"How would we know if we were infected?" Nolla asks as she steps a bit closer, though still back by the light. "I mean several of us were hit, how would we know if it had affected those hit or not?" Nolla herself had not been hit, as she stayed at range most of the fight, but she had seen several of the others hit, and she would not know if they had been affected or not.
"Please! No fire, no bright light... it's very painful. I don't know if these two you cured can be infected again, I'll send them away. The other wolves are alright? The ones you didn't cure?"

Nolla stays back with the light, unwilling to move further into the darkness. She has no real idea of how to help any more of these wolves out. All of their healing magic had been used up, and it would be some time before they could get that back again. Her medical knowledge was just too lacking here to know if there was a simple, non-magical, way to heal the wolves.
((I think you guys basically have things sorted, other than needing to wait a week+, I was trying to give Murfle a chance to chime in, since Peri WAS infected. But if you follow the course you're suggesting, I'm confident you'd be able to purge and eliminate the slimes one by one without being too endangered. Since I don't think it's likely to rewarding to play though all of that, I can probably narratively wrap things up, perhaps with a d20 for luck from each of you? Perhaps Peri's d20 for luck is at disadvantage?))

You take you leave and head back to the logging camp, explaining as much as you want about the situation with the wolves and the slimes. By that evening, Peri is displaying worrying symptoms, chills and fevers, wrapping himself in blankets and shivering. The loggers are concerned, both for Peri, but also for themselves, and after an uneasy night where you are all keeping close watch on him, he seems better the following day, the fever having broken in the night.
However, as he goes to leave the building, as the morning sun hits his skin, it begins to blister and sizzle, and with a yelp of pain he retreats into the darkness.
((Stress check from each of the others, at seeing this happening to Peri. Two checks for Peri.))
The day passes uneventfully, but worryingly, the loggers don't mind if you stay at their camp, they are grateful for you seemingly having dealt with the wolves, as there was no howling the previous night, but there's growing concern about the sick member of your party, and whether he might be contagious.
((Let me know how you guys are approaching the issue with Peri. ))
