Vishka steps forward with her weapon drawn, casting guidance on herself.

The goblin gives Vishka a long considering look,

"Yeemik is the boss now and Yeemik is not scared of you."

"Are you certain of that Yeemik. You look scared to me."

Melandra casts cause fear

Wisdom 6

"Stay back! Stay back elf witch or I will kill the human. I will kill him dead!" Yeemik raises his blade to stab Sildar his eyes wide with terror.

Kara fires a crossbow bolt at Yeemik from the entrance Attack: 21 Damage: 8

The bolt fires wide of the goblins head and battle is joined.

Melandra casts a fire bolt at Yeemik Attack: 16 Damage: 3 and ducks back to take cover in the the tunnel.

It slams into the goblins shoulder drawing a howl of agony from the goblin leader.

Blink hides in the shadows of the tunnel.

Stealth 17

She fires her bow at Yeemik Attack: 12 Damage: 12

The arrow skewers his throat and he falls back clutching at the wound to lie gurgling on the ground.

Four of the terrified goblins charge forward scimitars raised. The fifth injured creature tries its best to crawl away into the shadows.

The first and second goblins attack Kara Attack: 24 Damage: 5 and Attack: 6 Damage: 6

The third goes for Vishka Attack: 7 Damage: 8

And the last attacks Melandra Attack: 23 Damage: 6

Kara draws her longsword and brings it down on one of the goblins attacking her Attack: 22 Damage: 8

With one goblin dead she takes a deep breath to gather her second wind and stands ready for the fight

Griell charges in to defend Melandra, swinging her glaive Attack: 25 Damage: 13

The little beast did not stand a chance.

Vishka backhands her mace toward her opponent Attack: 24 Damage: 4

Melandra lets fly another fire bolt Attack: 17 Damage: 4 punching a hole though its chest.

Blink stays within the shadows,

Stealth 22

She fires another arrow at the last goblin standing Attack: 20 Damage: 4

The goblin stagger under the blow from the arrow and seeing that the battle is lost it disengages and makes a run for the southern tunnel.

"Let it go, we can question that one."

She points out the final injured goblin that is still trying to crawl away.

"Vishka can you see to Sildar?"

Vishka strides over to the goblin and kicks it onto its back. It squeals out in pain and fright.

"I am going to tie you up now and then we will see to your wounds... and after that you will answer our questions."

Intimidation : 20

Vishka walks over to tend to Sildar.

Medicine 9

 "He still breaths." she advises the others, "He will be well after proper food and rest."

Blink clambers up to the platform and searches the dead Yeemik. She finds a small pouch holding three gold teeth and 15 silver pieces. She throws the teeth to Vishka and pockets the change.

"These are freshly pulled." she groans, "What have the bastards done to Gundren?" she glances nervously to the goblin cooking pots.

"Gundren lives." croaks Sildar, "Th...they took him yesterday."

He sighs heavily and falls back into unconsciousness.

"Let's get back to the wagon."

Kara finishes tying up the goblin prisoner and yanks it to its feet. 

"If we push on we can make Phandalin this night. I do not think it wise to remain in the wild any longer than we must."
