((@Spider, Only an opportunity attack (at DA) on Kroshav if he moves north, the drow are standing beside each other blocking the corridor south so he can't get by them.
@Forever, way I see it, Lurn is just working his way up to an overdose!))
Lurn, after what must be his sixth or seventh poisoning, barely even notices it. He does notice another arrow though and takes curing measures that force them out with a clatter to the floor. His flying, glowing great sword is able to just make it to the drow and hack at him. The (almost certainly dead now given Jaq's held attack) drow grunts in pain and looks to the east desperately.
((What would you like Joe to do?))
Initiative:
Kroshav (Prot. poison, Blessed) (movement) Lurn/Mikram (Blessed) (movement) Joe (Blessed)<---- Cladmir (Blessed) Jaq (Blessed, Prot. poison) (Roll that readied attack as well!) <---- Drow
(Would be fine to just have Joe pop out to cantrip the other north drow then duck into cover again, but I'm not familiar with her spells)

At the last moment Jaq feels a subtle urge to against his aim. The adjustment is just enough to find a gap in the drow's armor and send him to his dark goddess.
((Okay! Jaq has his regular turn left as does Joe. No Drow are visible to the Lurn/Jaq/Joe crew. You know that Kroshav and Cladmir sound like they have engaged the Drow to the south.))
((Oh, I'd thought there were two to the north. Guess there's probably some coming though, considering this one was looking to the east. So, do we break for the fog cover, or intercept?))

(I'm open to north or south) Jaq will concentrate and mutter the one quick spell he knows and create another illusion, this one a large boulder between him and north, where he can hide behind it. If we are fighting north, he will hunker down a bit to hide behind it, and then stealth. If they are heading south, he will head into the fog, barely, and then stealth.
I say let her hide just inside the room and Dodge. They've tried the north door, but even if they do open that, the body Jaq set against it will come out at them and hopefully distract. Better than the risk of them rounding the corner and deciding to shoot the little weakling over the big scary man.
To clarify, I'm trusting Kroshav and Clad can hold out with the fog cloud, avoiding a flank by doing big murder it important.

In the fog cloud the drow swing wildly ahead of themselves in the general direction they think their opponents are.
((Drow target 1 (1 Kroshav, 2 Cladmir): 2
Drow target 2 (1 Kroshav, 2 Cladmir): 1))
Drow 1 Attack: 12 Damage: 3
Drow 2 Attack: 6 Damage: 5
To the north, a nightmare form steps over the fallen drow. The drider's long spider legs come into view then its twisted body. Wasting no time on the fallen it fires on the only target it can see, the large firbolg illuminating the corridor. Three arrows quickly race towards the large man before the drider takes a step back out of sight.

Kroshav is constantly checking in with Sword to make sure he knows where the drow are. When she alerts him that one is attacking Clad, or he hears it swing in that direction, he thrusts Sword out at them
((Would have been disadvantage on the sentinel attack, but it would have been flat on the one that attacked Kroshav.))
Kroshav tries to catch the drow that swung at Cladmir but finds nothing but air, turning on the opponent that swung at him goes better and he finds the drow both times. A gasp and then a thump lets him know that drow is down.
((The drider is way beyond her sight range, the corner is 80' away from Kroshav now, and Lurn is 60'. I would suspect someone will say something, like Mikram who I forgot, though he would say it in Dwarven so Kroshav would still be in the dark, literally and figuratively.))

Cladmir once again felt the sensation of weapon striking above him and deduced that since it cannot have been the Krsohav that attacked him (with his weird ghost sight and all) this must be an enemy. Swiftly his lashed out with his rapier, with a strange sensation that something was also gently guiding his hand.
Attack: 10 Damage: 14 + bless roll: 1
Attack: 20 Damage: 7 + bless roll: 4
