[Okay, for clarification: anyone caught within the 10ft area of the Fey Presence (max 4 if they're Medium), ideally fewer if it's y'all) needs to make a Wisdom save of 13 when it happens on my turn. If they fail, they're frightened on their next turn. The main thing that does is gives disadvantage on attacks.]
[I guess I assumed this thing was Large and we were spread out a little more. Didn't really mean to hit 3 allies and 1 enemy, but oh well.]

Yeah, those 3 were within melee range. Awesome description of the effect though
We are at the Mimics turn, just needs Vars to roll for wis save and disadvantage on his attacks if he fails and Eberk failed his save so he needs to roll a second attack roll
the mimic sends forth his pods, And Vars ducks under the one directed at him, but Eberk isn’t so lucky. The pseudopod slams into Eberk, knocking him for a loop. The stars and planets become visible to Eberk, spinning around his head for a moment until he shakes its off. The mimic attempts to take a bite out of Sparhawk for good measure, but the effects of the icy knife slowed it too much and Sparhawk easily evades the gnashing teeth.
Vars, catching a glimpse of Bjorn's temporary transformation, immediately assumes it was the result of some spell in the house. He is now afraid that the same thing will happen to everyone...though he says nothing and pretends that he is not worried at all...
[Whenever my turn comes up,] Bjorn pulls the second axe from its loop. "The captain's not scared of this beast, so what are you lot shivering for?" He bends back then forward like a tree in a hurricane, hurling both blades at once.
Attack: Attack: 25 Damage: 10
Two-weapon fighting attack: Attack: 7 Damage: 6
He stays on the opposite side of the room from the mimic.
Eberk swings with his warhammer.
Attack: 8 Damage: 4
Wis save: 18

[Where are we at in initiative?]
(Are we back to the top with Frangipani?)

"Back foul container of spirits!", Sparhawk yells, as he takes a swing with his trusty blade: Attack: 10 Damage: 11
A truly terrible roll. Sparhawk must be disturbed by the attack on his friend.
(Oh, I must have missed that I was included in that...)
Vars Wisdom save: 9
(Well...I saw that coming...)
(Who's turn is it now?)
Vars, catching a glimpse of Bjorn's temporary transformation, immediately assumes it was the result of some spell in the house. He is now afraid that the same thing will happen to everyone...though he says nothing and pretends that he is not worried at all...
Reroll: Attack: 17 Damage: 4
[Whenever my turn comes up,] Bjorn pulls the second axe from its loop. "The captain's not scared of this beast, so what are you lot shivering for?" He bends back then forward like a tree in a hurricane, hurling both blades at once.
Attack: Attack: 25 Damage: 10
Two-weapon fighting attack: Attack: 7 Damage: 6
He stays on the opposite side of the room from the mimic.
Frangipani again spat poison at the living cabinet with a fierce look.
Poison Spray: DC 12 Dex. Dam: 9
Eyeing Bjorn, Vars swings his swords at the cabinet in two swift motions (with disadvantage right?)
Sword 1: Attack: 13 Damage: 8
Sword 2: Attack: 8 Damage: 3
When my turn Sparhawk again attacks.
Attack: 17 Damage: 12
(Okay, this is turning really chaotic now, can we have an update on the situation and who's up?)
Current position:
After the Mimic nails Eberk with its mighty pseudopod attack, Sparhawk swings and misses which brings us back to
Sorsha-
Eberk -
Bjorn’s attack-25-10dmg, miss
Frangipani- poison spray ( possible dmg 9)
