Ro watched as Lelith left his company to attend to her own devices. "I was starting to worry that your only companion was ever going to be this dusty old book, but it seems like you're doing well for yourself. Boohoo, they grow up so fast," Kazek teases Ro, faking the cries of an overjoyed mother. Ro laughs a bit, "Well, it's definitely a work in progress. She's a touchy one for sure. At the very least, I hope she can come to trust me a little more. And give yourself more credit Kazek; you make a great friend." "Aww thanks Ro, I do make a good friend!"
Ro smiles before taking another look at the two suns. It bothered him how casually everyone adapted to the sight of the two giant masses of burning gas. "I pray that whatever is to come will play in our favor," Ro says to Kazek before he, too, disappears into the city crowds to take care of his own errands.
After several hours, Ro returns to the Scorpion with a wide smile. Whatever errands he ran must've turned out fruitful given the cheery mood it put him in.

Yam, having decided that she was, in fact, too old for this endeavor, stayed behind in Cloveresse. Pained by her decision, she was standing on the dock's the next morning as her band set off across the Wide Sea to Hylia. She watched stoically as the Scorpion sailed over the horizon and out of sight.
They sailed for 23 days.
Ruto's Bay was a shallow inlet that rolled in from the Wide Sea. Waves rolled past the opening in the reef that was some miles from shore, the same reef that Captain Saewulf navigated the Scorpion through to get them into the inner area of the quiet harbor. They sailed until they reached the Zora Docks, a series of canals that the aquatic people had cut into the seabed itself that allowed trade ships to get close enough that their wares could be offloaded into knee deep water versus having to be taken ashore via smaller craft. The crew began to offload the band's rides, their wagons and supplies, and even took the Racing Snail ashore in a small boat to keep it out of the salty water.
"We pick ye up in King's Lan'in' in two an' a haf months, Goddesses willin'." Captain Saewulf said as he looked ashore, toward Zora's Domain. "The Zora are amia'le nuf peo'le. Ye can resupply 'ere. 'Til we meet again, fair winds an' followin' seas."
Then he was off, back to the Scorpion, to set sail.
Traversing the beach in front of Zora's Domain was easy enough, the gentle slope of the sandy shore rising to a stands of trees and juniper bushes as they neared the cliff at its eastern edge. They could see the spires of the Domain ahead, see the waterfall cascading down from behind it, over their constructions, and into the delta that spilled into the ocean.
They could see the ruins of the Old Domain in the river.
Tuto pouted and grumbled as he stepped off the boat. He had only just begun learning about his new, funny-talking, sailor friends. But good things must come to an end. However, they weren't able to deny his farewell song. Mostly because they were already sailing away. By the time he was finished, his companions had already starting moving inward! The nerve! They couldn't wait for him to figure out a more tropical cover of his normal music? Oh, he'll show them! He shall find their destination first, and play a song of victory. HA!
Tuto kicked up his knees and dashed into the brush. Almost immediately he could see signs of civilization. He cheered, tapping his flute to his mask to ponder a quick fanfare and...stopped.
He moves to a tree that has fallen. Then he looked closer to the trunk. No, this was blown to smithers. There are burn marks. Not too far was a crater, and not to far from it was another. The grass hasn't grown back. That means this was recent. How recent he can't be...are...are those scorch marks?! Did they just miss this!? They littered the ground, and they all trail back to Zora's Domain. Then he looked to the water. Peices of buildings floating idly. Mixed with...is that a trebuchet?
Tuto put his hands his hands on his head and paced back and forth. "O...oo...oo...oo..." He then looked back to his companions and quickly scribbled a word into the ground.
Rum was delighted to reach land again. Life on the ship had given plenty of time to train and meditate as well as get to know his band mates more. He had been sad to leave Yam but understood why she felt she was better off staying. But the main thing about such a long voyage was the feeling of time wasted. Even though they were travelling as fast as they could to their destination, he couldn’t help but feel helpless.
Now they are here and he is about to take his first steps on a new land. He jumps down from the side of the boat into the water and quickly makes his way through the knee deep water to the shore, looking about at the scene around him.
After everything is unloaded and he has said his goodbyes, he hitches Herbs and Spice to the cart and starts to lead them towards Zora’s Domain, not stopping to listen to Tuto play. He smiles as the gnome rushes passed him into the brush.
When he catches up to Tuto and reads the word he scribbles on the ground, his senses focus and he immediately scans around for signs of trouble.
“Do you mean here and now?”, he asks as he looks to try and see what Tuto had seen.
Greko hears Tuto "oo oo oo" and turns to see what has excited him. He sees Tuto scribble something into the ground....'battle'. Greko quickly looks at the scene for any survivors.
Tuto shakes and nods his head at Rum. He takes a step to the side and scribbles again.
'Very recent'
He goes back to pacing and mumbling. He then looks to the Domain, and gestures to the others. "Oo! Oo!" He takes out his blade, holds it to himself, then points to the Domain again.
Greko stops looking for survivors as he can't find any.....not survivors but anyone in the field. Exasperated he looks back to Tuto who is pointing Zora's Domain "You think the battle raged in the domain?" Greko sees the stressed expression of Tuto staring back at him. "Of course, that's what you mean. Greko is old, forgive him. Shall we move to Zora and see what we find, maybe survivors?"
Lelith offered a silent nod. She looked quite annoyed by the defamation of nature presented before her but she did not voice out her discontent. Her bow drawn, she went ahead of the party and lead the way toward the domain of the Zora.
Ro stepped off the ship tired. He had spent the majority of trip either in the confines of his room or out on the ship deck training with his shield. Though his body was sore, his training had paid off as he had a newly purchased shield strapped to his left arm. Ro was still too tired to pay any attention to Tuto's first musical performance, but instantly perked up when the band began talking about signs of battle. The elf-dwarf kept his shield up and his component pouch at the ready as the band made their way through the new land.
One moment there was what seemed like tranquility on the beach, and the next, all hell broke loose. It was Ro and Tuto that were able to move out of the way of the focused light in the split second before the explosion that caught the rest of the band off guard, tossing Greko through the air nearly ten feet.
High up the slope, nearly a hundred yards away, a stone-esque construct set, one cyclopean eye on top panning around, searching out its next target.
As if this wasn't bad enough, green creatures began to rise out of the water. They looked, by and large, like Zora's, but were a darker green with purple iridescence dancing over them. Their eyes were fully white.

