Kris slept fitfully that night, turning this way and that as her chaotic dreams carried her down dark and unknown avenues of awareness. She felt as though the dreams weren't hers, and she was merely and observer, an intruder, creeping through someone else's thoughts. Someone angry and sad. She is quiet the next morning as they prepare.
"Attack, certainly!"Kris whispered without hesitation, reaching for her weapon. "After our last encounter, it's obvious these enemies would do the same. We should certainly stick together. If I can't reach them with my rapier, I also have my bow." Somehow, the thought of attacking with the bow seems undesirable and dull. Kris classifies this a natural reaction to excitement over the magical, if suspicious, weapon.
She grins as Llwyd's magic reaches her, allowing her to step lightly over the forest floor. She casts a luck charm before moving forward.
“Staying together after the start of the battle won’t be a good idea.” He answered to Irmiel while touching his own shadow and murmuring new druidic words. The familiar glow on his eyes was followed by darkness emanating from his body, covering him and his allies as if a veil. “Remember the lighting on the cave? Offensive spell, targets a whole area instead of a individual. If we stay on the same place a single one of those can fry us good.” Llwyd explained. The mention of the drow magic gave him an idea. “I’m thinking about trying an area of effect lighting spell of my own and turn into a dire wolf again. I could use the extra speed to trigger the spell and also attack on melee. If someone can stay five feet from the enemies I try to bite my attacks will be more effective.” He said to the others before they could start moving. “I am harder to hit now and I feel rather confident on my ability to keep concentration, but there is always a chance that I will take a good hit and lose the spell if I get in melee so if any of our melee combatants would like to have the Haste I am fine with that.”
And with that said he followed the others in their hopefully discreet enough advance.

Llwyd casts his spell...and its as if the forest swallows the party up whole. Your steps seem to fall without any noise, almost as if you're listening to yourselves through a thick curtain. The shadows of the forest meanwhile seem to lean in, trying to embrace you as you slip silently and nearly invisibly forward. Even the big beast, laying on its side in a half snooze is caught totally unawares as the group approaches. As the group gets close enough, Irmiel whispers a few words, and Llwyd feels magical energy slow the world down around him, time slows to a sluggish progression as Llwyd himself feels like he can move like the wind.
Roll initiative. You all can start anywhere within the first 2 squares on the outside of the whole map. Yes, that means you can start standing right beside the displacer beast, or Drow6 for example. You all get a surprise round, so everyone take your first turn. Feel free to coordinate your first turn actions as much as you like. Haste has already been cast on Llwyd. The only requirements is Irmiel must start close enough to Llwyd to have cast Haste on him, otherwise we'll have to take a couple round of duration off.

Covered in shadows and hidden by the forest they approached. And as soon enough he felt Irmiel spell. The arcane energy of the Weave ran through his body as if part of his blood. Time slowed to almost a halt, blurring before his senses. It was like past and future were drowned in the present, thoughts and feelings gave place to the battle about to begin. No fear, no anxiety. Death approached him, but everyone and everything moved so slowly. I am the wind, his body seemed to say as the druid folded his fingers, totem between his palms and a half-smile upon his lips. His eyes flashed emerald and the world seemed to darken, air trembling as a spiral of grey clouds started to descend in the form of a cylinder.
Llwyd muttered druidic words as a radio of sixty feet bend to his will, becoming a storm, covering easily the position of the four drow and their beast. Not given then time enough to even feel confused, the satyr became a dire wolf. Gray and swift he ran toward the furthest of the enemies he could see. As the beast leaped over the stairs lighting fell between two dark elves. The crackling of thunder echoing through the air with violence, every bit intent into destroying the enemies.
Before the drow closest by the tree’s door the druid bared his fangs. Normally it would be impossible to trigger the spell and strike, but hasted he could do just that. If any of his allies was close by, he wasn’t even aware. He simply tried to bite.
Notes: Llwyd uses his action to cast [Tooltip Not Found] and chooses a point between D1 and D4 for the lighting to fall (both drow need to make a Dex save DC 16 or take damage). He uses Combat Would Shape to spend his bonus action and turn into a Dire Wolf (AC 18: 16 because of Barkskin +2 from Haste) and then moves (50ft speed) into melee range with D8. Finally he uses the "Haste action" to make a Bite attack (melee weapon attack, if hit the drow need to make a Str save DC 13 or fall prone). I am assuming no ally is withing 5ft from Llwyd at the point of his attack. If anyone in the party posts otherwise and the DM agrees, I will post a second roll for the bite attack (Pack Tactics Advantage). All the spell slots and Wild Sahpe use are being marked on the character's sheet.
Llwyd darkens the sky and holds his hand up, his eyes sparkling with lightning, as a bolt slashes down and slams into the area between two of the drow. Then Llwyd is suddenly a massive dire wolf and charges through the forest, leaping to attack the drow next to the doorway into the tree home. The drow, stunned by the thunderous boom of lightning in his midsts, acts on pure instinct, leaping aside as the huge wolves jaws clack on the air right next to him.
Sistri, Kris, Irmiel (and Stallock), your surprise round actions.
(plus, Irmiel (and Stallock), you'll get another action before the drow, so feel free to take 2 turns)
Both Drow near the middle of the clearing are blown off their feet in opposite directions, as lightning rips through their bodies. They hit the ground, unconscious or dead, electricity dancing along their metal armor.

