“Maybe we should search what is east of here. We need a spot to rest and recover before we handle anything that may be blocking the exit.” He looks over the Sandre and Petra, trying to gauge their health and stamina, “How do you feel, are you able to carry on? We do need to get out of here, but a brief rest to bind our wounds might be helpful.”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Sandre is about to speak but Petra speaks up before he can.
"We have exhausted our ability to help. I'm sorry we cannot continue but with the prisoners freed we must get back to the Keep to figure out what is going on and how much they knew about Renwick."
“Let’s try to find a spot to briefly rest, then perhaps you could lead these people out of this place. We will be following shortly behind you. We’ve got to get by those guarding the front door. I would like to search for this Hellenrae’s chambers or office, there may be more valuable information there for us to use. Anyone else have a suggestion? Shrek get your finger out of your nose. I’m certainly not shaking your hand any time soon….”

Standing amongst the crowd of former prisoners, you can hear a popping noise when Shrek removes his finger buried deeply within his nose. Chastened, he wipes it on his cloak, and announces "Shrek guard you'se guyses when you rest!" He'll walk down the hall to the south a few paces, put his ear to the door (of that square shaped room with the square rug in the middle) and listen for any noises on the other side (Perception: 13), and if hearing none, he'll open the door and whisper "Come, let's rest in here!".
Ankita thanks Shrek and heads into the room. Finding a little corner, she sits down and enjoys the rest for the short while. A little nervous about the minotaurs they might have to find next.
Randall shifts back and forth, anxious about staying in this place, knowing what is below. "For what it's worth, I vote we cut out of here while we still can. We need to help the knights past those Ogres anyway. "

Melchor nods in agreement. 'We can always return when we're better prepared - I doubt they'll make headway against the lich in the meantime. We should be able to rout the ogres by the kitchen entrance with the use of Hellenrae's head, if we play it right...'
Ankita and Shrek enter what is clearly a dojo. Straw mats cover the floor of this large exercise room, and wooden racks along the walls hold quarterstaffs, polearms, and various weapons commonly associated with martial arts. Doors exit to the north and the east. A triangular symbol is carved into the center of the room’s western wall.
A huge grin appears on Shrek's face when he steps into the dojo and espies the vast armory of 'toys'. He pokes his head out of the room and whispers to everyone else "Guyses! Hey guyses! Come in here! Lot's of cool stuff to use. Good place to rest!"
Olaerys goes over to Petra and Sandre, and the captives as well. “Come with us, rest for a short bit in this place, you need to gather your strength before we leave. In case we need to fight anything else before we leave. Then we will get these people out of here. I would like to find Hellenrae’s quarters and search it, to gather more information and evidence, but we all need to leave this place, I agree with Randall. Come, come in here and rest, you need it. By the way, when you entered that room, which door did Hellenrae walk through? I wonder where her quarters are.”
(Short rest here?)

Sandre points down the stairs. "She came through the broken door at the bottom of the stairs we just ascended. Her quarters must be close but Petra and I must continue on. Would you help us get out first?"

Olaerys takes the opportunity for a short rest. He binds his wounds and encourages Sandre and Petra to do the same. “We’ll get you out of here. Let’s get ready.”

Ankita is happy they are deciding to rest as she sits against the wall. She hopes there isn't much resistance to get the knights out of here, they have gone above and beyond and they almost lost Petra.

Shrek guards the door that they entered through to get to this dojo, proudly standing at attention as the rest of the group relaxes. But of course, the big oaf catches himself nodding off a few times more than he'd like to admit.
Melchor guards the rest of his colleagues while they rest, since he's uninjured so far, having Glimmer searching the nearby area to prevent an ambush...

Sandre and Petra both take advantage of the break.
"Thank you friends. We will take care of the prisoners once we are free from this place"

Glimmer flies east and then south, along the outside of the room you are currently in. Through her eyes you see an imposing looking door to the north, old oak, with intricate decorative carvings in it. To the south is a standard wood door, reinforced with iron bands.
She the flies west/south/west, coming up to the door leading to the main hall where the Minotaur was. There are also 2 doors leading south along that corridor
Randall doesn't need a rest. He spends his time keeping watch, while also assisting Petra and Sandre in binding their own wounds and resecuring their armor.
When the group is ready to move, Randall asks for a plan. "Do we go for the Ogres? That single minotaur yesterday nearly did Olaerys in with one charge. I'd rather not have to face two at once."

You are by the stairs beneath the white square
Shrek whispers to the rest of the team "Friends should leave building and bring delly-gashion home?" as he points south down the hallway.
