Morgram wants to end this fight. He feels like he can't access to his KI anymore. He's already exhausted himself too much in this Rough Night. He continues to focus on the eye, hoping to help talon. He strikes first with his Staff. After that he do an uppercut strike with is fist
Attack: 10 Damage: 5
Attack: 24 Damage: 5
Morgrams staff attack also finds the creatures tough exoskeleton. The staff vibrating in his hands as it hits the stony plating. The beholder spins towards Morgram just in time to see him winding up a punch. Morgram swings hard and connects with the beholders jaw. Several of the creatures teeth fly out of its mouth along with a dark, viscous liquid.
Not to be outdone by Krunchy, Rey grasps his great axe with both hands and swings at the beholder. His axes blade finds an exposed area of the creature and sinks deep into the beholders side. The beholder screams and the dark blood spews from it's mouth. The beholder drops to half the height it had been floating at before, streams of ichor rolling off it's body and onto the floor the stench is becoming unbearable.
Rey has managed to become it's favorite person again!
Talon continues to remain gripped by the creatures magiks, and cannot move.
Another Vicious Mockery. You know the deal. DC 15 for the ST.
Beholder Save: 11
Damage: 2
The beholder, although not understanding what Val is saying, is suddenly overcome with depression. Memories of its previous life washed over its thoughts like waves across a beach. It realizes that it never really knew it’s parents, and that failure had dogged him his entire life and death. His eyestalks were never as large as the other beholders, and one never seems to hit its mark.
OOC: I think Morgram gets to add crit damage, unless I missed it somewhere. Doing my turn in the meantime.
Krunchy, determined to land ONE blow on the Beholder, again takes his tenderizer with both hands (losing 2 AC from shield, but turning it into 1d10) and holds it over his head. He swings it straight downward attempting to burst the Beholder like a watermelon exploding at a Gallagher show.
Attack: 21
Damage: 7

Ooc: like i Said Last Time krunch if you use the roll dice from here and choose attack the crit dmg is automaticly added 😀 it was a 2 and a 1 (you can use it to, so you dont need to edit your Post, its a great Tool)
ooc: oh you mean use the Combat tab when using the dice roller? I didn't understand what you meant before. I'll try that next time. Still makes me not like the 5e crit mechanic when rolling a natural 20 only nets an extra damage die. I would think having guaranteed max damage plus an extra die would be better, but what do I know...basically if I rolled 1s on both dice then my crit would have only been 6 total...kind of pathetic.

Seeing that her attacks aren't hitting home, Ban stows her short sword, slamming it home in it's sheath without buttoning it up. In the same motion, she retrieves a fist-sized clay flask from her right-side pouch. She lobs it up in the air, underhanded, in an attempt to break it over the sodden beholder's head.

Ooc: (It's an oil flask. By using my action to throw it, the improvised weapon covers the creature [if it hits] in oil. If the target takes any fire damage before the oil dries (after 1 minute), the target takes an additional 5 fire damage from the burning oil. If lit, the oil burns for 2 rounds and deals 5 fire damage. A creature can take this damage only once per turn.)
"I fought a bunch of orcs and goblins today, went down twice. Found out a shapeshifter lied to us, and now you're here. Can't you just die?" Attentive people notice that Morgram has lost his tranquillity. Not much remains of his balance. His hits are not focused anymore and seems to lack of finesse.
OOC: Always hitting with my unarmed attacks (with minimal damage roll) but not with the staff :/ Not my fight!
Seeing the likable Dwarf lose heart is too much to bare.
Rey throws down his axe, claps his paws together and rubs them in a circular motion with a menacing grin. "HEY, Morgram! Check this one out! You don't have to be graceful! I'd say I'm the Ying to your Yang!" He would like to attempt to grab a few of the eye stalks and swing the beholder around into the cave wall -OR- (preferably) the fire the orcs had going.

Wisdom Saving Throw: 13
Morgram looks for the first time in the Eyes of this Abomination. And after loosing its focus over his soul he also loosing his mind over his fear. Did the Monster look like that all the time? How can we win against something like that? A shiver goes down his spine and he starts shaking.
OOC: Sorry Morgram, I'm afraid this probably invalidates your turn. Just about everyone took their turn in advance of the Beholders turn ( which is cool, but means some things have to happen retroactively.)
The group sees Morgrams eyes haze over in a yellow glow. Morgram raises his hands defensively and his breathing becomes shallow as he slowly backs away from the beholder.
Xander will take his crossbow that he reloaded and fire at The Beholder.
Hit: 21
Damage:7
Despite the chaos that's happening around him, Xander takes careful aim... and fires. The crossbow bolt streaks through the air, impaling the large eye of the beholder. The bulbous eye ripples as the internal fluid spews out of the wound. The creature screams and begins to back away into the cave!
OOC: Rey's up next!
"Aye! Don't forget about me! I'ma have you on my wall soon enough!"
Reckkess Attack: 11 Damage: 7
