"Well here we are." Norbus explains. "Make it safe and you get half of what you find."

 "And if we find nothing?"

 Norbus fishes around in his pockets and produces to ornate stones.

"Then you get these regardless." he hands the stones over.

"And if you die we can come and pick em off your bodies later." Dazlyn sneers.

Norbus whacks his partner round the back of the head, "Consider it a sweetener to counter this ones sour disposition."

 Toot floats over and takes the stones.

She studies them for a few moments and gives a little squeak of surprise. "Sending Stones." she announces.

She gives them to Thomas and explains how they work. 

 "A useful tool thank you."

Thomas gives one of the stones to Feldoran. "Do you want to scout ahead and test them out?"

 Feldoran takes the stone and turns it over in his hands studying it.

"Sure." The dwarf sneaks in ahead of the party.

Dusty Foyer

 Stealth 20

Feldoran creeps forward into what was once a large foyer. Spikes hammered into the floor hold open two sets of double doors. A once-secret door to the north stands open, with a room beyond it holding nothing but rubble.

Temple

 Feldoran sneaks into the next room.

A bloodstained limestone altar stands at the far end of the room. Above it hangs one of the dreaded slimes and a second on the southern wall. Feldoran uses the stone.

"Found the slimes boss, they are hanging out in what looks to be some sort of temple area."

 "We are on our way." comes the reply.

A few moments later the party arrives. Thomas put a hand on Toots arm, "What do you make of them?" he whispers.

Casting Guidance

 Nature 11 + 2

"Ochre jelly. Deadly if they get close but slow moving, keep your distance. Oh and dont slash or shock them, they will split and then we are screwed."

 "You heard her. Let's go."

Round 1 : 11 vs 13

 As the party enter the room the slimes become active.

The one on the ceiling drops down with a wet slap and creeps forward a few feet. 

The other slithers along the wall toward the party.

 Thomas fires his pistol and moves to the north west corner of the room.

Attack: 10 Damage: 9

 Still hidden, Feldoran shoots from the shadows.

Attack: 15 Damage: 11

 "You look like you've been blown out of someone's nose!" Vicious Mockery

Anders runs over to join Thomas and gives him a wink. "I think I hurt their feelings."

Bardic inspiration....

 Toot floats in toward the other two and casts magic missile toward the one on the wall.

 Elandra runs to join the others.

"No bloody slashing!" she grumbles as she sheathes her blades and draws her bow.

Attack: 18 Damage: 7

Round 2 : 18 vs 14

 Thomas fires again. The shot echoing around the chamber.

Attack: 22 Damage: 13

This time it misses and blows a chunk of stone out of the wall.

 Stealth 19

 Attack: 24 Damage: 4

 "I take it back your more like what you find in a baby ogre nappy, and you smell like it too." Vicious Mockery

He claps Elandra on the back, "I think you might be safe to slash that one now." he points to the withered looking Jelly near the alter.
