Realizing Pru had wandered off whilst she and Aranor were dealing with the corpse, she lets Kaladin drag her off. She looks back at the unfortunate beheaded bandit as they exit the room.
"I hope that's enough. Poor soul." She whispers. "The body was so cold."
Beryl tiptoes across to the door. Seeing the claw marks that Pru is pointing at, she inspects them. What made them? How long ago? How many creatures were there? Were they made all at once, or at different times?
Pru looks over at Beryl as she checks on the claw marks as well.
"Not sure if someone was getting dragged along here against their will or if something was trying to claw through the floor," Pru says. "Either way, I don't like it."
She looks around again, not sure if she really can't hear anything, or if she's too worked up from the dead body and the claw marks to hear properly.
"Well, here goes nothing," Pru says.
She opens the door and peeks inside, keeping low, low even for a halfling.
There are two well decomposed bodies in the short hall. behind the door. The doors to the balcony on the other end are missing. There are large dried pools of blood on the balcony floor. Closer inspections of the bodies reveal that they have been bitten or gnawed around the throat area. The bodies are decayed enough, that there is no rotten smell in the air. Their skin is dried and shriveled, but intact for the most part.
This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?

Pru cringes a little when she sees the bodies and the condition there in.
"Doesn't look like these ones came back to life," Pru says, while twirling a long strand of her hair nervously. "Have any of you seen anything like this? It looks like wolves or something, but how did they get up on the balcony and inside here?"
She moves through the room, sidestepping the dried blood and looks out onto the balcony to see if there's any sign of the doors or how someone could have gotten up here from outside.
"the rips look like ghouls but the bodies are too intact?, maybe it was and they were called off, more likely something else though"

Aranor moves into the room following Pru. He bends down to examine the bodies more closely. At least there isn't a smell, he thinks. That makes it slightly more tolerable than beheading freshly dead bandits.
At Pru's question, he shakes his head. "I hate to say it but what about...werewolves?"
There's no sign of the door. It is a two story drop below from the balcony, but no way that you see for anyone to "climb" up. The bodies look like they've been there more than a few months. There's a slight trace of dust building up on them. What's left of the clothing, looks like common linen. From looking at the door frame, it looks like it may have been "blown" out from the inside.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Pru taps her foot to music only she can hear while she stands on the balcony.
"Do you think this necromancer person maybe doesn't live here, but has been here?" Pru asks the others as she turns around. "She and her, whatever they're called, zombie minions, have been here in the past and wiped the place out?"
She steps back into the room and decides to take a look through any closets, drawers, and the like for anything interesting.
Perception if needed for the search: 22
"Maybe we should have taken the other road at the fork," Pru says.
Pru looks around the room one last time before throwing her hands up in the air, almost hitting Aranor in the chest in the process.
”What are we missing?” Pru says.
She turns and walks briskly out of the room and goes to the remaining door in the hallway, listens for a moment, and if she hears nothing, opens the door and looks inside.
As Pru makes her way down the hall, she comes to the end. On either side of her stands a closed door. Putting her ear up to both, she doesn't hear a peep.
"what are we missing? a ten man crew of paladins and a handful of clerics probably, that would make it easier anyways."

There nothing to search here, other than the bodies. They don[t have anything on them, if they had it's most likely been taken before.

As Pru makes her way down the hall, she comes to the end. On either side of her stands a closed door. Putting her ear up to both, she doesn't hear a peep.
Pru looks back to see where the others are.
"If all goes according to the script, what do you say, another few dead bodies and layers of dust?" Pru asks.
She opens the door and waves the Dancing Lights orbs in ahead of her, fanning out to provide bright illumination.
"what are we missing? a ten man crew of paladins and a handful of clerics probably, that would make it easier anyways."

"One seems plenty," Pru says while she looks through the doorway into the room.

OOC: Pru, which door are you opening. Left or right side?
OOC: Oops misread - thought there was just one - the one on the left side.
