The goblin doesn’t look up from where he kneels in terror. “Boss sent dwarf away! Don’t know where!”
Sildar’s eyes open slowly. He grits his teeth and winces. A weak chuckle follows. “I was a fool to tell Gundren that hiring more people was a bad idea. Thank you for this. I’ll never be able to repay you.“ Once untied and back on his feet, he nods. “I can walk.”
Rweni helps untie Sildar and allows him to use her shoulder to brace him up until he is able on his own.
”No repayment necessary, Sildar. I am just glad we found you alive. The other way would have been just sad!”
Once Sildar is up on his own, Rweni makes sure to keep herself in between Sildar and the goblin in fear. She turns to the goblin. “You should be ashamed of yourself. Hurting people like that. How would you feel if you were the one tied up? Probably not very good! But, you mentioned your boss. I bet he put you up to this. Where is your boss at?”
"“Come back and surrender!” the goblin calls out to his allies, but there’s no response. He snivels and lets out a whiny moan. “Boss Klarg at other side of cave.”
Feu stops the illusion that was making the pit. "...Whatever, let's take care of the rest of them." Feu says as they crack their shoulder, looking solemn. "Sildar, it would be better if you stood back. How long ago were you and Gundren attacked?"
Rweni looks to Paren, “I thought it was a good try!”
She turns to Sildar, “Will you stay with us to ensure you get out of here safely?”
Rweni approaches Feu hesitantly, ”Will you…What…” She stops herself, unsure what to say, but inquisitive overall. She settles on the obvious, instead, “We should go and find the boss and locate Gundren.”
Feu makes the same sad expression from before before quickly switching to a neutral one and rubbing the back of their head. "... Let's do that. If we go by the bridge, we may catch those goblins off guard."
They shoot a quick glance at the terrified goblin. "You. Don't move from that spot until we leave this cave."
(I want to clarify the situation. The party is basically blocked from both directions. If you try to go toward the waterfall, you'll run into the source of the voice there with wolves. If you try to leave through the way we entered the caves, you'll run into whoever is there with wolves.)
(The goblins you knocked out are still knocked out, of course, but the three who were stuck on the other side of the illusionary pit decided to get reinforcements.)
Rweni follows Paren, Sildar and Feu. ”The fey mana has all but left me for now. I used the last of my essence to heal Sildar. I want us to be aware that if we get into something we cannot handle…it may turn disastrous. That being the case…” She reaches down to pick up three more sling-sized stones and tosses them into a pouch hanging off her belt. ”I think we have no other choice but to face them in order to get out of this goblin stink-hole.”
Rweni contemplates their situation, ”I think it best, and I am no tactician, that we go across the bridge. At least we would have the high ground if we encountered anyone.” she points in the direction they came. ”Of course, if we go down the other tunnel where the goblins ran off and run into them, Paren and Sildar would probably be better off in… oh! Could I go up on the bridge and sling stones from above and Paren could go below. If Sildar is not in a healthy disposition to get into a fight, this might be a good way fight them in two directions. You know, really confuse them. Maybe make them think there’s more of us than they really know?”

Paren says to the goblin "Tell your comrades that went to check on the noise to come back and give up."

Sildar shakes his head. “I’ve lost all track of time in this cave getting my head knocked around.”
He smiles at Rweni’s question. “I’ll stay with you happily. Please don’t run off without me.”
As they head back toward the bridge, they hear the scrabbling and babbling of goblins—and the growls of wolves.
The sounds come from both directions—the tunnels toward the exit and the tunnels toward the chamber they hadn’t explored near the waterfall.
A deep voice booms through the tunnels.
”Who is lurking in my cave?! Surrender, or I loose the wolves on you!”
"There was another passage after the waterfalls, correct?" Feu whispers to the others. "Let's get them from there."

"That...is a good idea. The both of us can hit them from the bridge then." Feu says after thinking about the situation.
(Stella, could you send me a picture of Feu please in my inbox? I need to make tokens. Thank you!)
(If this is the plan, we can roll Initiative and begin. Otherwise, continue planning.)
(OOC- would like Paren to weigh in first)
Yes, that is Paren’s intent.
