(Ogre also makes a DEX save for Caltrops, taking 1 piercing damage and reducing speed by 10 feet. DC 15)
Just for the seek of completeness, the full description of what a creature entering a "caltroped" area risks is:
Any creature that enters the area must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or stop moving and take 1 piercing damage. Until the creature regains at least 1 hit point, its walking speed is reduced by 10 feet. A creature moving through the area at half speed doesn't need to make the saving throw.
The arrows of the goblins, maybe because of the distance, lack the power to pass the heavy chainmail of the tall arcane warrior. Alas, not so for one of the guards, Khessa sees... "Alara! Go behind a tree and stay there, out of their sight" she advises the wounded, with grateful voice."Leave the fight to us now! You did a wonderful job till now, so better to keep you alive; we are in no need of dead heroes". At least Boss Pojo finished the big ugly off... "Awesome job Boss Pojo!" she compliments the new ally heartily"Not an esay task, for a goblin to take down such a giant". Well, it would have been better should Pojo have told them of the other goblins on watch... Maybe they have been placed after the raid at the village was started and he did not know in advance? But he still did his best to amend and, in the end, took even down the big guy, so she does not say a word about that. Focusing on goblins, Khessa mantains the distance, takes half cover behind a tree trunk, if there is one near (since she does not need anymore to lure the ogre) and shots fire at one of them: Attack: 12 Damage: 6
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ev’alish beams with pride as the group swiftly takes down the ogre. He moves to be in full view of the goblin archers, drawing their fire, and aims a javelin at one of them.

Arrows fly both ways. Gryrim lacks the martial prowess to send a material object so far but is more than happy to exchange magical projectiles with the nearest goblin archer. He points his finger at the goblin as he mutters the necessary words. An amber coloured splash streaks across the battlefield headed for the archer.
((Sorry, for clarification. EB is Force, but Class feature adds bludgeoning damage on attack roll hit. That's where the +2 comes from. That is if I understand the feature correctly))

We have the guards with us, they should also have shot the ogre with their crossbows... and they also should roll for initiative
