Jhaartael- 24 The high elven wizard, smelling of smoke, enters the room and attempts to ensorcel the Dragonbornmage. (WIS Save 8) He is successful and she is now paralyzed.
Tamryn- 18 The medium-rare rogue enters the inner room and studies the situation and his new opponent. (Deception check 4). The arrow flies true and strikes the Dragonborna terrible blow. (as she is now paralyzed, please roll a second attack roll to reflect your advantage).
(Of note, being paralyzed, any attack against her is made at advantage, and if the attacker is within 5 feet of her, it does critical damage)

Mina- 16 the sea-elf draws her dagger and charges the paralyzeddragonborn, dropping to her knees at the last second, sliding by and attempting to slash the backs of her knees. The pain of the attack causes the dragonbornto fall unconscious.
(Attack: 20 Damage: 12)
Kyrsa- 14 lays limply on the floor, badly in need of healing.
Akyan- 13 the dark elf rushes to the chest located at F5, and calling upon his psionic ability is able to pick the lock with ease. Unfortunately, he forgot to check for the poisoned needle, so he needs to make a DC 12 CON save or take 2poisondamage.
Lyndaran- Actions are moot, and we are now out of Initiative order once more.
Lyndaran runs towards the fallen Kyrsa and tries to apply some first aid, mouthing a curse to himself not to have ready some healing magic just in case.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tamryn investigates the other two chests in order to see if there are any clues to which holds the docs or if either is trapped. He adds, "Why don't one of you check under the rug as well?"
Lyndaran is easily able to stabilize Kyrsa, likely due to the background safety magic from Breezy.
Despite a stuck finger, Akyan only feels some nausea, nothing fatal. When he rummages around the contents of the chest, it appears to contain neatly folded sweaters and socks.
Tamryn examines the other two chests and finds similar traps, easily disarmed. These chests contain other mundane articles, but no black box.
Seeing the group struggling with deviously trapped chests, Jhaartael steps over to the rug and checks it for traps. If he finds none, he will lift it to see if it conceals anything.

"I've done what I can do."says Lyndaran to no one in particular
He then looks to the others and walks towards the rug and moves it with his foot.
(Investigation: 16 )
Edit:
He tries to pull the carpet over but it is heavier than he thought and his own movement and the carpet makes him trip to the floor. He lies there, arms and legs over the carpet for a second.
Akyan lets the lid of the chest fall closed, then looks back over to see Jhaartael pulling the rug over and Lyndaran fall onto the floor. "That's what I feel like right now." Akyan thinks irritably. Noting that Tamryn is checking the other chests, he decides to help Jhaartael with the rug. Once they move it, he starts checking the floorboards.
"We're clear..." Kyrsa mutters, still mostly unconscious. She continues to mutter, though her words are mostly unintelligible. "No...NO! Not Freyal..." Her head moves back and forth a little before her eyes blink open. Her vision still blurry, and not totally awake, she murmurs, "Is that it?" Then her eyes close again as she drifts back into unconsciousness.
Jhaartael notes no traps on the rug, and he, Lyndaran and Akyan flip it to one side revealing a trapdoor in the floor. Interestingly, it does not appear to be locked. Upon opening the door, a shallow compartment is revealed containing a black metal box, with the words "Secret documents"engraved on the top.
Your party retrieves the box and opens it, and it, as well as all the other chests in the room erupt in fountains of confetti and a loud bell rings outside the window. Breezy materializes in the room with you, congratulates you on completing the mission, and makes sure everyone is healed, guard and trainee alike.
As you exit the portal and return to the main courtyard of the Farm, Aldara is there waiting with a smile. "You have two hours to clean up, grab a bite to eat and catch a quick nap, if you like. Meet me in the classroom after that for debriefing." She then walks back to the instructor's cabin.
(Feel free to roleplay here a bit or we can skip ahead to the debrief when everyone is ready).

((OOC: So is this essentially a short rest or a long rest for the purposes of spell/feature recovery?))
If just a short rest, Jhaartael will use Arcane Recovery to regain two level one spell slots.
Akyan is slightly confused, he had assumed that they would have to escape the building with the box. Shrugging, he steps through the portal, then goes to find something to eat.
"Good job everyone," Kyrsa says. She puts a hand to her head, and looks around for the guard who dealt her all that damage. If she finds him, she will complement him on his swordsmanship and say, "I don't think this would have gone quite so well had Tamryn not pulled that trick on you. It was a little unfair looking back on it, I'm not sure what we would have done if we were out in the field at that point."
Once she is done speaking with the guard, she will follow the rest of the group. As she follows them, her skin changes from blue to pale green, and her white hair changes to a deep emerald color. Once the change is complete, she has a bit more of a spring to her step.

(That was actually my original plan, too, but it seemed like by that point it was anticlimactic to make it drag on.)

Tamryn looks up, perhaps there is a clue on the ceiling. If there’s nothing he’ll search the body of the Dragonborn for clues.

Despite himself, Jhaartael expels a sigh of relief. He quickly regains his composure and follows all to the portal.
He will likely go to the bunks for meditation or to debrief the mission with his companions before the official debriefing.
