When Fargen gets close enough to the rail to see the zombies, he wrinkles his nose. He pauses for a moment, crouches down and asks Moradin for a spectral hammer. The hammer glows bright as it appears between the ogre zombies and the abjured man, posing as the man's magic. The hammer swings towards the left zombie, as Fargen follows Thufir hiding just below the 3ft wall.

Although Nobody's height plays havoc on his own ability to follow suit after the others, he keeps as low as possible behind the rail as he moved over closer to the eastern half of the building. Then in peeking out, he readies himself to follow-up on whatever opening shot the others might make on the Ogres in following up with a shot of his own.
I assume active hiding would be consider his action for the open round. But if not, he'll ready to shoot the same target as Fargen. To Hit: 12 For: 13 non-magic piercing damage. If advantage from being hidden or unnoticed: 9 and if a crit, here's the bonus damage: 1.

Doyal watches for a moment taking in everything going on, from the two undead monsters to the man who seems confident in the barrier keeping the monsters from him. Doyal follows Nobody's gaze to the chandelier, thinking on it for a moment he dismisses the idea feeling it would be too difficult with the tools he had currently. As the others begin to make their move Doyal follows suit but instead of following the others to the right he heads left hoping to cause some confusion to the enemies by attacking from a different direction. Once he finds a good section of the low wall to use as cover Doyal draws his bow and an arrow from his quiver. As he pulls the bowstring back taking aim at the undead ogre closest to him Doyal takes a moment to really study the creature in order to place his shot so it would deal the most damage before finally releasing the arrow.
Initiative: 14

Bonus Action: Insightful Fighting (Insight check 17 on undead ogre vs an opposing deception check from the ogre. If Doyal succeeds he has sneak attack the ogre for the next minute even without having advantage)

Not some archer expert, contrary to some of his past exploits. And with little to no reason to hold back any further, he hopped to his feet again chanting a brief arcane phrase to summon crystalline darts to send flying at the skull of the closer Ogre Zombie. "Don't worry sir! We have your back!" He calls out after, assuring the man behind the barrier.

Thufir will rotate up to F2, knowing that he cannot outrun these creatures in here, but at least in the corner by the magical shield he can ensure that only one will be able to reach him. Looking through the magical wall he says with a grin, enjoying the fight so far, "It seems you needed some help."He then swings his weapon again at the abomination in front of him.
