Dageron examines his new surroundings (( Action 1: Perception 24 )), looking for any threats or obvious portals. If he sees cover nearby he will drag Johnathan to it. Regardless, he casts Spare the Dying on his comrade (( Action 2: Spell )). He holds his Potion of Greater Healing ready for Johnathan.
The 34th floor, where most of the Dawn Guard has escaped, is a relatively open space with a series of offices along the perimeter walls and then mostly open corridors and cubical spaces between the offices. There doesn't appear to be anything actively hostile in the room. Not yet anyway. There are plenty of places to take cover, of course, either in cubicles, under desks, wherever. It's easy for Dageron to drag Johnathan to safety before working to revive him.
They can hear the sound of the battle continuing upstairs as the Carpathian Vampire, the one that has survived the fight that is, moves across the room, dashing to range with Adam while Vigo's Pet, still chewing on Ralik's minced body in its mouth, turns toward the Jedi warrior. All the monster's many eyes shift to Adam and crease maliciously as it takes aim at him. It rolls its primary mouth around, like someone about to spit up a loogey, and then upchucks, spraying bile and the chewed remnants of the Dawn Guard's twice fallen friend at the fighter...

Desperate, the elf starts digging around in her pack. She sees the fairy bag and gets a little pang to her heart. She wonders what Delph was up to now... they sure could use the little fairies help now. She shakes her head, no time for that.
Finding what she was looking for, she pulls the wand out of her pack. She starts walking around with the Wand of Secrets hoping something shows itself as she waits for Adam to come down.
That's when she hears the voice from Travin. She pauses midstep and listens. Relaying what she hears to the others, she then replies to Travin, Do you need help? We are on the floor below Vigo and his creatures, it's not looking good.
Then with her bonus action, she conjures Eloise back beside her.
Travin whines and whimpers at all of the noise, from within his pile he feels safer, and so with instinct as the only thing there to guide him, he tries to quiet himself as to remain unseen.
Shavaris waves the wand around, but it does nothing. Nothing happens. There are no hidden doors or traps, or perhaps even anything else hidden in this mundane space where humans in this realm slave away at menial jobs...

