Samuel watches Ranala drop into the murky water and must fight the urge to run to her side. Holding the deep wound in his gut, he moves toward Skeleton 3, blood escaping between his gritted teeth. No yell or gasps of pain escape him. For the first time, Samuel is truly silent, aside from the sound of the water sloshing as he steps. Samuel brandishes his rapier and thrust towards the skeleton. Attack: 19 Damage: 11
Damian let's out a scream of anguish as yet another one in his team is killed by the cultist. The cultist being incinerated by Ankita's hellish flames comforts him somewhat but he has to resist an urge to keep blasting the scorched remains of the cultist and instead focus his attention to the undead still attacking them. "Send my regards to Myrkul."He snarls as he blasts the closest skeleton with hellish red crackling force from his ruby ring.

Damian - The eldritch blast hits the water in front of the Skeleton with a hissing sizzle.
Rhogarr - The Skeleton steps aside and the warhammer swings through empty air.
Ankita - Both your flame and the fox's flame wash over the Skeleton one after the other. Its bones are blackened and the magic animating it is severely weakened.

Skeleton 4 is DEAD. Combat has ended.
Beyond the hall, a flooded chamber opens up with rough-hewn steps climbing to the south, north, and northeast. The floor buckles up above the water line in the middle of the room, forming a small island. Corpses and doused torches float in the water around the island, atop which two men circle each other with weapons bared. One of the men — a tall, unarmored brute with a greatclub and a scarred face — towers above his opponent but is gravely wounded. The smaller figure is muscular and bare-chested. He clutches a bloody dagger in one hand and a torch in the other, and has no flesh covering his skull.
Samuel walks to Ranala’s body and carefully removes it from the water. He places her upon some of the rubble so as to keep her as out of the water as possible. Using Prestidigitation he removes all the blood and filth from her, then grabs the twig she used for her casting and places it between the strings at the top of his lute. Without a word, he gently closes her eyes and turns back to face the group.
All - When Remi shouts at the pair locked in mortal combat atop the small island, the smaller figure with the fleshless face dodges a ponderous swing of Mortlock's greatclub and disengages from him, running northward up a set of stone steps into darkness. Mortlock recovers from his missed swing and watches his assailant flee. He turns to you all and says, "Who are you? Have my brothers sent you to kill me as well?" His gaze darts from you to the steps to the north. He then muses out loud, "If you were in league with these assassins they wouldn't have fled, so you're here for another purpose... Which means you had to murder your way through a gauntlet of insane cultists to get here. Interesting... Then why are you wading through the shit beneath my mother's bathhouse?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ankita walks over to Ranala and falls to her knees. She bows her head and a few tears fall down her face. After a moment of silence, she stands up and notices that her friends are not doing so well after that fight, Samuel worst of all. She holds out her hand about to touch him, but hesitates as she knows she doesn't look the same - though how different, she doesn't know. If he appears to accept her touch, she places her large blue hand on his shoulder, part in condolence and part in healing. A soft blue glow emits from her hand as well as the wounds in his gut.
Remi shouts out loud “Noooooo!!” and stands beside Ankita, attacks skeleton #3.