Sistri moves in to attack one of the Drow further away from the entrance to the north side of the structure. She quickly moves in, shield raised, and makes 2 quick strikes. (Attacking D7) (Longsword Attack: 16 Damage: 12) (Longsword Attack: 24 Damage: 9)
If either attack hits, she will call upon the divine power of Mielikki to aid her against this foe. (Divine Smite: 8 damage)
Irmiel personally still deemed the beast the most dangerous foe on the field, which now was behind the wolf-Llwyd, threatening to flank the druid. Her first spell meant to at least minimize the danger as much as possible:

Kris stays near Llwyd, hoping to avoid being struck by lightning, but also remembering what he'd said. As she runs beside the wolf, she conjures her spectral shield (BA shield of faith) which sparkles with pink and blue hues. The dark rapier seems to thrum in her hand, perhaps excited by the prospect of new souls? Carrying through with her momentum, she strikes quickly, delivering two forceful jabs with the blade at the drow who had just eluded Llwyd's strong jaws.

Sistri slips through the woods like a ghost. She clambers up a short rocky incline and as the drow is looking one way she rushes him. Her blade swings out. Her first blow he manages to step back from and the blade slips along the metal links of his armor with no effect, but her second blow is true and she slips her sword into his mid section. The drow, eyes wide....slides away from her and tumbles to the ground.
Irmiel meanwhile pulls energy about herself and from a distance she unleashes a mental assault on the drow and beast. The beast hops to its' for legs with a yeowl of surprise, it's eyes glazed over as it shakes its head trying to get a grip. The drow grunts, holding his head, and looks about. He about to yell when four magical darts from Irmiel fly out and slam into him. He drops to the ground in a heap. A sarcastic voice issues in her mind, "Your pronunciation of 'zenloth' on the whip spell was sloppy. An uninitiated drow from house Kenafin should have succumbed to your spell."
Kris meanwhile rushes across the space between the edge of the woods and the drow. She feels a terrible...and wonderful feeling of..yearning...as she whips out her dark blade, swinging it at the drow. Her first blow with the weapon slices across the drows throat and he drops like a rock. You see the faint whisp of the drows soul depart the body. The sword pulls at it, but the soul evaporates and vanishes. Disappointment.
The whistling sound of arrows fills the forest the whole time. *whistle* THWACK.....a drow drops to the ground with an arrow in his chest. *whistle* THWACK. *whistle* CRUNCH...*whistle* CHONK *whistle* THWACK. Four more arrows come flying across the open space from Stallock as he smoothly pulls arrows from his quiver, sets, draws, aims and releases over and over without fail. Four arrows feather the giant cat that yelps and yowls...confused and badly injured.
The two drow inside the building hear the concerted assault and the death of their fellows. One rushes to the doorway, looks around, and shouts in elvish, "IT IS AN AMBUSH. NOT THE SHADOVAR!" He takes aim at the dire wolf and shoots Llwyd twice with a hand crossbow.
