Zokk, having roused themselves from their meditation by the water's edge at the commotion, helps the dwarf into the tower, where he can seek out one of the gnomes if he's feeling in need of healing.
Szartha, having taken the long way down, hurries out to help Dornikal find a place to rest.
"Heh, glad he finally mustered his nerve up. You planning on heading east with the others? Kreldoran mentioned he has a colleague who might be able to help Holger and Tess... and another that may be able to help Gordon get more of his memory back. The desert folk seem to be pretty taken with Renny... it seems our little band might be going its separate ways soon. I've been talking to the elders, and they asked if I'd be willing to stay on here, help with trading between the caravans and the city. Make sure that folks aren't looking to 'take advantage of the simple desert folk'. Wanting to take Galt and Tren on as business partners, if they're interested. Don't have much capital, but want you and the others we lost to have a stake in whatever it becomes too. When we get to the point we can, want to make sure that families get taken care of too."

"Aye didn't really notice that it hurt until after. Thanks for the healing Randy, one of meh knees feels better. Just need to sit a bit aye think."
With Szartha, laying down as sitting was as comfortable as hoped,
"Pretty sure it was Tren that did the asking. He lost an arm fighting a bug but he didn't have the nerve to ask her!"
He chuckles a bit and is quiet as Szartha finishes the rest of his plan.
"Aye, aye'm going east. Something is wrong with meh clan and aye need to find out what. If it matters, aye think ye should stay. Aye don't think they need yer help as much as they want to keep the saviors and bringers of prophecy here, but there are worse places to be. Aye hope Galt and Tren take you up on the offer, they might but aye think Tren needs some horses around to make it work long term." He smiles up. "Aye'd be grateful to Kreldoran if he could figure out something for Galt, even if he can't fight again."
He sighs and lifts a leg and shakes it with a groan.
"Ye say ye don't have much capital? How much to buy a stake in the business? Aye can't think of a better person aye'd like to have managing a business."
He pats around his person to pretend to find his coin purse and rather than handing Szartha the purse he places the ring he made the dragonborn in Szartha's hand.
Coljin watches the commotion, and the overreaction of Dornikal and rolls his eyes. "Well, he's a good one to watch everyone's back, he is. Protective of his friends, that's good." Then he notices he is only near the dragonborn and no one can understand him.
Thinking the dwarf is gonna be hurting all day unless he gets some more healing, he will go over and help the man out.
He will use his channel divinity/preserve life to fix him up (more than enough to get him to full) and since he is still working on showing what his goddess can do he makes sure to make it a bit of a pony show, and hams it up a bit for the dragonborn.
The adult dragonborn watch carefully, and fall into discussing and debating among themselves, but as you finish up, you notice that your young friend is still sitting by themselves, looking down at the ground in front of them.

They raise a finger to their lips, and point excitedly to where they'd been watching a trail of ants carrying food back to a colony under the base of the tree. The translated response is that they are fine, just enjoying watching nature hard at work. They share some of what they noticed about the ants following each other, and how they greet each other, and is just overall enthusiastic about having noticed this all going on.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Coljin nods with and responds with a good natured grin. "You are much more the preacher-go-out and recruit new followers that me really, I think. My style is usually more just do what good I can, let them know where it comes from and then let nature do it's course. But this is good."
While your mention of the magics you can do drew adult interest, that all seems a lot more transactional... they might go through the motions of worshipping your goddess in hopes of gaining abilities like yours, but Trezz'en has the heart of a true child of nature.

"If only they could understand meh! Aye do better with adults than kids anyhow. Going to be nice to not have to walk with a limp for the next bit, thank ye again."
Asking Randy to again translate, he explains to Trezz'en again about prayer and that Mielikki will be able to understand him in any language, unlike Coljin.
He also says how he can see how he understands and cares for nature, and Coljin believes that if Trezz'en prayers for the Goddess to assist him and watch over him when he is working with nature and doing good things, it would please Mielikki.
Also explained is how not all prayers are answered immediately or how the actions of the gods are often mysterious, but he has seen how the nature goddess does care about her followers and does watch out for them.
Trezz'en haltingly asks Randy a question, perhaps unsure if they've got it wrong or if it might be blasphemy. The gist of it being that maybe the prayers are more for the people praying than the goddess, because if you pray, you have to get your thoughts in order, and sometimes that gives you the answer you needed anyway? By asking the question she lets you realize the answer?
They promise to pray, and that they won't get sad if they don't get an answer, and they'll keep praying, and take care of the statue that they told people how to build.

Randy smiles at the young dragon born. "Well, well, well! A well thought out and rather insightful answer! You might have the makings of a theologian! You are correct. Sometimes the gods do reveal the answers to their worshipers in the manner you've described. However, there are times when the gods will be a little more direct, giving special insight, prophecies, or granting special blessings or even miracles for their followers. Usually when they do this, it's to make a special point. However, I do have to remind you that while the gods do answer prayer, sometimes the answer is a resounding "No!" If the gods want us to learn and grow, they will allow us to struggle. And they do test our commitment to them. They want true worshipers, not fair weather friends."
They ask if Randy's gods get along with Coljin's and if all gods want what's best for everyone, but want you to earn it, or of there are other gods that are less nice and helpful, or ones that spoil their worshippers and give them everything they ask for, whether its good for them or not.
Szartha's eyes go a bit distant as he holds the ring and reads the inscription. "Aye, never that."
He smiles sadly and reaches out to take Dornikal's hand, just sitting quietly with his thoughts.
In the remaining days here at the desert oasis, the dragonborn are industriously working on establishing their city, treating each of you with deference as you pass, but in a warm and welcoming manner, many coming to greet you in their manner, the children often tagging along behind (especially if Ulmwin has his cloak on). Any assistance you care to offer is welcome, and the bones of a city are starting to take place around the perimeter of the oasis.
Plans are likewise being made for the upcoming nuptials of Galt and Tren, who at this point are now senior partners along with Szartha in the newly formed "Friends Not Forgotten", and there is a lot of discussion not just of wedding plans, but also what comes next for the three of them. They present you each with a formal certificate naming you each a stakeholder in the business, but let you know that the certificate can be held in their records.
((Is there anything else you wish to do or address in the coming days? The pair of them will be wed the night before Kreldoran's tower is primed to depart.))

((Dornikal would offer to help fund them, 500-1,000 gold. Whatever they need to get moving.))

"Aye'll stand wherever ye like Galt, it doesn't matter. Ye should check with Tren."
...
"Aye Tren, he has been asking meh too. No idea where he is off to now. Ye got yer Words of Obligation and Promise written up? They don't have to be long."
...
"No Galt, its fine. Ye look fine, no one will notice it. Don't pick at it. Stop. Okay now ye need to talk to Coljin."
Zokk, having roused themselves from their meditation by the water's edge at the commotion, helps the dwarf into the tower, where he can seek out one of the gnomes if he's feeling in need of healing.
