Malenia - [Monk - Way of the Jedi] - Auryn: Princess of Destiny
It didn't take long for either of the watch towns to come into focus. As soon as the Death Hawk's come into view of either village, bells begin to ring, horns sound; it sounds like the people of the watch have kept their post for a long, long time.
Landing in either of the villages brings out scores of Aarakocra warriors, the kind of people who've not only manned their posts for generations, but also, it seems have fought of all manner of flying and crawling monstrosities who have come from the Crater to menace the western side of the island. They recognize the Death Hawk's, though, as an integral portion of Skyloft's military, and rush out to meet the heroes with a sort of subservience, like they thought something like this could happen someday...
"Hail watchers", Rum calls as Keg lands in front of the warriors.
"I am Rumble of Hunger and I bear the AURYN of the Childlike Empress", he says holding up his AURYN medallion.
"I bring grave news. On the instruction of Atreyu, the Triforce of Courage has been removed and the Tarrasque has awoken. In order to stop it reaching Skyloft, the Divide must be destroyed and the crater dropped into the sea", he says gravely.
"There is not much time, my companions are headed to South Watch with the same message. I implore you, do what must be done in all haste".
Malenia spends little time conversing as her mount touches the ground, Immediately hopping off and stepping towards the warriors. "There is precious little time, Under the instruction of Atreyu we removed the Triforce of courage, Awakening the great beast that guarded it. In it's fury it will destroy Skyloft, we are left with no choice but to insist upon the Divides destruction. The Crater mustbe dropped into the sea."While Malenia is not much of a talker, so her normal baritone tenor rarely changes pitch. In this instance there is clear concern stressed in her words.

Malenia - [Monk - Way of the Jedi] - Auryn: Princess of Destiny
The Aarakocra in front of Atreyu look back and forth at one another and chirp and chitter things between themselves. One takes off immediately after that, flying deeper into the town...
The warriors gathered before Godshell and Malenia spend a moment looking at the Starfish creature and trying to figure out what it is. Then, when they realize what has happened, one moves deeper into the watch town...
Bells begin to sound. Bells so big and loud that there's no doubt they can be heard from one end of the island to the other. Both towns are alive with activity and shouting as the Aarakocra and other beings that call the area home move around frantically. The bells sound until they're in sink, and between their massive sounds the roar of the tarrasque only a few miles away, can be heard as it closes in on their position. The shouting gets more frantic.
Then there's an explosion toward the center of the island, one that would bisect the Divide. Another explosion north of that. Another south of that. Within seconds there are explosions running up and down the east side of the Divide as the island begins to crack and shatter. The ground and stone that composes the mantel of Celestia groans and rumbles as it begins to break apart, and then there is one final, mighty heave...and the east side of the island topples through the air...
There's a great whoosh of exchanging airmass, and a swirl of cloud as it drops thousands of feet down, leaving North and South Watch sitting near the edge of the island on what is a sheer precipice. The mass of land that has been cut free turns over onto its side as it free falls, and then crashes into the Sea of Possibilities. There is a cloud of water vapor that is churned up, and massive waves and disturbances from the impact that radiate outwards...
Rum takes to the air on Keg as soon as he realises that the Aarokocra have taken heed of his instruction. Having received word from Atreyu over the AURYN, he rushes South to meet up with Melania and Godshell.
As the bells ring out and the explosion is heard he winces slightly, the noise a little painful to his sensitive ears.
As he watches the eastern portion of Celestia drop into the Sea of Possibilities, he speaks a draconic prayer that only Keg hears, but doesn't understand.
"May the Great Dragon look after all those impacted by this. Especially my brothers and sisters at Dragonclaw, may they be prepared and safe".
"Not now, Godshell!" Gandalf says, waving a dismissing hand at the Asteri. "We'll get Slade when we can, but right now we have bigger problems!"
He grabs the mirror as the last of the three of them pass through and then slams it to the floor, smashing it so that no one or nothing could follow them. Then he motions to Boulder Chilled Stephen Austin to grab Malenia's Death Hawk.
"Malenia, I need a Jedi, and I need it now. Lord Vader has ambushed the team that is recovering Aughra and half of them are down. I can put you out right on top of him. It's tight, but do what you can. Try to get out as many of them as you can."
Gandalf points Malenia toward a mirror, then redirects his attention to Rum and Godshell. Through the mirror they see the flashes of a red and orange lightsaber, of a girl, Thea, getting a hole punched all the way through her before she is tossed to the wayside...
"No rest for either of you. You're needed at Hagsgate. Those dolts have woken up a literal army of skeletons and the Red Bull is suddenly masterless. Take your Death Hawks with you. You may need them. You're gonna drop out south east of the village and south by southwest of the keep. It you need to get around fast, you'll want the birds. Get moving."
Gandalf hands Rum a new small mirror and one of the folding mirrors to replace the last one. He then points them to the next mirror...through which they can see as something huge and red explodes out of the mountain behind the Keep and heads toward the little thatch rooved village...
"Good luck", Rum says to Melania as he sees some of what awaits her through the mirror.
As Gandalf explains where he and Godshell are going he starts to lead Keg towards the mirror, taking the replacement items from Gandalf as he goes. He stops short of going through though and turns back.
"I need to know, Wise One. Did Dragonclaw get a warning or have I just consigned my people to a watery grave?", he asks, a hopeful look on his face, but one tinged with genuine fear the likes of which he has not displayed before.
Stepping through the mirror, Malenia barely has a chance to breathe a sigh of relief before Gandalf gives her new orders. Albeit ones that weigh heavy on her shoulders as she has felt the presence of the Sith Lord many times before. Silently she follows Gandalfs pointed finger to the mirror, Without a word. Her Face contorts in anger upon seeing her friend being discarded like a piece of trash.
With no words spoken to her temporary allies, The sharp mechanical whir from her prosthesis hums into the air. Ejecting the hilt of her weapon into her waiting palm, Igniting it with a simple flick. The Blade of amber and red roars into existence, looking far more unstable than her regular weapon. She rushes through the mirror and to her friends aid.

