Stephen raises a hand, pressing it to his forehead and uttering something akin to 'ouch' as he replaces his Greatmaul on his back, and looks confused as everyone, save for Ward of course, comes out of their stupors. Things deescalate quickly from there, and he watches as they regroup and begin composing their AURYN message...whatever that is. Stephen shrugs. He doesn't know, nor really care, what an AURYN message is. At the moment, he just wants alcohol. And maybe food. And maybe a good ol' fashioned tavern brawl just for giggles.
He steps near the little Fox fellow, the newcomber, and bends down, reaching one hand out to poke at the strange, mechanical arm with his finger like he's never seen such a thing...probably because he hasn't. As he's doing so, he looks at the various lacerations and contusions that blemish his arms, then glances down at his chest, looking at all the blood.
"You got anymore of that healing there, little man?" He asks Hemmy. "Looks like I got myself some booboos here."
Johnathan has been resting up against a tree doing his best to keep to himself. He has now pulled echo out from his pocket and is petting his familiar. When Travin wants him to follow Johnathan gives a small sigh as he stands up. He follows Travin, What is Travin, what’s with the secrecy? Johnathan leaves Echo with the others in case they get lost or something. We should be resting, it’s been a rough day today.
Once Travin and Johnathan return, Trav asks Ward for a favour, he produces a pot, in which sits a plant and inquires whether Ward has the druidic power to help the plant grow faster than normal.
If Ward accepts, the the small plant grows extending beyond the bounds of its restrictive encasing and shattering the clay pot it resides within, at that point the plant becomes sentient and Travin hands it off to Johnathan with a smile and a nod.
As it crawls up Johnathan's arm it perches upon his shoulder and begins acting friendly toward him.
(Johnathan gains the companion 'Awakened shrub' small plant, unaligned, which follows Johnathan's commands)
You see Kerwyn stand up and put his hand on the Auryn, he goes into an semi-trance, his mouth is moving, but nothing comes out. After a few minutes, he comes to and his eyes focus, he says “There it is. Sent them the update. All the wacky stuff that has happened to us and the important news. I’ll let you know when I hear anything else.” Kerwyn rests (short rest) and afterwards starts playing with his new “light sword”, and performs a ritual to realign the weapon bond between him and his glaive, as well as this new light sword, loving the way that it feels in his hand. He begins to practice throwing it even, and having it return to his hand with the bond.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Ward mentions heading to the college, and Shavaris considers this, but worries about the fact they are wanted in the village and they have a direction to go, they need to get to Hylia. She turns to him, "What exactly to do you need to find out at a college? We need to get moving, as you heard from Kerwyn, things are not going well."
She smiles as Travin and Johnathan head off into the woods, hoping that will help their relationship. Also, wonders if she should go hunt.. she filled her flask, but doesn't understand what she has well enough to know.
What really draws her attention though, is what Delph is talking about. As the rest of the group takes a short rest, she joins them and asks Delphinium, "So your father. Obviously this is a difficult topic for you, but I also feel we need to get all this out, we don't need it wearing on you, my friend, we are all here to help. So your dad is Lord of the Hunt? And he has the body of the stallion? Will you please elaborate? Did you try to bring him back with the alicorn? Or is this something that cannot be?" She tries to be as calm as possible to try and help her fairy friend explain what they know.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Hemmy looks up to the big barbarian and nods. "I do. Not much left but lets get you healed up a little bit at the very least. I'll have to make some more when we get a chance to rest." The fox moves over to Stephen and once again the robotic arm seems to spring to life this time reaching into the pack and pulling out the spraying bottle once again. As The fox sprays over the wounds the open bleeding heals up although any major damage won't be fully healed. "I believe some others needed it too." Hemmy will then heal one more person and that's it for healing.

Delphinium almost thought they got away with not having to talk about their father. Then Shavaris asked about them again. The fairy gives a very auditable sigh and says "I was really hoping to put this off at least another day... or two... maybe three... possibly 4.... hopes on 5..." As Shavaris continues to look at Delph waiting for an answer they give up and seem resigned "No, no. I didn't try to bring him back with me. My dad is a big jerk, I currently hate him! He... well he's got the stallion's body and wants me to... use the Alicorn to undo my words as a fey and also wants me pickup with my training with him again." Delph looks very grumpy about this. "He's being a big jerk holding what I want to make me do it! If I agree he'll give it to us... but.. I don't want to!" The are pouting but also upset on other levels as well.
Travin becomes distracted as usual, listening to something unheard, wafting unseen bugs off his head and arms, "does the Guard hear that hmmm? Chime chime chime, crystals in time heh heh, we will not make it to the town hmm?" His eyes unfocused, he seems to to not be here right now, but he makes no attempt to leave the group.
