(If only the Goliath powerful build feature made it so goliaths were considered one size larger for grapples as well, since then Ganathor could pop that potion of growth and grapple the worm.)

(A level 14 Giant Soul Goliath Sorcerer could do that... not many other possibilities for pulling that off though. :<)

(Well with that any medium size PC can pull it off by becoming Huge, but I want that size discrepancy to really show)

(And actually Ganathor probably has a pretty good shot at grappling the thing, if he could make the attempt. The worm probably has a +9 or +10 str, while Ganathor has a +7 athletics due to expertise, and he would have advantage from the potion)

OOC: I'd imagine that they're safe, since Disintegrate doesn't target the objects that the creature is carrying.

(OOC so are we supposed to imagine the last meals of all the disintegrated monsters slip out in front of the hero’s feet? How far down the digestive system does that work for? Is there now a mountain of worm shit outside the coliseum?)

OOC: Well Disintegrate only targets one creature. I imagine that it wouldn't disintegrate the extra undigested creatures in there.

(Once they're considered part of the creature, they would also be disintegrated. But since our heroes are still alive and separate, they live)