Rum rolls to his left just as the blast of light connects with the ground he was just standing on, causing an explosion. He sees Greko bear the brunt of it, but the others like himself spot it just in time and manage to get out the way.
He sees the construct searching for another target, but it is the creatures that come out of the water that catch his attention more. They appeared strange, almost corrupted. The Zora he had heard tell of on board the Scorpion were friendly, the captain himself saying they were amiable even. What had happened to these? They were Zora, right?
Tuto reacts first, starting to play his flute and sending a dagger flying at one of the Zora.
“Something is wrong here, these creatures seem corrupted somehow. They may need our help more than killing!”, he calls to the others as starts to move towards them, his feline form a blur of motion.
He splashes through the water, getting as close as he can before a faint spectral dragon form appears around him and he once again unleashes draconic energy from his mouth. Lightning crackles in a 20ft wide cone covering the three corrupted Zora, hoping to warn them off.
The patterned fur on his right forearm then begins to glow as he stands ready for what happens next.

"Thanks, Tuto," Ro says as he receives the gnome's musical boon. Ro acknowledged Rum's words about the Zoras; if the Zora's actions were not of their own will then he wanted to help. However, the construct sitting atop the hill made Ro wary. He wasn't entirely sure how the construct operated, but he assumed it's large eye meant that it needed to see its target.
Ro runs to Lelith and Rum's side and reaches into his component pouch. He pulls his hand out in a closed fist. Bringing the fist up to his mouth, Ro chants, "Oh magic, hinder my enemy's sight. Bring the image in my mind to light." The elf-dwarf plants his hand firmly into the ground, grinding whatever spell components he had into the dirt.
A split second later, a wall similar in composition to the nearby ruins erects in front of Ro, obstructing the construct's line of sight on Ro, Rum and Lelith.
Movement: running 25 ft towards Rum and Lelith
Action: casting Silent Image to conjure an illusory wall to block the construct's LOS on Rum, Ro and Lelith
The wall went up between Rum, Lelith, Ro, and the construct just as a light began to flash, lining up with Lelith's center-mass. As soon as the wall went up, the constricting beam of energy ceased.

Rum ducks and weaves as one, two then three Zora engage with him. The illusion his cloak produces does a good job, but eventually he is caught. He takes a couple of nasty blows, wincing with the pain each causes.
As he is hit for the first time, the spectral dragon form appears faintly again and a blast of telekinetic energy strikes out at the Zora that hit him.
He then retaliates, striking out with an uppercut to one Zora’s chin, trying to knock it out. He reaches into his Ki and follows that up with an elbow to the temple of the Zora before spinning and delivering a back handed strike.
With each move, the glowing fur pulses and inky tendrils accompany the strike.

(OOC: If a strike takes out a Zora with strikes remaining he will target another one. He has a reach of 15ft with eldritch Maul so wouldn’t need to move)
One of the Zoras goes flying backwards as it attacks Rum and lands roughly on the bank of the river in the seconds before Rum's attack knocks his first aggressor down, the Zora going limp and unconscious. His attack continuing, his elbow catches a third Zora in the side of the head but doesn't put it down. Two remain on their feet next to him, menacing him and his nearby band mates.
Tuto hears that these creatures minds might not be they're own, and stops his music. He glances up at that odd construction that shot the beam of light, then back down at the fight before them. He sighs. It may not be worth it, but if it's what they want. Tuto brings his flute back to his mask and the eye sockets flare with blue arcane energy. Transparent waves of sound flow from him to the Zora, and they can feel the grip of their weapons loosen, and their agression fade as Tuto casts Calm Emotions.
( The two Zora must make a DC 14 charisma save, ((You can suppress any effect causing a target to be charmed or frightened. When this spell ends, any suppressed effect resumes, provided that its duration has not expired in the meantime.))
