He could put more of an angle on the web to completely avoid the dwarf's square if necessary, but this looked pretty safe:
Balthar squawks and circles the peculiar mound engulfing their companion to distract it, helping in attacks against it, then flies back to Koric again.

With Balthar's help, you just barely manage to cut through the fleshy mound, freeing Soloth. Soloth, going to need new orders from you as your old ones no longer apply!
You drink the potion, but it's basically flavored water, not offering much healing potency at all. You aim your ire now at the other monstrosity, ready to fight off the monstrous mass. Liri si up!

The other hulk attacks Norbus yet again, slamming its two massive fists down at the dwarf, who look deeply enraged (all damage will be halved due rage halving bludgeoning damage) Attack: 28 Damage: 24 Attack: 25 Damage: 13

The mass of limbs all over the battlefield - zombies, mounds of undead flesh, companions, dwarves, and furry friends - drive Elandra to slightly chuckle at the oddity of the situation. Letting her badger follow her commands in it's own way, she focuses again on helping those she can. She darts around the thorny brush to her north, shouting encouragement to Liri and trying to attack what little mind there is inside the mass of flesh near the dwarf.
Action: Dissonant Whispers @ Mound 2 - DC 15 WIS On a failed save, it takes 8, psychic damage and must immediately use its reaction, if available, to move as far as its speed allows away from you. Bonus: Bardic Inspiration on Liri Movement: 30ft, north around the W of thorns.

Pointing his hand at the zombie east of him, the flames launch towards it as he stops to catch his breath.
He asks Balthar to do his best to distract the zombie for anyone else who wants to attack it, then fly west to try to rejoin Koric.
