It has a polished wood floor, a balcony overlooking the front door, a lot of heads from hunted animals, 2 bedrooms, 1 guest room, 3 bathrooms, 1 room the has a pool table in it, and 1 nice living room with a warm fireplace

Okay, sounds like a cozy environment, Airsenhite asks "Do you know where the guest bedroom is?"

"upper floor, left of the stairs, next to the balcony

"Okay, thank you," Airsenhite says before slowly going up the stairs and then to the guest bedroom.

I am going to get a glass of water and lie down on a couch on the balcony

You sit down on the couch and Airsenhite is gonna try and sneak out of the guest bedroom without you noticing and rolled a 12 so you just barely notice him sneaking out of the guest room.

"Where are you going?"

"HUH-" Airsenhite jumps due to being startled and looks at you, "Uh, to get a drink!" and rolls deception with disadvantage because he is doing an idiotic lie and rolled a 9, so you can just barely tell he's lying.

I got an 18 on my Investigation what do I get out of Airsenhite sneaking out of the guest room

Well when he goes downstairs to 'get a drink' he actually goes out the front and then to the back where he goes a good distance away from your house, if you weren't following him you wouldn't have noticed him from this distance, then he stops in a small clearing near the forest.

Imma follow and hug Airsenhite looking scared

Airsenhite is surprised to see you here, "What are you doing here? You shouldn't be here!"

"I just followed you" -still hugging and looking scared-

Airsenhite lightly pushes you off him, "Look you really shouldn't be here, not now at this time, okay? You really should leave soon," he says with obvious concern and fear in his tone.

"What are you doing then?" Severon asks with his eye glowing purple

"Look I don't have the time to explain I just really need you to leave, for your own safety okay?" Airsenhite says before putting his hands on his forehead  and backing away from you as though an extremely bad migraine just hit him.

Holds up my iron pot and says "I'm sorry"

"NO WAIT-" Airsenhite yells out before he groans with pain stumbles around.
