"Fireflight?" Travin enquires tentatively, "what happens to a Fae what goes back on its wordses? Hmmm? Fireflight say they changes yeh? But does that changes what they always was? Does it rewrite their history? Hmmm their brains?" Whilst doing this travin points a skinny finger at Ward and casts message whispering into the druids ear
"Huh? Fey can't. It hurts them to break their word. That's why my memory being fuzzy has me worried. What if I forget something? It's possible for a fey to die from breaking their word."
Johnathan raises his brow and turns to Delph. You are mistaken Delph. You didn’t kill the bog thing. You tried to spare it until Kerwyn, I mean Adam, killed it. You even gave him an hard time because of it. Also weren’t you the one that said you can’t kill things? Isn’t that the whole deal your father made with you?
"Can't kill things? No no, I wouldn't say that. I spared it? That doesnt sound right. Why woupdnt i avenge my friend? Also, my father is the lord of the hunt. He'd never want me to say that. Let alone make a deal to make me say that. If anything he'd probably do everything he could to prevent that. He wants me to be the next lord of the hunt after all. Although, I'm kind of pondering the idea of being the fey lord of hydras too. Pretty hard to get two titles in the court of fey though."
Oh that’s not good. Delphinium I don’t know how to say this but… but I think this forest has made you forget your vow. Remember your pet. Your father made you kill it on a hunt in an attempt to make you stronger. When you killed it you vowed never to kill again. You returned to the Fey recently and spoke with your father. He had the dead unicorn and said we could reunite the alicorn with it in an attempt to bring them back to life if you used the alicorn to undo your vow.
That explains the attack in the forest with your claws. It seems by you forgetting your vow your very being has become more violent. Interesting in a way. Any of this ringing a bell?

"I... didn't speak with him... I'm pretty sure. I..." The fairy begins to panic. Breathing heavily and looking around in an emotion you've never seen delphinium display.
Fear.
"It's i... what... no... can't be... i... here? This place? Are you sure? We have to get out of here then? I... I don't know what to do... this shouldn't be possible... I don't... I don't remember."
The fairy flies down to the ground and begins holding their head as if it's in extreme pain. "I don't remember!"
Travin, not liking where any of this is going nervously takes a patch off of his robe and fiddles with it, it transforms suddenly into yet another riding horse complete with saddle bags and lands on the floor with a whinny and a thud, "OH ummmm look at that, hmm? Travin founds another horsey in his pocket heh heh..."
Calm down, calm down Delph. I’m sure it won’t last. You have got us to help you through this. If we start panicking then this place wins. Johnathan pauses as he watches Travin summon yet another horse. He gives a very confused look before shaking his head and returning to Delph. I can’t do much to help you remember but I may have a way to see if this is a magical effect on you. If you like I could cast a spell to determine this. He pulls out his book by his side and flicks to a page. It would take me a moment. Is this alright?
If Delph agrees Johnathan will ritual cast detect magic to see if this is a magical effect on Delphinium.
Ward shakes his head as Delph starts to react poorly, leaning over towards Travin and whispering
"What did Delph kill in the Vader fight."
Then going back over to Delph. "Firelight stay with us, and Johnathan do the magic now. Shavaris and Dageron keep watch I don't want a creature popping up while we try to help Delph." Ward says, waiting for Travin's answer and collection some spell materials from his bag.

Shavaris watches the conversation go on between her friends worried what might happen as she had tried to stop this exact conversation earlier. When they finally reach the point that brings Fireflight down to the ground, she stops watching their perimeter and heads over and scoops the little fairy up.
Cradling them in her hands, she looks to Johnathan, Ward and Travin, "Was there a point to all that questioning other than this?" She looks down at Delph, concern creased all over her face. Without waiting for an answer, she walks back to the edge of the group, calling Eloise forth now that her hands were a bit more occupied and continues her march in silence.
After a moment, she looks down to Delph, "Are you ok? You still are, and always will be our Fireflight. If you want some alone time, I can put you in your bag."she says this with a small smile, hoping the idea of relaxing in the bag that Shavaris usually uses as a means to contain the ball of energy will make them smile a bit. "Just let me know what you need."
Adam walks over to Delph, very concerned. “What are you dickheads doing? Trying to make their head explode? I know we had our missteps in the past, our arguments and whatnot. But nonetheless, we still stuck by each other’s side. Through thick and skinny my fae friend. (Bizarre though your world seems). Little dude.. c’mon now. You remember the good times we had too, right? I’ve still got my dance moves… you remember? Check it… remember this?” Adam tries to do his best flex of his biceps, pectoral muscles and glutes, then takes a little sashay down the trail in the forest, like he’s walking on a catwalk, but his heart really isn’t into it… because his “little buddy” is hurting.

