Gowing is going to move up (on the map) and cast catapult on a rock lying on the ground, making it shoot towards the leathery creature.
DC18 DEX save or take 11 bludgeoning damage

As Golwing moves to give chase he mutters a few words and points as a rock flies from the ground towards the creature. 

Dex save: 4

Having just been hit by an arrow from Gaetana it moves right into the path of the flying rock causing the creature to hit the ground. 

Str save to hold onto the porter: 8. 

The force of the impact sends the porter careening into the wall and he slumps there. Gruno you are able to to roll to safety coming to a standing position about 10 ft from the creature.

Gaetana comes running up behind Gruno, "What in the world is that thing?" 

(we are gonna jump into initiative order now)

 Vulcan you are up first as you see the creature crash and the two it was dragging fall away from it

"I don't have a clue, but it's not eating anyone today."  Gruno steps closer to the creature and puts himself between it and the porter. 

Gruno will attack on his initiative.

If the creature is prone and he has advantage: Attack: 24 Damage: 27
If he doesn't have advantage: Attack: 23 Damage: 9

( Easy enough.) You dart forward greataxe already in motion. As you bring it down upon the creature you cleave into it, blood sprays as you pull it out and bring it down a second time again finding flesh

Gruno steps up to the creature and responds to Gaetana "I don't have a clue, but it's not eating anyone today." He then stabs towards the creature finding a soft spot as his sword sinks deep. 

As Gruno pulls his sword free the creature pulls itself up and takes to the air and as it does you all see 3 more of the creatures suddenly appear around it, filling much of the space as they move and shift making it almost impossible to tell which is the original. It will then try to move off deeper into the tunnel. (Gruno and Vulcan can take attacks of opportunity) 

"What the hell?" Gruno wasn't sure which creature was the real one, but he makes a quick decision and stabs into the closest image.

AoO Reaction: Attack: 21 Damage: 9

Anvil watches the creature fly about but as it looks like it's trying to flee he loses interest in it.

He instead moves over to the porter to check on the extent of their injuries.

"You are part of the group. We are to protect you. Are you injured?" Anvil asks.

"Hey ugly future piece of armor! Get back here!" Vulcan shouts as he swings.

Attack: 22 Damage: 7

Vulcan you swing and your axe moves thru the creature as if it were not there, in fact before your swing is complete it disappears leaving 3 of the creatures flying away from you. However Gruno you do indeed find resistance, as you feel your blade slice thru thick flesh.

Gaetana you're up, the creature seems to be trying to move further up the tunnel.

"Eeny meeny miny mo..." Gaetana whispers as she tries to find her foe.  She pulls back on her longbow and looses an arrow first at the closest creature

Attack: 18 Damage: 8

Then at the creature furthest away

Attack: 17 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

The creatures seem to be moving around each other very quickly and your first arrow sails to the right and clatters against the floor. Your second one flies directly into one of them before it promptly disappears.

Golwing you are up!

 You move to the porter and can see that he is injured pretty badly, there is alot of blood all over him. (If you want to take any action you still can)