Johnathan returns with Travin an a pot in his hand. He doesn’t pay it much attention as he goes back to his tree and rests for a bit. When Delphinium mentions the location of the mare he decides to return to the others. If your father has the body why is me making you change your word as a Fey? Does he want you to become something besides a fairy? Can the alicorn do that even? He pauses as he listens to the others chime in. Perhaps we should leave the body for now then. As long as he isn’t going to destroy it then it might actually be good that he safe guards it. The message that Kerwyn got says that darkness is at the temple of time. I think we should make our way to the unicorn, that temple is not far from Hagsgate and if we are being spied on by the empire then other forces might be racing there as we speak. The longer we wait the more chance the last unicorn is discovered.
Delph looks to Johnathan and says "I'll still be a fairy Johnathan, although the Alicorn probably could change what I am. The Alicorn is very powerful. I feel it can do many things. Including change the words of a fey. You all might not know this but most fey are incapable of lying. I am one of them. If I give my word, make a promise or say something without thought it binds me.... forever. I used to be... well... next in line to be the Lord of the Hunt. That is... until I swore never to kill again. Kind of a requirement for the title. He wants me to undo that I said I'd never kill again and wants me to agree to start training again. I'm still very very very mad at him for what he made me do though! I don't want to give him anything!" They flutter all mad and agitated at this thought but settle back down and seem to droop a bit, "But... if I do agree... you all get a unicorn and this world will be a lot safer. I like this world. Sure, it isn't as magical as the feywild but I still like it. My mom loves it here.... I love both places. I just don't know what will happen if I agree to this is all. He gave me... umm... some time to decide, talk to you all about it and what not. If I don't agree in that time... he's going to make the stallion's body his next taxidermized trophy... I'm pretty sure it can't be revived after that..." Delph just lands on Johnathan's shoulder looking very torn, a million thoughts and feelings flooding the tiny fairy as they sit there.
"kills a beast and gets a trophy heh! We cannot truly kills anything in this world or any other, hmmm? Not in a way that matters... Words are promises, promises are intentions hmmm, Fireflight says fey are tricksy, so change the intentions of the wordses yeh!" Travin states off into the distance as he mutters his nonsense and ponders existence once more.
Ward frowns and his veins flicker up a bit, but not as severe as they usually are, almost dimmer. "No. While I disagree with your stance, I respect it, and I will not allow someone else to force your hand and violate your morals. That is a choice, that should you make it, you must make, not him. There is one method I have, should we wish to piss him off a bit which I wouldn't be against. If you don't want to do that, however, I would love to have a chat. As well, it seems time in the Feywild passes a little differently, doesn't it? It would give me plenty of time, as well as a little respite for us without causing too many issues here. Why don't we have a trip? Oh and Shav, the reason I wish to go to the College is I need to look into some spells for later creations, and I wish to figure out what those purple fiends are. But I'm sure your father has some lovely texts that he might be willing to share." Ward says, amping himself up a bit before deflating a little. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa...." Kerwyn stands in the middle of all parties, holding his hands up, motioning everyone to get quiet. His hand touches the Auryn medallion, and his other hand goes to his ear, makes a strange turning motion, like he's dialing in a frequency on something known as a radio. "Whoa guys, big message here, I think you all want to hear this."
Again, Kerwyn's eyes unfocus and a voice comes out of his mouth, slightly disembodied as he repeats the words transmitted to him, of utmost importance.
"AURYN Bearers, I am Atreyu, Champion of the Childlike Empress! We have faced terrible setbacks in recent days, and unfortunate losses. Our skies are darkening. OUr strongholds have fallen. Our armies have been conquered. But we are not done! We will not be going quietly into the night that these fiends try to bring down upon us! They'll take Hyboria from us when they've snuffed the breath from the last of us, and even then it will only be after a might struggle! Prepare yourselves! Soon, I shall summon you to the Hall of the Celestials in Skyloft through the power of the AURYN! If you hear me now, you are the resistance!"
Kerwyn stops and bends over, taking deep breaths. He looks at all of you, face grim.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Delphinium looks to ward as they try to say it's against the fairy's morals the Fairy looks to Ward and it seems something is weighing on them but even the fairy doesn't seem sure what it is, They began to say "It's not a hunt... he's trying to make me forgive him. I'm... I feel weird. Thinking about it. What life was like back when I was living with my dad. I was different then I..." Delphinium gets cut off by Kerwyn's sudden warning. The fairy looks over to them as if their choice wasn't pressured enough now they might be summoned away for who knows how long. They seem torn and indecisive and don't seem to know what to say.
Delphinium flutters down as they try to comprehend what going on. Their mind very much focused on the choice they need to make. They manage to derail their thoughts for a second and say "That all sounds really bad. You all know I like to help but it's complicated." eventually the tiny fairy is just sitting on a rock on the ground. "They said the skies darkening." The fairy looks up at the sky "Its because I'm hesitating isn't it? All because I'm being petty... rightfully so but still being petty. Maybe I should of just accepted, I used to get along really well with my dad."