"The goose loving brownie, remember them yeh? they cames to deliver an artifact of powers to Vader, they betrayed us, and Fireflight... did what Fireflight does, but the brownies body coulds not handle it hmmm? Instead of unconsciousness they died at Fireflight's hand"
Johnathan turns to Shavaris and Adam as they start mocking his intentions. He felt a bit hurt by this actually. Dickheads? That’s what you think. We were only trying to help. What would you prefer, that we leave it alone until Delphinium kills someone. What happens when they do remember their vow? The guilt would hurt them. What if this magic makes them forget more than this. He can see that Adam and Shavaris were not listening and were trying to calm Delph down. Johnathan closes his book and puts it back in his belongings. Whatever. You want to pretend that this isn’t affecting us be my guest. I was just trying to help but instead I get insulted and judged. I got my own problems, I don’t need this. Johnathan walks off a little away from the others, still in eye sight, and waits.
"horse?" Travin offers to Johnathan as he stands there waiting...
As the group get ready to move off Travin decides to make himself more defendable he places various weapons sticking out from his pile until he resembles some kind of junky porcupine, once he is happy he ties Artax's reins to himself and also waits.
“Everybody just take it down a notch, ok? Give Delph a little room here… This place is doing something weird to us though. I had this dream last night… not one of my usual dreams where I’m being chased by a bunch of women who cheer on a sports team, but a much different, deeper one. I can’t stop thinking about Ro, about that False Knight guy, and how that wizardy guy in armor could do all of this to our world, to my Eternia, all of this devastation and perversion. I woke up in a sweat, and not in a good way. Maybe … Delph is being affected too, yeah?” He turns to Delph, saying “You’re memory is wrong my little dude, I killed the beast in the stinky bog, and you were so mad at me about it. I knew it was a killer, and it would keep hunting and killing each of us that it could, and I wanted to protect us. But that didn’t sit right with you, you just wanted to knock it out and you were so mad at me, you pushed me into that stinky crap. Remember?” Adam plasters a big grin on his face and gets close to the fae, trying to sort out what is going on with them.

As magic is offered Johnathan Delphinium seems to be struggling to reply as he continues to hold his head. "I... I don't remember. I don't remember. I don't remember." they continue to repeat this as if terrified of this fact. They don't resist any spells cast on them though. They seem in no way able to resist anything in this state. Their blue glow dimming to just a faint outline around them. Words alone seem not to reach him at first as he seems in an almost catatonic state. It's the touch of Shavaris that seems to break them out of whatever loop they were in as they relax at being picked up. The tiny fairy shaking a bit at whatever trauma has or is being done to them. They take a moment to recover as they just lay down in her hands. He eventually says, "I'm fireflight. Right. I... I'm still me... right?" This seems to really have the fairy shaken up as he looks to his friends for confirmation.
Delphinium checks the alicorn is still secured to their body as Johnathan and Shavaris begins arguing the fairy interrupts them as he says "I don't mind how you help. I appreciate the effort. I... I've never lost memories before... it... scares me because I am my words, my thoughts, my memories... if those change... who am I? Please don't fight over how you help... even if it hurts me, its the intention behind your words that matter." As Adam dances the fairy gives a small smile. Seeming to appreciate the effort to lighten the mood. Travin summoning a house makes the fairy smile too. "Thank you friends... I... I don't know if I'm okay. Just... don't let me be something I don't want. The horses and dancing is definitely helping." They smile and seem to still enjoy silly things and randomness a bit of their glow returning.
As Adam goes over the details of the bog encounter and how delph got mad at him the fairy seems to blank out for a moment. Almost completely unresponsive for a few seconds until he seems to come back to and replies sadly, "I'm sorry, I don't remember doing that to you. I'm glad we are still friends though."
"whether fireflight doesn't likes killing or is a killing machine to helps the Dawnguard, fireflight is still our fireflight hmm? Still friendses yeh yeh!"
Ward moves towards the rest of the party and turns to Shavaris and Delph. "I meant no harm, I just worry. In the best case scenario this memory loss is caused by a poor attempt at memory magic. The things which alter memories are something I do not take lightly. If you are alright to travel Delph, then we need to get to the Labyrinth immediately, because following off of Adam's dreams, if this is the work of those squids at least we need to be around allies. Both for safety and to plan our next move. If Adam's dream is pointing us correctly, we need to find Keldor and get those weapons and defenses against the creatures fabricated."" Ward says

Johnathan spends a few moments flickering through his book. He maintains the distance from the others while ritual casting a spell. When the spell completes he summons a phantom steed and climbs on. Ready.
"Johnathan, I..." but he had already stormed off. Shavaris smiles a bit at Kerwyn's actions.. no wait, she thinks, Adams. She isn't sure if she will ever get that right and hopes he isn't offended when she most likely will slip every now and then.
To Delph she places the tiny fairy on her shoulder, "But of course you are always welcome here. And yes, you will always be our Fireflight, and we'll back you and be your friend however you choose to live your life."
She smiles at Travin, appreciating his sentiments as he speaks to Delph in elvish and whispers to Delph, "Who would have guessed it, but our friend Travin here is right. I probably know that better than most seeing as I don't remember how I became... well, what I actually am." she looks away at this last part, not able to meet anyones eyes as she thinks about the creature that she has become.
