"Well... after the fall of the city they were lost. We've tried to locate them since then. To no avail. Perhaps they were found by some adventurer that raided the ruins during that period, but I doubt it. The Grey Guard would had located them by now if that would be the case. "
Dr. A. knows that name. He had heard rumors of an elite group of both magic users and warriors that roam the Realms in search of old elven artifacts and relics to restore them to the elven people. But, until now, he had no real confirmation as many of his colleagues. Funny how a simple sentence can put to rest many doubts and speculations.
"I do agree "concurs the wizard " I do fear that they were taken by a demon, probably a demon lord, during the initial attack on the city and that's why we haven't found them yet. But, that being the case, it would be equally difficult for the Cult to reach them as it is for us. "
"Unless... they reach an agreement with such a demon..."
"Well "smiles Thandril "That can be arrange my friend. Allow me to take some measures of your shoulders and we will have our people working on it."
"But enough magic and forging has been done tonight. Let us go back and rejoin the others" says the king. "Let's see if their clear minds had found a new objective for your new weapons"
"I doubt that Tiamat really approves what the Cult does with her children... but I do not know of anyone who has asked her about this matter... " the elven wizard seems distracted in that chain of thoughts.
" If she had the Metal Scrolls she would had tried to release that energy for herself or her children "interjects the queen trying to focus the mind of the eldest wizard. "My guess is that other demon has it. Probably don't know the real potential of the Scrolls, probably hasn't been able to open them... but it could have sold them to the Cult... of course this is all speculation"
Is in that moment when that Luinistar says
"Oh! how delightful, we have more company!"
With a wave of his hand Logan, Gorm, the King and the Prince, along with the General and the Commander all appear in the terrace they are sitting. The table seems to had been adjusted to accommodate the new guests, and more chairs have appeared.
"Welcome welcome "says the wizard inviting them to take a seat.
“Ahbut well your majesty yes and no…” Dr A says. At the King’s quizzical look he says “…well I now know what I am looking for, I know what has it, I know who probably doesn’t have them, I just don’t know who exactly has them and where I might find them.” He sighs and says “my companions will have to go to Candlekkeep and do some more diggining!!”
Gorm will also explain the enchantment process and what she was told the swords are now capable now to the good doctor, if he is interested. "I am very honored to have Vangwë and Surë but it is now my responsibility to carve out an existence worthy of them..."
”I think we need to finish learning what we can here and then go to Candlekeep,” suggests Logan. “I am hoping to buy a matched set of elven-made armor and shield tomorrow before we leave as well,” he adds

Dr A looks at the archmage and says “Ahbut no, no, it isn’t the spell I’m seeking information on. Rather I want to try and track down these metal scrolls to see what is known of them and where they might be so that we can assure ourselves that they are in fact in a safe place!”
"Be cautious then" says the archmage to them "I will be surprised that they even know of their existence, for we have keep them secret for long long centuries. But if you learn something that could lead us to them, by all means let me know!"he seems rather excited about the idea.
"Keep in mind that they also have been called The Sealed Scrolls or The Scrolls of Doom" interjects Finiwon "And I cannot emphasize enough the importance of keep their true nature in secret and avoid any ties to the elves or the bonding of the dragon energies. Please bear in mind that these facts have been long lost in time, and we think that this helps to the safety of all the world. I do think that don't even the Cult of Dragons really knows in what are the tapping if they truly are trying to use that energy to feed one or more of their dragons, or that creatures that they create thanks to their dark and forbidden magics. It is the attire of our greatest spellcasters. I had sew them myself. I hope you find them useful."
Overwhelmed by the beauty of the gift - in particular the intricacy of the embroidery - Dr A is not his usual loquacious self and can barely stutter his thanks “ah ah but thanks my Queen” he manages to get out. Fortunately Tortles can’t blues otherwise the old fellow would be as a red as a tomato!
"We have all been blessed with gifts beyond compare," says Logan. "Many thanks to you all--we will use the items of power you have entrusted to us to defeat the Cult of the Dragon to the best of our ability!"
(Armor and shield is for Logan; we decided against the mount and accompanying armor).

" It is time to say our goodbyes " says Thandril " but not for long I hope. I will try to gain more information of the Cult that could help us. I wish you luck in your journeys. Know that you'll always have a friend in me"
Finwion approaches and gives Dr. A another gift. A green beryllium with some runes engraved on it. "With this, we could communicate with each other. "Take this with you " says Luinistar giving Dr. A. a small purple book. "It's a copy of the Untold Poems of Thylisstreril, the lost poet of Mith Drannor. I am almost sure that they do not have a copy in Candlekeep and therefore should grant you passage."

Dr. A. guides his friends along the Way of the Lion, such is the name of the path they are on, towards the massive double doors that guard the entrance to the keep itself. They are two black wooden doors at least three times the size of Logan. The one on the right is shut, but the one on the left is partially open, just enough for a person to walk in or out. The doors have magical runes engraved on them that even in the A few feet from this opening there is a couple of wooden tables with four figures clad in purple robes.
