Gaetana walks over and picks up her longbow, then quickly surveys the room to see if there was anything else of note..

"Everyone alright? That was an interesting development.. not sure if I'm enjoying the underdark so far." She secures her weapons and then asks, "Shall we follow that blood trail we found earlier? I'm worried one of our people might be hurt badly."Gaetana focuses on the spell she casts earlier, locating Flax's weapon, "That's odd, her weapon is now back through the door we came through!" And she runs back through the West door.

(That was my mistake lol I typed west but meant east, please forgive me, its been a long day )
Looking around the room its pretty messed up, other than the dwarfs you just fought and the broken burning furniture you dont see anything else of interest.
(Hey, I forgot to roll attack rolls! she just tells the group then, doesn't run through the door - but there isn't an East door, only N and S and the door they came through.)
"What do we want to do, follow the weapon or follow the blood trail?"
"That's rather tame for the Underdark," Sulfus states as takes his axe over to the table and starts making splinters of it to kill the fire, "Just point me to a direction,"

Anvil looks down at the gray dwarf. He kneels beside it and looks more closely at its skin and the wounds it suffered. If they did heal themselves in battle, could they heal themselves now.
Perception: 29 to look for any sign of regeneration or reanimation happening.
"These were not natural," Anvil says. "We should burn them."

Was anyone injured, besides Anvil? Considering whether to cast Prayer of Healing or not.
"Well, one is already burning if you want to set the other one alight."She turns to Sulfus, "I'm sure you're right, but the undead just give me the creeps. Give me forest beasts, the scourge of the city, I'll take those with a smile."
She starts getting agitated as to where to go next. If the spell tells me the weapon is to the East and there isn't a door there, I guess we follow the blood? Or we could take the South door... hmmm she thinks. "Warforged. What's our probability if to finding our people if we follow the blood or go through the South door? Either way, we need to get moving."
Grunomar had been contemplating things since he pulled in the spirit of the dwarf creature, almost in a daze attempting to process the information. "Folks, these aren't undead.... I don't really know how to explain it, but they aren't undead, but not alive either. I don't know how it's possible, but they feel like something in-between. Their life energy is very old. I haven't felt anything like it before to be honest. I agree with Gaetana though, I don't think I'm going to like this place."
"Dead, undead, burning is suitable," Anvil drags the dwarf at his feet and shoves him into the fire.
He looks at the two doors and then at Gaetana.
"It is more likely you will find a body by following a trail of blood," Anvil begins. "If we knew who made this place we could make assumptions about the layout. If it was dwarves there should be a logic to it but it is just as likely to be a maze."
He nods back to the doors they came through.
"Sometimes the best way is not the most direct. I would suggest following the blood trail and check your link to the sword at each junction."
Anvil looks over at Sulfas.
"Did the dwarf succeed in harming you?" Anvil asks the dragonborn. "I am going to repair my own damage. I can assist with your as well if you need help."
"Just a scratch, Keep your healing for worst," Sulfas states as he helps throw the bodies into the fire.

"Decision made." Gaetana nods to the boys, takes her rapiers out again and stalks through the West door back the way they came and follows the blood trail, keeping her eyes peeled for either more flying creatures or anything else for that matter.

Anvil watches a few cracks and dents in his metal skin smooth out and rejoin, but he can still feel the effects of the two blows from the gray dwarf that got past his shield and armor.
He then turns and begins following Gaetana, pausing long enough to make sure the door is shut behind them once the others come out.
Anvil swings his eyes side to side and up and down, trying to time his gaze to be the opposite of where Gaetana may be looking at any one point.

Looking them over there doesn't appear to be any signs of regeneration or life
Traveling back out into the previous room there are hallways going north and south, both hallways end in stone doors covered in geometric patterns. The blood trail seems to lead south. Light is spilling in from the open doors to the east and west but both hallways seem to loose light fast as you travel down them. Everything else seems the same as when you came thru here a few minutes ago.
"I'm willing to keep an eye on Flax's weapon, but this locate spell is only going to last about another 5 minutes. Let's follow the blood."She walks South to the door and tries to make sense of the geometric patterns on the door.

Anvil steps up net to Gaetana at the southern door and looks at the patterns. He traces them with his eyes, also trying to make sense of them. Once he has a feel for them, he crosses back up the hallway to the northern door and looks at the patterns on that door, again tracing them with his eyes.
Investigation to something akin to language or code in the patterns and to see if the doors have the same patterns or different ones: 18
You both look at the south door then Anvil goes and looks at the north door. Having traveled around quite a bit you are able to tell both doors have some form of dwarven designs, although they appear to be unintelligible to you both.
Grunomar makes sure to pick up the weapon he had dropped earlier and follows the group out the south door. "You lead and I'll follow, this place doesn't settle right with me. I've never been below ground, and now I understand why. Let's just get our people back and get this job done."
Heading down to the southern door you find it opens without any problems. Entering the room beyond it is pitch black except for those with darkvision. Whatever the original purpose of this chamber, it is currently a ruin. Golwing being the last into the chamber pulls out a candle and lights it giving the room a bit of light. You can see that there are two hallways that continue to lead south and one to the east.
