Neither Logan or Grom see anything in the night sky. Either they have tune invisible or are beyond their sight.
“Goodness” says the half-elven “Are you all alright? We noticed someone was following me after my discovery. I do think that they have someone at the library who fed information to them if someone looks for certain topics related to dragons… It is weird” she says pondering the words of the cultist “ Usually the Cult of Dragon tries to convince living dragons to turn into undead creatures called dacroliches, so they can workship them as undead Gods. It’s strange this change… they really want this to happen?”
"You know of these cults? And what they want?" Gorm asks, curious how such insanity can be allowed to continue. She asks even as she does what she can to bind her wounds and staunch the bleeding. "Do you know where they are? I wouldn't mind bringing the sword to them for a change, instead of waiting for them to turn up when they wish..."
Bleeding himself, Logan attempts to staunch his wounds as he keeps his eyes to the skies. He adds, "Thanks to my armor and my capable allies, I fared better this fight, though I would rather have my blade unsheathed than peacebound--a situation hard to remedy when one is ambushed in the city. What now? Do we discuss further here, or is there a more secure location to use?"

“I do not know we’re are hiding “ she replies to Gorm “ if so I would have tell he authorities. Perhaps we could take a price booth at the inn. Seeing what happened maybe coming here was not such great idea”
The cat who is observing them from above one of the nearby ceilings meows, apparently, in agreement with her.
Answering the both of them, Logan says, “Yes, let’s go back to the inn and get a private booth to discuss further—or a private room if it seems there are too many listening ears nearby.”
The party makes their way back to the inn where they have no much trouble finding a private booth for them. Chiara walks with them, lost in her thoughts.
Once they are comfortable seated in their private booth and with drinks and some food served she talks.
"First of all I want to thank you all again for your help back there. If it weren't for you I would have been taken prisioner, or worse... "a shiver down her spine but she continues " I am but a scholar and I am pretty useless in this situations I am afraid. But we still have my research and now you know it too... I was thinking to go looking for more information about it. I... I do not want to put you all in more danger but we could really use the help. It seems that we are in a timetable here if we are to prevent the Event "she chuckles a bit " that was unintended... anyway, but it seems that time is not the only thing we must fight against. "
"We are not... Well, I at least am willing to fight what needs fighting. I do not want to speak for the others," Gorm replies. "But this research and such, it is beyond me. I'm a simple warrior. I see a problem, I fight it. The finding the target isn't necessarily my strong point..."
"I will help as I am able as well, but I will focus more on protecting the scholars than doing research--much like you, Gorm," adds Logan. "I am sure there will be more than enough fighting if these cultists have anything to say about it," he concludes with a wry smile.

I see two options for us.
One is to go to Candelkeep and search there for more information. The other... during my research I came up with the name of Haerun Mhammaster, an scholar specialized in the history and folklore of elves. He could give us some important information about this. I've heard that he lives in the north of the Daggerdale, near the Shadowdale. I was planning in going to both places but maybe we can cover more terrain if we split. Which one would you like to go? "

"We've been attacked for looking into this. Often," Gorm reminds. "Do you really think it is safe for you to go to either location alone?"
Gorm would argue that someone should accompany Chiara for her safety... ((But since I assume we are not splitting the party at this point)) she eventually acquiesces and says that she will accompany Logan.
Agreeing with Gorm, Logan says, ”Perhaps we can all escort you to Candlekeep for added safety, Chiara. Then our Doctor A. here can tell us if his skills are best applied there with you or as our sage in Shadowdale when we consult with Haerun Mhammaster.”

"We do not know if we have the time or not, but if we lose our best source of information we are unlikely to know enough to stop them not matter how much time we have," Gorm says with a shrug. "They have shown no fear in attacking groups, and shown the capacity to try and use stealth. These are dangerous people and splitting our forces is likely unwise."