Malenia - [Monk - Way of the Jedi] - Auryn: Princess of Destiny
Rum and Godshell appear in the air south east and south south west of Hagsgate keep just in time to hear, and see, the epic explosion from the hill behind the castle. Flames roared into the sky, and boulders of debris fell into the sea and across the beach as the earthshaking bellow reverberated through the air.
The Red Bull, for no doubt this is what the creature was, charged forward, it's hot body leaving glistening patches of glass on the beach as it charged toward the village. The air around and above the bull begins to shimmer from the heat it puts off...
People in the village begin to scream.
The ocean steams as it runs along the beach and then arcs toward the town.
And behind it, an army of skeletons slowly starts to spill from the mountain. They seem listless and without direction...for now...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ward turns to the group in the castle "Save the Mare, and get her safe. Well keep that thing occupied." Ward yells, before turning and hopping out the window after Nodjeim. Running and yelling to Nodjeim "Nodjeim! On me, I've got a buff for you before we engage!." Ward yells as he holds out his hand and magical energy fills it, taking the image of a syringe that Ward stabs himself with (Cure Wounds Heal Level 3: 21 ) and then waits for Nodjeim, taking a second before casting Enhance Ability onto himself for Wisdom before taking out a scroll and beginning to read. Messing up halfway through as the Docent on his shoulder pops in and corrects the Exhausted Ward before he refocuses and completes it. Ward all of the sudden is in the air on top of a Mammoth that lets out a loud growl towards the Bull charging towards the town. "FACE YOUR FATE BULL! YOU DO NOT LEAVE THIS PLACE ALIVE!" Ward yells from the top as the Mammoth stomps it feet facing the Bull from afar, Ward prepares a number of weapons and explosives, and if Nodjeim comes by using a Scroll Of Protection from Beasts upon him.
Rum listens as Gandalf explains that the message was sent to Dragonclaw and exhales the breath that he hadn’t realised he was holding. He was hopeful that with warning there was something they could do to protect themselves.
He then steels himself once more, turns and leads Keg through the mirror. He wasn’t entirely sure what to expect as they once again appear in the air and he has to swing up onto Keg’s back deftly mid drop.
It is as he settles into position that he hears the explosion and his gaze is drawn to the flaming mountain and the subsequent hail of rocks.
And then he spies for the first time the Red Bull, a monstrous molten bull that charges forth from what was the mountain. He sees the direction it is heading, straight to the village.
At his command, Keg veers towards it just as the mammoth appears. And on top of the mammoth is someone he recognises from Skyloft, shouting a challenge.
The figure is that of an automaton type, but with a totally different visage to his fellow Ember, Oten. Not that Oten would accept the term automaton. Maybe this one wouldn’t either.
He redirects his Death Hawk to do a flyby of the mammoth, whilst looking around for Godshell to make sure he came through the mirror ok.
“Hail Mammoth rider”, he calls down, not remembering their name. “Sorry if you wanted this to be a private affair, but help from above is at hand… well paw in truth!”.
Ward looks up towards the death hawks and waves ”Oh trust me we would appreciate the help. I’m trying to pull it away from the village so we can fight it here, and hopefully my mammoth can knock it down and give us an advantage. I’ve got paralytic darts but I don’t know the effectiveness, I need to get a bit closer first though.” Ward yells to the flying group

Having leapt out of the castle window, the ivory skinned Tiefling fell… for a few seconds. Then he got his air legs about him and begun a new dance. He glided upon the air currents, lept from wisp of cloud to wisp of cloud. He danced upon the air with a stunning ease and grace but with an unerring target of the Red Bull.
Nodjeim hears Ward call after him but is tempted to ignore him. The monstrosity is going after the people and someone must intervene! But after a few heartbeats his mind overrides his spirit and he accepts that if Ward has some protection to give it could only help against the beast. Nodjeim slows and waits just long enough to get the buff, to do a double take at the unexpected mammoth, and then go dash off once more towards the flaming bull.
