Glugrug readily follows the deep gnome, moving down into the hole. He also investigates the wine and the surrounding area, trying to get a better sense of what is going on here. He seems a bit on edge, worried that a nasty worm or something else might come after them at any time.
When Jerick drops down into the hole he finds himself in the cellars beneath the mansion. He sees casks and bottles of wine stacked lining the walls of this damp and dirty cellar. Several of the casks have been broken into pouring their contents all over the ground. The pungent wine forms pools of red around the room.
However, Jerick is not alone down here two large monstrous creatures lurk down in the darkness. They are long and cylindrical in shape. One end end finishes into a pointed tail, whilst the other has a large circular mouth filled with rows of sharp teeth. The creatures feast on a pile of mangled bodies. There seems to be a total of twelve different bodies all dressed in fine clothing and wearing masks. These must be what remains of guests of the masquerade guests.
Behind the worms is a blood-stained tunnel in the wall the leads up into the manor. Providing another way in and out of the cellars. However, there is another tunnel which leads down underground.
After Jerick gets his bearings, he is joined by Glugrug.

As you all descend into the hole, in hiding behind the casks of wine and then slowly emerging, his hand to his mouth in a "Shhhh" manner, you see a centaur in leather armor with a shield, waving at you and motioning to you to be quiet. He has some dried blood splatter on his armor, he is dirty and sweating from fear, he remains quiet but animated, pointing at the two large worms in the middle of their feast. He holds his shield up in a "Get ready to fight" motion, and a small ball of flame appears in his hand. He nods to you and forms his best weak smile.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Glugrug expects these monstrous worms are going to be more formidable than the foes they have faced thus far. He quickly draws a small tool that looks somewhat like a tuning fork and points it at a nearby bottle of wine. He then snaps his wrist as if wielding a whip, magically sending the bottle right at one of the worms, trying to deliver a magically charged smashing blow at the foul thing.
Casting Catapault to fling bottle at closest worm. Worm must make DC 14 Dex save to avoid projectile. On a failed save, it takes 3d8 damage, as does the bottle, presumably destroying it.

OOC: This assumes he has a straight, open shot between the bottle of wine and the monster. If not, I'll have to revise. By the spell description, I believe if the first worm makes its save, the bottle could keep going and strike something else (like the second worm) as long as there is a clear path for the flying bottle.
Jerick looks the centaur up and down and rolls his eyes. "Of course. A helpful horse-man. What was I to expect in this madhouse?" But there is a twinkle of appreciation and relief in his eye.
On his turn, Jerick grabs his crystal, mutters a few words, and casts ray of frost at the nearest worm.
The centaur sees the second worm chomp into the poor gnome and he gets mad, fear turns into anger and aggression toward the worms. "Curse you foul worms. Not him, try me!"
Qinro flings the ball of flame in his hand (already formed) at the second worm. Produce flame : Attack: 20 Damage: 7
Then he charges forward 30 feet into the side of the second worm, making a bonus action attack with his hooves, hoping to distract him from Jerick.
Hooves : Attack: 21 Damage: 6

Aranea notices that the madman has joined them in the wine cellar. Perhaps if things get really dire, they can use him as worm bait, she thinks coldly. For the moment, she focuses on attacking the same worm with her hand crossbow from across the room.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Glugrug grins slightly as the centaur wades into battle. Between that and the elimination of the other worm, he feels confident he can get a clear shot at the remaining monstrosity. Another bolt of fire flies from the tool in his hand.

On his turn, Jerick grabs his crystal, mutters a few words, and casts ray of frost at the nearest worm.
Ray of frost Attack: 22 Cold damage: 6
(Roll for Aranea: 18)
Aranea fires a bolt from her hand crossbow at one of the worms.
(Attack: 21 Damage: 7)
The bolt flies through the air and pierces itself into the hide of the worm.
Shortly afterwards, Glugrug catapults the bottle at the first worm.
(Dex: 5)
The bottle smashes against the creature with pieces of glass embedding in its side.
Jerick then blasts the nearest worm with a ray of frost. A patch of ice forms on it before it quickly melts.
At this point, the worm looks worse for wear. However, this does not stop it from slithering towards Glugrug and attempting to bite him.
(Attack: 15 Damage: 6 piercing damage.
Also make a Dex saving throw.)
The second worm then slivers over to Jerick and tries to bite him as well.
(Attack: 24 Damage: 7 piercing damage.
Also make a Dex saving throw.)
Behind you, the mad man climbs down behind you and continues his mad rantings.

Glugrug's tough scale mail wards off the worm's bite, and he readies an attack in response.

If Jerick can move on his previous turn without triggering an opportunity attack, he'll run back behind the others.
On his next turn, Jerick grabs his crystal, mutters a curse under his breath and then few magical words, and casts ray of frost at the last worm.

Glugrug grins slightly as the centaur wades into battle. Between that and the elimination of the other worm, he feels confident he can get a clear shot at the remaining monstrosity. Another bolt of fire flies from the tool in his hand.
Fire Bolt Attack: 18 Damage: 9 Fire Damage
Even with the clear shot, the firebolt was not strong enough to cause damage to the worm.
Then the worm moves forward and moves into to attack Glugrug.
(Attack: 23 Damage: 7
Roll for Dex check.)
Then suddenly two of the bodies in the pile begin to climb to their feet. They slowly slumber forward.
This is followed up by Qinro moving to attack the worm and leaves it looking severely weakened.
