he Surprise Actions (In order they were posted):
Calanon's arrow Strikes true for 12 damage. 
Viclas unleases a torrent of fanning flames and ( Hark: 21 RGR: 10 LGR: 7 ) Hark falls and the Rat to the right takes a blast of fire, still standing it hisses in pain. The Left Rat withstood the heat taking (4) damage.
Taliesin shoots the left Rat and it falls dead to the ground with an arrow shaft where an eye used to be.
Wilword casts his spell intent on Hark, but seeing his parties work only the Right Rat is left (3). The rat partly freezes in place, a thin layer of frost covering its mottled fur.

The Party has taken out Boss Hark and with it eliminated the Goblin threat. Mok comes out from behind Calanon and points excitedly "This way, this way! Shinies over here, Hark very proud of his collection."  Forgetting himself for a moment he pulls on Calanons cloak urging him to follow. And presumably the rest of the party.

Hold on the save was 13 so wouldn’t the second rat fail

Calanon will get up and quickly follow after the goblin with a curiously raised eyebrow. He will stop when they get to where Mok was leading them to and look for anything of interest.

Tomoe is curious as to what a goblinoid would consider a collection worth being proud of. She will follow with the party.

Following Mok you come to a  medium sized boulder against the cave wall. "Behind here, the shinies are behind here! Hark had Ogres put stone there to defend from greedy Goblins." Mok is practically jumping in excitement. The boulder is big, but looks as though it can be moved with a strong enough push. Any who wish to move it can make an athletics check. Mok does not volunteer for obvious reasons.

Tomoe, easily, pushes the stone to the side. The boulder was lighter than it looked to be. Almost as if it was hollow. After it was pushed to the side the light from Beamer's Torch revealing a pool of Black with a matching pair of silver salt and pepper shakers, a bloodstained leather case, and a holy symbol laying around it.

“Hmm, Mok do you have any idea what these might be Mok”

Calanon will twitch at what the goblin considers treasure but quickly shakes his head and motions for the others to take a look as he moves to examine the holy symbol.
