(Since we are low on time. Aranea: 11 + 4 = 15
Glugrug: 12 + 2 = 14)
Aesalor rises to his feet and at the same time he raises his arms. As he does so ghostly apparitions begin to rise from the ground. One of which looks like your fallen ally Kysken. They begin to advance on Glugrug, attacking with their ghostly weapons. Once they reach him, they attack with their spectral weapons.
(Glugrug make a DC18 Con sav, on a fail take 45 necrotic damage or half as much on a success.)
Aeasalor then mutters some incantation under his breath before pointing a finger at Jerick. Suddenly a beam of blue white light shoots from his finger aimed directly at Jerick.
On his turn, Jerick will reach into his pocket and grasp his crystal. He twirls his hands and mutters in Undercommon, "Rise and seek revenge against the undead!"
Jerick casts Animate Objects at 5th level on ten books from the nearby bookshelves, commanding them to attack the fleshy skeleton enemy until it is vanquished.
He uses his movement to gain cover behind a chair.
(How many ghostly apparitions are we fighting in addition to the fleshy skeleton? Are the books considered tiny or small?)

Glugrug manages to shake off the worst of the spectral forces' damage, but he still grunts in pain at their unnatural, chilly touch. Drawing on the power of his arcane focus, he quickly casts a spell upon himself.
Then, moving with unnatural speed, he waves his artificer's tool, conjuring es a small object right in front of him that looks somewhat like a miniature version of a turret of a grand hobgoblin fortress. While they don't look like much, they seem to emit some sort of shimmering field of force. At the same time, another, tinier device appears in his hand.
"Stay close to one of them--within ten feet!"Glugrug snarls to his companions with a nod of his head toward the eldritch device he's just created. "They will help protect us! But don't get in front of them!"

As the world melts around them once more, knowledge floods Aranea's mind. Now she knows why they are here. How could she even for a moment have forgotten her own power? It was embarrassing. But now she can feel her skills and powers return to her, and she is thirsting for vengeance. She positions herself near one of Glugrug's devices and unsheathes her rapier. Time to dance. As the Kysken apparition attacks Glugrug, she lunges at it with the grace and finesse of a dancer, channeling the power of ki to strengthen her attack. After she strikes out twice, she finishes the balletic sequence with a well-aimed kick. (If any of her attacks fell the spectral Kysken, she will attack the next closest spectral enemy.)
Rapier Attack 1 w/ ki 19 / Damage 15
Rapier Attack 2 w/ ki: 26 / Damage 15

Qinro shakes his head and considers the power within him now and the sudden appearance of Aesalor. He moves behind the protector cannon and casts a spell.
He points at Aesalor and a bright, bright flash of sunlight appears where Aesalor is, extending outward for a 60 foot radius and catching the two ghastly apparitions in its area of effect as well.
Each of them make a DC 18 con save (with disadvantage on the save if undead) to take half of 36 radiant damage. If they fail the save, they are blinded for 1 minute, if they make the save they are not blinded.

(The apparitions disappeared straight after the attack. The books are small. Turn order is Aesalor, Aranea, Jerick, Qinro, Glugrug.)
Aranea releases a flurry of attacks on Aesalor. The first two attacks miss as he parries each blow with his hands. The unarmed strike, however, does connect but it has no effect.
Aesalor then blasts her with a icy spell.
(Attack: 32 Damage: 33 cold damage.)
Jerick commands the magical books of Aesalor to attack their master.
Aesalor casts ray of rost at Jerick.
(Attack: 25 Damage: 18 cold damage.)
Qinro quickly follows this with a casting of sunburst.
(Aesalor: 16)
The radiant light burns away at Aesalor's flesh before blinding him.
Aesalor then casts ray of rost at Qinro.
(Attack: 18 Damage: 21 cold damage.)
Glugrug's flamethrower cannon then blasts Aesalor doing minor damage, but some of the animated books are caught in the area of effect to.
Now blinded by Qinro's spell, Aesalor changes his tactics. He chuckles a deep raspy laugh.
"Such tactics have little use here."
He waves with his hands around in a circle, and begins to speak in Infernal.
"Take a breathe of this!"
Suddenly, the air begins to be filled with a sphere of poisonous, yellow-green fog it beings to spread out and around you all.
(Beginning of your turn make a DC 20 Con save, on a fail take 5d8 poison damage, or half as much on a success.)

Glugrug coughs and hacks as the poison gas takes its toll. He manages to maintain his connection to the hasting spell. As he does his best to fight the fumes, Glugrug realizes that sometimes it is best to hold back, to wait, to let others make their moves before he makes his own.
As the others make their attacks, he repeatedly shouts "Everyone stay back! Move away from the enemy! Get back twenty feet!"
He hopes his allies--particularly Aranea--hear him and will cooperate after making any close quarters attacks.
Once the area around Aeselor is clear, Glugrug first sends a trio of flaming rays at their foe. His face is grim with purpose as he fights.
"That was a warm up,"he says with a sneer. He flicks his hand once more, and at a point roughly ten feet behind Aeselor, the very air itself seems to detonate in a massive explosion of fire. Glugrug cares not if this whole infernal place burns to the ground. He and his comrades shall not lose this battle!
Cast Fireball at 4th Level, Dex Save DC 18 to take half damage (more fire damage) 35
An instant later, the two eldritch cannons trigger once more, one dealing further fiery destruction, the other buoying and strengthening his comrades if they are close enough.

Jerick feels the poison but maintains concentration on his flying books, though they are caught in flames from a cannon and a radiant burst of sunlight.

Dex (14; for cannon) 12 and Con (10; for sunburst) 12
Dex (14; for cannon) 5 and Con (10; for sunburst) 14
All the books take 7 fire damage from the cannons, and most succumb to the full brunt of the sunburst (but even taking half damage is 7+18, which is their total HP). All ten books are DEAD.
Jerick takes a beat to mourn his fallen army.
He then grasps his crystal, points to the fleshy skeleton, and casts disintegrate at 6th level, a thin green ray soaring from Jerick's finger to the skeleton.
Aesalor must make a DC18 DEX save and take 81 force damage on a failure, or half that on a success.

(As a Monk, Aranea is immune to poison.)
Aranea curses as Aesalor unleashes frost magic against her. Ice forms in her hair, and her already pale skin takes on a blueish tinge. She barely even notices the poison in the air. With her disciple and training, it doesn't affect her body. Enraged, she strikes out again with her rapier, using her ki to enhance the ferocity of one of her attacks (Deft Strike).
Attack 27 / Damage 9
Attack 16 / Damage 9
After unleashing an onslaught against Aesalor, she leaps gracefully to the safety of Glugrug's protector cannon (Step of the Wind - Disengage as BA).
(Shall we re-roll initiative?)
