(Which direction are you throwing it?)
Lurn relays the drow locations, then heads north. If he can see any drow there, he'll cast Toll The Dead on them. 8
(I'm going to presume that since Lurn's got the light, he'll have to be the first attack, so only an uninjured target. I'm also guessing going for the pair is a better idea so we have less archers at range, but if we don't wanna go with that I don't mind.)

Kroshav moves up the last 10ft of the tunnel and chucks a lit torch to the south. It unfortunately bounces of the cieling which sends it skidding to a stop early than hoped around 35ft away. It doesn't help Kroshav see the supposed drow to the south but Jaq (when he comes up) would see the drow just beyond the light cast by the flickering torch.
Lurn moves up the remaining 5ft on the stairs and turns to the north moving 25ft in hopes of seeing a target. He doesn't see anyone ahead but Mikram confirms they are there, another 10ft beyond the light of the firbolg's shield.
Initiative
Kroshav (Blessed, Prot. poison) (Still have 20' of movement left) <--- Lurn/Mikram (Blessed) (Action remaining) <--- Joe (Blessed) <--- Cladmir (Blessed) <--- Jaq (Blessed, Prot. poison) <--- Drow
((Jaq can see that the drow to the north and south all have short bows in their hands. Lurn and company are closing on the north pair and the south drow is, currently, unpressured.))

(Thanks) Jaq will head up the stair, bow readied, and once he sees the drow, he will take a shot at the lone one to the south.
Longbow attack: 24
Arrow Damage: 12
He will then move forward, away from the steps and into the hallway (not north or south) that does not have an enemy in it, moving far enough into the hallway that he is out of sight of both groups of drow. (If he needs to use cunning action for the movement he does so, if he doesn't have to use cunning action for movement, he uses the action to hide)
(So we've got two options for Lurn's actions that I want others figuring: Lurn can either just ready an attack, or he can sprint to the two drow, leaving everyone (bar Jaq with darkvision) mostly in darkness but allowing them to attack from a range. Any preferences?)

Jaq's arrow finds the drow and the dark elf lets out a yelp of pain. Jaq then moves forward into the main corridor and just out of sight of both the north and south tunnels. He doesn't see anyone further on down the corridor but can hear angry voices.
((The best he's likely to ready is a Toll The Dead, which won't do much.))

Cladmir follows Joe and also readies his hand crossbow with the drow's own poison dart anticipating to let the drow get a taste of their own medicine. He will also shoot when he sees any target. Initially he thought he might follow Jaw, but after seeing Jaw melt into the darkness and not seeing anything at all toward the south he instead followed the group.
