There more than one!” Walt reaches into his pouch, pulls out a dried stem of a plant with thorns, holding it in his hands as he stands ready for any threats.

Two of the massive creatures tear into Baldar. The third pounces upon the prone farmer.

Tuuli balances on the wagon and draws her bow, arrow to her cheek, sights carefully, and lets it fly, a breath of wind helping it fly true.

Surrounded on all sides, Baldar uses her shield to rebuff the attacks against her, but despite her best efforts, is unable to do the same for the poor old man. Trusting that her allies will continue to throw everything they have at the coyotes, she leans over the man and drops her axe then places the free hand above his wounds. "Yer not dyin' yet. Not on my watch." An ethereal glow appears in the gap, covering the wounds and then expanding to cover the entire form of the man, providing a shield around him. "Don't move. I will protect ye."

Lucky skitters up to the most wounded coyote, trying to keep himself free from melee with any of the other coyotes, while Tuuli, seeing a problem brewing with the horses, hops down from the cart (to the east) moving away from it and the horses a bit.
Static crackles around her as she looks back at the fight. “Good kitty.”
Lucky attempts to put a paw on the coyote, his own fur starting to crackle.

Walt exits the back of the wagon and positions himself on right side along the tree-line. Just then he see's Bendrak take a nasty bite from a coyote and fall prone. Walt shouts out an incantation in the druidic language and casts healing word on his friend. He then pulls out another magic stone from his pouch, this one a jagged hunk of granite, and hurls it at the coyote that attacked Bendrak.
