(OOC: How far is the central tent from us/the edge of the camp?
Also, wen we decide to go, Deragor will cast Pass without trace. Everyone within 30 feet of Deragor has a +10 to Stealth checks and leaves no track behind.)
Prim's smile grows wider, even looking evil, as she concentrates on the spell.
"They have several of them in the big tent.", she says, still smiling. "Do you think you could steal them without notice? Or cut a couple of throats and the commotion is our signal to attack."
Okay. So, Deragor makes it to the command tent without being seen. To one side sits a table upon which sits a crude model of Freeport and the outskirts. a couple of chairs sit toppled on their side. Many open and empty crates line one long wall of the tent. On the other side, opposite of the map table, a couple of hobgoblins in priestly robes with bugbear bodyguards stand huddled in conversation. At their feet are several small, locked chests. No one notices when Deragor enters the tent.
Soot, however, makes it almost to the tent before one of the goblins stands up, spilling his bowl, points at Soot and yells, "Bree-yark!!" The other goblins eating lunch immediately cease what they are doing, grab their weapons and head for the dwarf rogue. Several hobgoblins notice the commotion and join their goblin kin. Soot now has the attention of 21 goblins and 4 hobgoblins. Fortunately, he is able to dodge the first volley of arrows shot in his direction.
initiative 16 (Yay, I finally rolled initiative that didn't stink)
If she isn't already close enough (90 ft range), Prim gets close enough to cast "Sleep" at 2nd lvl into the middle of the 21 goblins attacking Soot, trying to maximize the number of goblins in the 20 ft radius.
When she's close enough, that's 45 sleep points on the goblins.
(does she need a stealth check? If so, is there advantage since their attention is on Soot?)
Despite his dodge action, two arrows catch up with Soot, and he takes 14 hp damage.
Prim puts 6 scimitar-wielding goblins to sleep before they reach Soot. (No, you don't need a stealth check. All of their attention is on Soot right now.)
Vlar and Wicker, I still need initiatives from you two.
(for all who don't know, you can roll in the post - there should be a d6 symbol on the upper right corner of the box; click it, then choose the type of die, the number rolled and the modifier added (eg. +1, +2, -4... so on). If you edit the post, don't alter the roll code or you'll get an error message).
Audun notices the commotion and realizes the team that went in has been spotted. “Should have done my plan.” Audun stays on the hill behind the foliage (Half cover) and fires his light crossbow at the nearest goblin.
Soot unsheathes his rapier and swinging Dow at the head of the nearest goblin (12 and 18 if Hes asleep I have advantage 10 damage plus sneak attack 13 23 total) he lifts the blade rubs off the blood and setting it on his sheath speckles of frozen blood appear he takes 30 movement near the tent (cunning action) he hides in best cover available

The central tent is about 100 yards/meters from the edge of the camp.
Okay. Soot, Deragor, and anyone close to them has a +10 to Stealth.
If Prim, or anybody didn't want to change the plan, Deragor look at Soot, then go.
Stealth: 20 (rolled on character sheet) + 10 because of Pass without trace, so 30