Hemmy goes up to Ward and says in a quiet voice to them "It sounds like you all have a lot of trouble. I know enough about the feywild to know it is influenced by magic. There is no promise that you will benefit from time being manipulated like for Delphinium and me." The fox sits and waits to see what everyone will do. They look to Delph and say "Lord Herne gave you time to decide. You don't have to choose yet. At the very least I think your friends do not know what they are suggesting they get involved in so you should explain properly."
The fairy nods but continues to seem deep in thought. They look up at the dawn guard and say "If you all want to know... I'll tell you but it'll be a long story. You all might not look the same at me anymore either. It can wait, sounds like we got lots going on. He gave me till the change of the seasons in this world to decide. Also, being in resistance sounds fun!" they definitely don't seem to want to discuss this topic much further but will if asked, they have no choice. They said they would.
Travin snaps out of whatever trance he was in, "bing bong, the city in the sky is calling, chime chime chime, hearing it too hmmm? Travin warned you yes yes yes. Hmmmm?" His attention snaps abruptly over to Delph, "no one will make the decision for Fireflight, it must be his own and the guard will follow it, yeh yeh! Travin wonders what lord Herne is!? Heh!"
Johnathan listens to Delph and considers what they should do. On the one hand the Fey wild was dangerous and unpredictable, however this was a chance to get the stallion back. It’s up to you Delph, no matter what you do you are gonna lose something. If we lie and steal the stallion you will ruin your relationship with your dad. If you agree with your dad you will lose yourself. That being said just because you could kill again doesn’t mean you have to, you would have a choice. He continues to listen as Kerwyn delivers another message. His face grows darker as he realises how severe the situation has become. Great. Just great. Looks like we are gonna be meeting up with the others again. Can’t say I’m happy that we are gonna be teleported away at some random time though because now we have no idea what we can do. Also how would the necklace work if we were in a different plane? Damn this ain’t good news. He gets up, dusts off his coat and looks to the others. Let’s finish off with the college before we are teleported, this might be our last chance. Johnathan summons his powers and disguises himself as an ordinary looking man. They were wanted now, so it would make travelling easier.
Shavaris was about to give her opinion on the situation when Kerwyn drops the bomb with the AURYN. She just stands there then, stunned for a bit. The weight of the situation getting worse after learning about the death of the others. Summoned? What exactly does that mean? What about the unicorn they were supposed to find? Did they fail? Were they supposed to have found it by now?
All these thoughts whirl around her head. She pauses a moment and looks to Delph, "If you want to talk about it, I'll be here for you." she then turns to Johnathan as he mentions going to the college. "You go right ahead, I just need some time to process all of this. I'll be over there, shout if you need anything." She points deeper into the woods adjacent to where they are from the village. With that, she starts heading in that direction, finds a good tree and climbs up, taking some time to think.
Travin looks torn, he has a want, a need, craving going back to town, to give into the desire to clear out the shops he knows are now abandoned and take the shinies that wait for him inside, he also looks to Shavaris as she walks away contemplative, he remembers her words to him in the healers hut, the way she left abruptly, upset, and he had imposed those feelings onto her, the similarities in their loss...
He stamps his little feet on the ground hurriedly before catching Ward's attention, "Ward! Ah ah! Ward can be invisibles yeh? Hmmm? There is a shop, a Smith, nears to the bridge, opposites the fight pit, a little way from the fireball uhhh... Accident yeh yeh! It lies abandoneds all items still inside, usefuls thingses, if Ward takes it alls ,can travin haves the things Ward does not want hmm? Please? The angry man is dead, yeh yeh! hads no family, no one to pass shinies down to hmmm?" Without waiting for an answer, travin shuffles off into the forest once more, followed as always by his giant lumbering beloved Birt.
Ward waits until Travin has left before shaking his head. "When we are done we need to get him help. He truly doesn't understand. I will head over, see if there should be some family to pass things onto, and if not I would like to give him as best a goodbye as I can should parts of him still be here." Ward says, and if there are no objections he becomes invisible and begins to head toward the Smith's house

Kerwyn says out loud to himself “We each need to prepare ourselves in our own way for what is to come.” He shakes his head, gives a little cough and an owl feather comes out of his mouth. He turns and looks up at Delph. “What are you saying Delph, I want to hear the story. Tell us about your dad and how all of that evolved. It would … it would explain a lot.” He sits down on the ground in front of Delph, with knees folded criss cross apple sauce, waiting for story time from the fae. He holds the light saber in his lap, continuing his weapon bond with it, looking down and studying it from time to time.
As Ward is about to head out, he calls out after him, “Ward! If you happen to see a nice shield lying around in your travels back in town, can you grab it for me? Thanks!”
Stephen raises a hand, pressing it to his forehead and uttering something akin to 'ouch' as he replaces his Greatmaul on his back, and looks confused as everyone, save for Ward of course, comes out of their stupors.

Thanks!”
