Not quite the first time tasting wine herself Sasha's eyes widen slightly as Aaron keeps downing what she pours up, taking a quick gulp herself to make an effort to keep up, then filling up both glasses again, motioning for another bottle. "Yes I'm sure they will get here eventually." Sasha says, seeming not so bothered yet with her friends disappearing on her. "So, you seem to have been through some heroics yourself Aaron?"She says with a worried smile, indicating the slight outline of bruising around both of his eyes.

Aaron looks away as Sasha brings up the bruising, "Oh, uh no, no. Just an accident."He takes a more modest sip from the glass. "I.. got kicked by a steer. Spooked him a bit when I was clearing out the enclosure."

"A steer huh, well you should be more careful then Aaron, we wouldn't want a handsome face like yours to be messed up." Sasha says with a warm smile, taking another sip of her wine, seeming just a little bit tipsy by now. "So, are there any other places in town we should visit while waiting for my friends? I've only been in Longsaddle with my dad before so this is the first time I'm here without...supervision." She says with a soft laugh.
Luke starts to laugh to himself and then coughs “Oh nevermind me, I was just thinking about uhh a funny thing the other day…Sorry Lord Farquad please continue” he says to the disguised Will
Gerty looks over to see what Luke is laughing about and sees he is looking at Will. When she looks at him, she does a quick intake of breath and pulls at his arm.. "psst, psst sir!"
Assuming that Will leans down so she can whisper in his ear, "Will! You're Will again! Not sure what happened to that spell of yours, but it ain't working any longer."
The Bar tender chuckles a bit and says, “ So William….or is it Lord Farquad? What kind of business do you have that requires a magical ruse to accomplish? That is a nice trick, though. Didn’t realize you had access to such talents.”
Luke laughs “The lord here has an emerald we’d like to sell. We rescued Mikel from goblins and took some of their loot but uhh if we are uhh to become adventurers we need some coin”
“Ahhh, and emerald eh? Well you have come to the right place.”
the Bar Tender puts and sign on the bar the says “ On Break” then says to you, ”we can go up the stairs to the office, it’s better not to handle business such as this where everyone can see.”
He turns towards the mirror behind him, makes some strange signs with his hands and mutters something under his breathe. He traces the edge of the Morrison with his finger and the glass disappears, exposing a stairway that leads up to another floor you didn’t realize this building had. As you look around, nobody seems to notice or see what just happened.
Gerty looks on in astonishment as the bartender transforms the mirror behind him. Everything she has witnessed today, back home, man - they'd never believe her. She waits for Luke and WIlliam to go and then follows behind, checking over her shoulder as she just feels uneasy.
Aaron runs a hand through his hair to move a stray lock out of his face, “We’ll if you’re looking for something fun, I think we oughta head over to the Gambling Golem! They got a better variety of games, and my luck ain’t too good here tonight - could use a new table. Whatya say?” He tips his wine glass back, draining the rest of it. He places it back on the table, a bit belligerently.
"Oh, um, sure, whatever you say." Sasha says, seemingly a bit taken aback by Aarons behaviour. She gives him a quick smile. "You know what, you go on ahead, I'm not into gambling myself and I would only spoil your luck." She says a bit apologetically.
The three of you follow the bartender upstairs into a large open room. The room is filled with beautiful and exotic silk tapestries depicting lush jungle scenes. There is large desk with intricately carved legs in some kind of tribal designs. He heads over to the desk and goes to sit down on what seems to be air, and then just as he was about to fall over, a chair pops out of nowhere to meet him. He encourages you three to take a seat by the desk ( even though you see no chairs)
” Ok now, before the business true introductions are in order. I am Arcturo Harpell, and this is my establishment and my joy, the Gambling Golem. House of fun and fortune.” His face is filled with huge smile and you can see the pride he has in his place.
He claps his hand and says “ drinks for our guests..” and ethereal monkey wearing a vest and fez that matches Arcturo’s appears with a tray. Three tall ceramic glasses shaped with funny, distorted faces, with a long straw and garnished with a hunk of some kind of fruit you have never seen before. The monkey delivers a drink on the desk in front of you and then disappears
William tries to casually mimic Arcturo as he tries to sit down where he thinks the chair should be. He accepts the drink, but doesn't drink from it yet.
"Oh, not into gamblin'? " Aaron says, looking a bit surprised and buzzed. " I just was thinking you were looking for the best thing to do in Longsaddle for a night. Most folk passin' through end up there. Must've got the wrong idea. Truth be told, I'm not much of a gambler myself - a bit of dice here and there but that just what we grew up doing to pass the time." He looks down at his empty glass, then to her. "I suppose if you're to meet your friends here, I should wait around with ya. I'd like to meet them. What're they like?"

Gerty and Luke please make a perception check as you three approach the bar to chat with the bartender.