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Vigo's Pet locks its many, many eyes on Adam from the corridor. While it isn't particularly well suited for expressions, there is still something about its gaze that seems smug as it begins to float toward him, reaching out with its chains to pull itself along toward him. Blood, slime, gore, and grotesquery drip from its form as it moves with a morbid grace.
It speaks for the first time since the library.
"I told you that you had made a grievous error." It says, mouths not moving but sound audible all the same. "I told you that you cannot run. I told you that I will find you, I will kill you, and that you could not escape. I told you."
It slowly pulls itself over the hole, the dribbling nastiness of its disgusting body dripping into the room below through the hole Travin had previously made. The building shudders, a rumbling sound filling the air, but the creature does not seem to care. An eyeball on its underside, bloodshot and as big as a dinner place, stares through the hole and looks around the 34th floor where there rest of the Dawn Guard have fled.
"Remember I told you that I am not done with you? I remember."
A tendril of sinew begins to extend from the monster's body, digital bones moving forward to create a sort of hand. A bastardization of a hand to be sure, but a hand no less. It begins to probe Adam's clothing, to dig into his pocket as it retrieves the crystal he had picked up before...the little, perfectly formed ornate crystal with Sarah suspended in the middle, hair done up like it had been before in the Labyrinth, beautiful white dress caught in mid flow around her when she had been sealed inside. As soon as the crystal is retrieved, it is pulled into the weirdly pliable monster as the tendril begins to break down and recede back into the main body.
A sickening green miasma pours through the hole to the floor below as the thing speaks and begins to spread, threatening to reach Johnathan, Dageron, and the others who are farther from the hole. Adam, though, on the floor above, becomes caught in the poison cloud as it rolls over him. Paralyzed. Unable to move. He can only bear it as the vapor begins to seep into his being. As if to add insult to injury, the Carpathian Vampire near him, its skin boiling and blistering from the poison cloud, reaches out, its very touch causing a burning sensation in his mind...
And then the floor above them breaks and buckles as the roof gives way. Glass around the 35th and 34th floors of the building shatters and sprays outward into the night, and there are screams of alarm from below on the streets. The building shudders again.
The power goes and everything plunges into darkness.
A steel beam falls, crushing the vampire next to Adam and putting an end to it seconds before the floor gives way, dropping the contents in the center of the room including the paralyzed prince onto the 34th floor, leaving Vigo's pet floating above him.
It's clear that the building is starting to collapse. Insulation, beams, ceiling tiles, pipes, wiring, all falls down to the 34th floor to create difficult terrain around Johnathan, Dageron, and Adam...
Adam lays within the miasmic cloud, unable to rescue himself because he is paralyzed...
Turn Summary
Vigo's Pet Movement: 20 feet toward Adam, stopping over the hole leading to the 34th floor Contamination: The poison miasma rolls over Adam and starts falling into the floor below. Adam must make a DC20 Con Save or take 13 Poison Damage
Carpathian Vampire Takes 13 damage from the rolling miasma. It doesn't look good... Action- Mindbreaking Touch: Targeting Adam. 20 to hit, 16 psychic damage, and Adam has disadvantage on saving throws until the end of the Carpathian Vampires next turn.
Johnathan wakes up in a confused daze as he feels the building falling apart. Seeing the situation and realising that Vigo is not in sight he decides to make his way down the hole from whence the party came.
Dageron calls to the others, "Ralik is dead and Adam is down. We must regroup! Make for the exit down, lead the monster to the Humans. Let the chaos cover our retreat!"
Dageron runs into the miasma to grab Adam (( Action 1: Grab Adam, Movement to Adam )). He grabs Adam and carries him towards the nearest fire exit. (( Action 2: Dash to exit ))
Shavaris watches in horror as things fall apart behind her. Just as she is about to run for Adam, Dageron grabs hold of him and gets him out of the awful stuff. Turning back towards the hole, she yells to her friends, "Travin is at the portrait, dealing with hostiles before destroying it. Once gone, Vigo can no longer revive himself. We need to regroup and heal up!" and then to Dag, "what fire exit? Elevator is boobie trapped and the stairs are full of slime! Hole it is!"
Running towards the hole, she jumps down below, taking a quick look around to make sure there are no enemies. If there are, she'll deal with them, if not, she sends Eloise down to the floor below her, completing two dashes (action and BA).
Johnathan moves fast, while Dageron makes grabbing Adam and getting away from the haze given off by the weird slime-gore-thing easy. Still, the shattered remains of the overhead make clambering through the mess hard as they have to run through insulation and fallen ductwork and whatnot.
Shavaris is luckier. She is able to dash right up to the edge of the hole...and sees some sort of ooze on the floor below them squirming about just past the hole. It moves right for her...
Leaving so soon? They hear the voice of Vigo echo through the building, coming from everywhere and nowhere all at once. What happened to the fearsome Dawn Guard? What did you intend to accomplish by coming here? This was really quite pathetic, wasn't it? Well, no matter. It seems there are more of you that need to be dealt with than I originally thought.
Above, Vigo's Pet begins to move. They hear the rattling of the huge chains as it pulls itself along, eyes looking down at them in the seconds before it disappears from sight above the hole they jumped down from...

Johnathan continues to move downstairs as he looks around trying to get his bearings. What’s going on? Where’s Vigo? It seems his time unconscious has left Johnathan very confused.
Dageron continues to carry Adam, dashing towards Shavaris' position (( Action 1 / Movement: Dash )). While doing so he casts Guidance on Adam (( Action 2: Guidance, to assist with any further saves )).
Seeing the slime near the hole, Shavaris jumps to avoid it and head down to the next floor. She doesn't know where Travin is with the portrait, and is worried about the foes chasing them. She knows they need to defeat them, but they need to heal up first. If there is no enemy on this floor, she'll look for a place they can hole up for a bit.
Adam’s eyes go wide, he focuses deep inside and tries his best to move his arms, or his legs. He strains, sweat on his brow. Nothing. He remains paralyzed.
(Wisdom save with adv, using inspiration) : 19
Adam focuses on his breathing, taking a second wind, healing for 15 points. “We are not going to make it out of this alive… this is it. The deep sleep…” he thinks to himself as he is being carried.
