Gerty raises an eyebrow to Luke, "Now come on, your input is valid as well, you aren't some hired hand to do our bidding." Turning to face all of them, she's about to speak, but then notices Rikaria trying to wear her most bold expression, and she tries her hardest to stifle a laugh, having to hold her hand over her mouth. Once she has control of herself, "So that's obviously the kitchen, and even if we can get through the barricade that we put up, there is at least one in there to fight, but we know our way out there and we might be able to scare them."she looks to her left and sees it turn after 10', "Hang on, I want to see what is to the left there, but if it is just more darkness, I vote we try the kitchen way, we need to get back to the surface even if it is fun trying out your new tricks."
She moves towards the broom and dustpan and looks around the corner.
William can hear some low talking, and then the light from that room fades to darkness. It is now pitch black in the hallway where you guys are at. The only one that can see anything is Gerty, unless you light a torch
Gerty heads back to the group and watches as the light fades from behind the kitchen door, "Alright, if we're going that way, now's our chance. Probably will take all of us to try and move that table that is blocking the door. Are we all in agreeance?" Gerty looks at the rest impatiently, but they can't really see her face.
(Dwar, I know we didn't mention this, but I assumed we had the same torches we had before.)
Rikaria whispers "I wasn't thinking of exploring or having fun so much as finding an exit that isn't guarded so we could avoid a fight. And as for this door, I don't think it is barricaded. There were four doors in the dining room. The one we entered from, the one that went to the pantry, the one we could hear laughing from, and a fourth door we could feel wind under. I think that we're listening in through the fourth door."
"We are?"Sasha whispers back as she lights another torch from her backpack. "I'm sorry but I must have completely lost my sense of directions in here. But if we're planning to go back to the dining room, shouldn't we just go back the way we came? I thought the point of moving forward was to find another way out, not via the dining room."Sasha says, very confused right now.
William has had enough of this, he's moving the illusion to the door (the one he was listening to). If nobody stops him he'll move in (Assuming Sasha's torch is lit).
"Alright, if we're going that way, at least let's go in with a plan. Let's not go in swinging, the whole point of these illusions is to avoid a fight. First the illusion, then me, then Gerty, then everyone else. Let me talk to whoever's in there. If a fight DOES break out, we focus on protecting Will and getting to the well."
(it only happens if you post it happening. I don’t want to assume you did, because it can cause a stealth action to not be stealthy. It’s important for your tactical planning to consider when and where you use torches and other light sources)
you can all hear some banging against the door you assume is the blockaded pantry door, and William can tell there are beings inside the dining room still.
Rikaria suddenly whispers "Wait... My intuition tells me we're walking into a trap if we go back to the dining room. I say we press on and look for another exit."
Sasha shrugs, holding her newly lit torch and her fey wand. "Forward would mean the other door around the corner then, or perhaps the other door out of the kitchen we didn't try yet."
"Alright, let's avoid the ambush, we'll continue to the door on the right, let's hope it'll lead to another way out. Lead on Rikaria." Gerty doesn't show it, but she's starting to get a bit nervous. Getting lost in these caverns is not what she'd call a good time, and she's worried about Mikel.

I still got some tricks. But I don't think that it'll last more than 1 fight.

As Gerty looks around the corner, she can see the hallway goes about 30 more feet and has another door heading to the left
William moves to the door (the one he thinks that leads to the room with the tables) and tries really hard to hear what's happening in there.

Luke scratches his head and moves into the dark hallway looking towards William and the door

( your torches are only good for one hour, so you need to light new ones if you wish to have light in areas not already lit)
( the door William is listening at is the one you blockaded with the table.)
Back in the kitchen, before they went through the door, Rikaria would have lit another torch. Rikaria is definitely carrying a torch.

William shurgs and moves to Luke.
Come on, Luke! You're making me look bad. I know you're better than this!
