“Well we could, or just go up and knock on the front door? Actually, not sure if this will work or not, but let me give it a shot.”
She takes a moment, looking around for a squirrel or mouse in the area (if DM oks that she found one) she leans down and asks it, “I hope you can understand what I am asking, are the people that live here friendly? Are they good? If so, can you lead me towards the door? If not, just stay put. Thank you so much for your help.”
Sandre exchanges uncomfortable glances with his fellow Knights. "We will wait here for you. We are forbidden by orders of Captain Caradoon herself not to enter the monastery. I do not know why but the importance of this order was stressed to us. Do you have a way to signal us if you are in trouble?"
Ankita finds a squirrel easily, looking at her from a tree with fascination. As she talks to it, the squirrel hops down and runs up her leg to her shoulder, across the back of her neck, and back down the other side. It then starts bounding away to the west side of the building, pausing after about 50 feet to look back at her.
Ankita giggles, funny sight coming from the large blue firbolg, as the squirrel parades around her body. Half laughing she responds to Sandre, "I do not really have a way to signal? Not sure if anyone else does, but it is quiet here, I suppose if you hear a scuffle?"
"Well!"exclaiming after the squirrel looks as if it is waiting for them, "Shall we?"and she starts after the squirrel.
Olaerys walks up to the front door of the monastery and knocks on it, looking inside. “Hello there! We are travelers and we arrived at your doorstep, is there anyone there?” He looks back at his companions and winks.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Olaerys (alone at the door and blocking the view of anything else outside) looks at the female face behind the door and he breaks into a broad grin. "Hi! My name is Olaerys and ... ummm, well this is embarrassing. You see, I got a little lost. I'm a new member of the Knights of Samular and I got separated from my group. I'm trying to find my way to the Summit Hall. Is it nearby? Please don't tell anyone, I don't want to be kicked out for losing my way. Can you just.. can you just point which way I should go? Have you seen anyone travellingaround here lately? I hope I haven't missed them...."

Olaerys looks behind him quickly and then smiles, scratching his head, he strikes a pose of holding his hand under his chin, holding his arm out toward the sun, like he’s getting his bearings.
The monk looks on in utter confusion, trying to assess just what the hell is happening.
"The Knights of Samular? You mean, like those guys, right there, with their tabard on their chest, waving at me? Secondly, why is the giant Firbolg trying to hide behind the little guy who's trying to hide behind... A squirrel? I don't know how stupid you think we are but the abbess doesn’t allow visitors to disturb our meditations. Please leave, and may Loviatar have mercy on your moronic souls."
She pointedly slams the shutter shut.
The squirrel looks at Ankita pointedly and you could swear it shrugs in a distinct 'wtf' manner.
Between snickers, Shrek manages to add "Monks suppose to be serious. Me no think these are real monks. Should friends try sneaky sneaky back door to get in?"
Olaerys ignores the snickers in the background, gathers himself as best he can and turns abruptly away from the door, exits stage left. He walks over to Ankita and Shrek and says, “I couldn’t concentrate with you guys laughing behind me. I bet they feel like I was pulling a prank. Oh well. Where is this squirrel?” He looks and spots it, says “Well? We’re waiting…”

(Yes, they are. Olaerys abandons sneaking plan.)
”Let’s come along then, to the front door.”

OOC: @JorvikDave, does Melchor have any magical means of alerting the knights that we’re in need of their help?

The squirrel 🐿️ appears confused as Olaerys knocks at the front door; it appears to have been leading you somewhere else.
After about a minute, a small panel in the front door opens, and a serene female face peers at you. “Yes? What do you want?”
Olaerys (alone at the door and blocking the view of anything else outside) looks at the female face behind the door and he breaks into a broad grin. "Hi!
