drink that much again. He promises himself as he orders an ale. He opens the table up as he continues his work. 

"Make your line bets, straight vig, or toasties for the evening bouts. If it has value, it can make a bet. One up on the draw, come on boys an gals, you ain't gettin' any richer just sitting there!" 

((OOG I will have new stats and the odds table up soon. I have been busy at work and I have two other PbP's that are in their final encounters. Once those two are down I should be able to put more effort an attention into being the bookie y'all deserve :P Shortening my PbP's to 2 after those are done, so I will be in here and Tieflings of Annihilation :) ))

Garrock takes the bets, separating the vig from the payout in his lockbox. Today was looking well. He realizes it's getting towards the end of the day. Maybe that catnap did through off his timing, so it wasn't morning...but it was still betting hour. 

"Viator is looking mighty fine as of late, a heavy favorite in me eyes. No one has better odds in this Arena than Viator, well, except Klong. Monster that one. Wouldn't want to be on the end of that stick. Eldin hasn't had it easy, odds are low in Eldin's favor. But wildcard that Eldin is, 5:1 with Viator being a clean 3:1. The team of them will be 4:1. Good luck to ye, ser!"

(your using vig wrong, the vig is your commission not theirs.also can be known as juice. i think you might be thinking of a push or a layoff. )

"the odds for Josias and the other?" you'll hear the tortel speak up for the first time in awhile as he has been intently watching the fighting.
