Oh great, what's SHE got planned =P

Okay! Here's what goes down. Firstly, a few things to mention:

- Speaking is a free action which you can do out of initiative order. So if you gotta communicate ideas to the party, just go for it!
- Initiative is an order system- but realistically, you all act simultaneously. You'll notice I grouped you all together in the initiative round, so I don't mind if you chop and change goes during your team's turn. I think that just works better in PBP as different epople check the thread at different times.

Gregor and Chubby will take the same amount of damage as they have already, we're just retconning their actions. With both of you charging together, and taking the dash action, I'll say that it removes difficult terrain due to the both of you charging with a dash, which means both Gregor and Chubby are able to make it 60' into the room by brute force. Broodguards go flying each and every way as you two plough your way through them.

Crispy takes the dash action to stay behind, sticking with them for 60'. As she does so, she slashes at a few on her way, releasing a rooster tail of spurting blood. She does however take 8  from a couple of broodguards as they manage to slash at her ankles.

Liam elects to stay behind for the moment, and in reply to the Mind Whisperer's taunt, charges a magnificant bolt of lightning right towards her. The Broodguards are too bunched up in order to get out of the way and an entire line of them become incinerated as the arcane bolt of energy bursts forurth from Liam's crystal. Dex save: 5 It dives to the side but a loose arc of electricity still zaps it and you see it channel through it's scales.

Liam has movement left, it is also Nia's turn.

Initiative: Gregor, Chubby, Nia, Liam, Crispy, MW, NS, Judas.

Liam waits to move until he sees what Nia does.

Also, the doors at the back of this room seem to be leading up to the rooftop.

Nia's eyes suddenly flare crimson and a voice not her own speaks through her mouth. The voice is darkly seductive and threatening "Yuan-ti fools. Do you honestly believe that I would allow one I have claimed for my own to fall into your scaly hands?" it said and began chanting in Infernal. Suddenly, before the party a design burst forth the stone in crimson flames:

And from the flames a being erupts forth. A beautiful woman with long red hair, bat-like wings, horns, legs ending in cloven hooves - and the face of Nia's mother, Cerise Redfallow.

The crimson light fades from Nia's eyes and she shakes her head in confusion. She sees the demon's face and her jaw drops. "... Mama?"

Awwwww sheiiiiii.

just sub it’s turn in after yours, Nia. Go for it.

Additionally, 

Liam, you are hit by 4  broodguards and take 13 slashing dmg

Nia, you are hit by 4 broodguards and take 12 slashing dmg

Cerise is hit by 3 broodguards and take 9 slashing dmg

Cerise opened her mouth to speak and saw Nia struck. "Argh! No time!" She snarled and grabbed both Nia and Liam, one in each clawed hand before unfurling her wings and taking to the sky. To Crispy and the others she yelled "Quickly!!" as she flew over their heads towards the door.

 Liam rushes over to Nia, a look of alarm on his face as he grabs her by the shoulders.

"Nia?!?!  You summoned a DEMON?!?!"

"I dunno what I did!" She yelped.

Using a healing potion on yourself is a bonus action, go for it! On someone else is an action.

Liam does that.

Greater Healing Potion: 12 HP

The mind whisperer reels from Liam’s arcane strike, tumbling off to the side. It gathers it’s self back on one knee and hisses angrily before using it’s movement to run and help the seemingly brainwashed treestrider walk back over to the alter to Judas.

Judas stands, but ever so slowly. Half of his body is burnt and welted, and he is visibly shaking, even from where you are currently situated. He looks dazed, and grimaces menacingly, as he gathers himself and readies the ceremonial blade.

The nightmare speaker looks down on the group, and raises a single finger at Crispy who’s cutting down broodguard left and right. She mutters something in Abyssal. Crispy, Make a DC 13 INT saving throw as an image begins to conjure right next to you.

In Abyssal: 

Keep in mind there are no stairs on your side of the room. The ledge is 8’ tall.

Initiative: Gregor, Chubby, Nia, Liam, Crispy, MW, NS, Judas.

(To save time, I’ll just pre-roll the broodguard damages. Take these at the start of your turn if you are still on the lower level of this room.)

Gregor 3 . 15 dmg

Chubby 5 . 28 dmg 

Crispy 2 . 18 dmg 

Liam and Nia and Cerise are currently out of range.

As Crispy ran with Gregor and Chubby, instinct was kicking in, and the rush of adrenaline was glorious. Bodies everywhere, blood splashing on her clothes, at this point she wasn't even feeling the pain of getting hit.

She was momentarily distracted when she spun to check on the others, panting and gritting her teeth, yearning for more. Then she saw what Nia had done."What...the....?" She mumbled, then yelled in surprise and amusement "Nia, what the f- AHG!"

Then something smashed into her mind. INT check: 19 For a moment, something tried to get in. Something in her mind was trying to play tricks on her, make her heart race, and she froze, waiting, looking around. She squinted her eyes shut tight, tight, and said, "No, no no...come ON! NO!" and the momentary manifestation of something terrible and evil faded as she took another hit in the back, shattering her distraction and bringing her back to the fight. "GAAGH!" She yelled as the sting of the wound cut deep. She swung around again, growing and foaming like a feral beast and got her mind back in the fight.

What are chubby and gregor doing? (I'll let you guys manage him)

 Chubby and Gregor will continue to bum-rush towards Judas and the other baddies:

1) To attack and defeat NS + MW + J

2) To stop the killing of the innocent hostage
