Ophelia is startled. Why would anyone fight with no reason? Interested to find out why, she flutters above the crowd. She sees people fighting for a spot close to the action. This makes her even more confused.
Klaes observes from where he is sitting, and tries to figure out the meanings of the person’s tattoos on his head.

Klaes racks his brain trying to remember if he has seen the eye tattoos before (Investigation test = 9) but is unable to recall having come across them before.
Meanwhile from her vantage point Ophelia can see that it is a case of five on one - humans vs the single half-orc that is.

"That's not seem fair." says Aedar seeing that the half-orc is outnumbered. "I'm going to do something stupid." he stands up and murmuring a word of power (Mage Armor) walks towards the humans surrounding the half-orc. "Hey! Leave her alone! Four against one is not a fair fight!" says Aedar trying to push away one of the humans (Athletics, 10)
When Ophelia sees the outnumbered half-orc, she realizes that people here are very aggressive. “I really do wish that I could help this poor half-orc” she mutters to herself, obviously aware of her ability to protect people more than two times her size.
"You knoo. There is a Citi Watch that is supposed to take care of those tings." Klaes sighs. "Ohh never mind." He follows close behind Aedar.

Aedar stands up and tries to push his way through the crowd. He is followed soon after by Klaes. As he gets to the fight and tries (4) sucessfully to pull one of the humans off the half-orc, the half-orc hits the tattooed human on the jaw sending him to the ground. The other humans grab their leader and scuttle out as the half-orc turns to Aedar and says “my thanks, I'm Yengara”, when a hulking creature climbs up out of the shaft in the middle of the taproom — a monster with warty green skin, a tangled nest of wiry black hair, a long, carrot-shaped nose, and bloodshot eyes. As it bares its yellow teeth and howls, you can see that a half-dozen bat-like creatures are attached to its body, with three more circling above it like flies. As Durnan shouts out “Troll!” the dwarf who had been sitting at the table with the half-orc in plate and the ancient tortle grabs his axe and shield and launches himself at the troll, “Pat ah hae got thes. Ye swatch efter th' bystanders.” "OK Karl" the half-orc replies
The dwarf’s axe work is pure poetry in motion; clean, concise and effective. As the dwarf strikes the Troll (Attack: 23 Damage: 19 & 24 Damage: 20 & 3). As he does so three spectral dwarfs – a redheaded female wielding twin hand axes, a large dwarf dressed in a leather apron wielding a blacksmith’s apron and an older dwarf with a tower shield (pavise) - suddenly appear swirling around the dwarf.
"Anytime! I'm Aedar" replies Aedar as the half-orc greets him. He then turns around as hears the troll howling "Oh, that was unexpected. This evening is getting even more interesting by the minute." Aedar, rushes towards the troll, unsheathing his longsword in a fluid motion and bringing it up high above his head before executing a powerful downward slash attack as soon as the Troll is within his reach.

Ophelia flutters to where most of the stirges are. "Hello there, little creatures. And goodbye." She says as she casts Thunderwave (CON DC 13, DMG=7), trying to take out as many stirges as she can (and maybe add damage to the troll).
Ophelia flutters right above the troll. As she casts Hideous Laughter, she makes a funny face. She sticks her tongue out and crosses her eyes, trying to get its attention. She flits in different directions and flips in the air.
As Ophelia pokes her tongue out at the Troll (DC13 [Wis] = 2) it collapses to the ground rolling around in fits of laughter and pointing at the fairy whilst snorting great goblets of nose goo as the tears rolls down its face.

Klaes' dagger flies true and one of the stirges buzzing around Ophelia drops silently away into the depths of the pit it flew out of. Meanwhile the other Stirge (3) attacks the Fairy (Attack: 22 Damage: 4). As the Stirge is about to attack the Fairy, the ghostly figure of the old dwarf with the tower shield (pavise) slams it (the shield) down in the way of the flying blood sucker, causing it to miss. Ophelia could swear that ghost winks at her before it departs back into the melee with the troll.
Meanwhile the half-orc tries to shepherd the onlookers away from the battle. However, they continue to press closer and closer. Suddenly the half-orc roars out in what can only be a voice used to bellowing commands on the parade ground or battle field "STAND BACK. I SAID STAND BACK AND GIVE THEM ROOM!" As the crowd starts to respond he looks a bit shamefaced and says in a more mellow voice "sorry about that? But you really should keep clear!"
Interestingly Aedar can see that the dwarf battling the troll has dragon scales representing each of the chromatic dragons (black, blue, green, red & white) stuck in his hat band. The dwarf grunts in frustration as the Troll's wounds start closing and looks up in as Aedar swings wildly at the troll and says "listen young yin. Pat that thing awa' afore ye hurt yersel'. Mak' yersel' useful by grabbing a torch 'n' sear th' creature's wounds. Git it!" as he continues to slash at the Troll Attack: 30 Damage: 13 Attack: 20 Damage: 18 7
The Troll (DC13 [Wis] = 12) despite the dwarf's attacks continues to roll around on the floor convulsed with laughter.

Aedar shakes his head in disappointment as his sword misses the troll. His pride takes a serious blow as the dwarf judges his swordsmanship however, as he mentions to use fire to close the troll's wound, Aedar quickly scans the area searching for a torch to use. If he manages to find one, Aedar will try to burn the troll, if not he will attempt one more time to wound the troll with his sword.
OOC If Aedar finds a torch Torch attack (if required) 14 for 1 fire damage
If Aedar does not find a torch Sword Attack: 25 Damage: 7
