"But it wasn't our 80 gold stolen... It was the towns so protocol is different here..."
Gwen didn't see her brothers name but the noble symbol again. She took a deep breath.
"It could be him... Well I guess we should rest up soon. Tomorrow will be a rough day. I'll have to sneak you in the manor.. So you can talk to him. Of course I know you guys wanna fight that Hill Giant too. You guys love a good fight huh?"
Jess pays little heed to Robin calling her beautiful, or to the Jet brothers calling her ugly just minutes before. But she suddenly starts trembling as the adrenaline in her system dries up and everything comes crashing down on her. The Jet brothers had fought like demons truly, and things could have gone so poorly, and she was wounded, and everything was so close, could have gone one way or the other…
She realizes that she had made a mistake, calling out to Robin. She was just flustered and confused. The group had been seeking Robin to help against the Jet brothers, but that was accomplished now….
Awkwardly, she raises a hand in salute to him and calls out, “Errr, thanks for your support. Perhaps we will meet again, next time under better circumstances.”
"I suppose that is fair... Well here. Take the gold, you're going to help our town anyway." Gwen hands the gold back to Corvus.
"I'll help the people with whatever money I can."
Robin chuckles a little at Jess's flustered behavior.
"Those were brothers sure as hell were blind, because you're pretty damn cute. You all should think of joining me and my merry band! Hoho! Until we meet again!"
Robin gave a carefree wave as he began to dart off with a hardy laugh. Gwen walks up and places a hand on Jess's shoulder.
"Men.. Am I right? Well.. Not all men but you get my point."
Corvus stands there looking confused for a moment, before shrugging and re-tying the purse to his belt. Then he realizes something, "Hey, is anyone going to tie that one up?" He gestures to the younger brother. "Should search that one as well."
The little brother still awake stares at Corvus about "Searching him as well." He gives Corvus a side eye but decides since hey spared his brother to simply shrug it off.
"I've no money that was my brothers job. I just have my armor and weapons same as my brothers, he taught me how to fight after all."
Gwen sighed as she they began to take the bandits back (If the party is okay with this)
"Such skill and you could have helped others instead... So what's the plan now guys?"
Drezmir, now on his feet, blinks as if trying to clear up his vision. He stands there for a moment, as if trying to process everything that had just happened. After Gwyn moves away from him to deal with the coin purse and speak to Jess, he turns to Gilded.
"I have you to thank for waking up right?" He picks up his crossbow, which had fallen out of his hand when he was unconscious. "I wish I could have seen the rest of the fight, looks like you all did pretty well. Those brothers sure did put up a fight."
He gives Gwen another awkward glance before taking notice of the younger brother still standing. "So you got them to surrender too eh? Not bad."
When Gwen mentions the Hill Giant he pauses, "A good fight is always welcome, but perhaps we should hold off on that one until we are all at full strength. I don't think any of us were prepared for how difficult this battle was. The Giant can wait until after we speak to Simon."
He walks over to the younger brother, "I care little for coin, and less for looting. And...as Lady Gwen said, your skills could have been put to better use. Such gifts are meant to be used to help others, not just yourselves."He proceeds to tie the younger brother's hands behind his back, just tight enough that he can't get loose, but not so tight that it will hurt him. He will follow Gwen back.
Gilded looks at Drez with a serious face. " Of course I woke you up, You were very valiant standing in the face of that maniac with so little armor and light weapons. Iroas was happy to pass what little health I could to you. I have to admit that he did tell me to find better looking friends tho. Gilded breaks out in a large smile.
He then takes a first look at the weapons he got from the Jet brother. Investigation: crit 20
Drez smiles, giving Gilded a friendly shove, "Ouch! I guess I'd better grow some scales then. Would that be an improvement?" He laughs and hooks his crossbow back onto his belt as they walk back towards the town.
"I understand, rest comes first. I took quite the beating in that battle myself." The younger brother sighs at Drez's lecture before he seems to be lost in thought.. Until Jess taunts him.
"You ugly wench..! Had it been a head on fight it'd be you.. I didn't expect you to fight so dirty! I thought you were with the knights."
Shilow see's that the weapons.. The Scimatar,Dagger,Heavy crossbow are not really special. Well made but nothing unique behind them truly.
"Better looking friends?"
Gwen wrinkled her nose confused.
"Speaking objectively Drez is very hands- Well you know he's very.. Above average yes."
Gwen had "power walked to the town." For those who hadn't paid for a room? She had decided to pay for them.
"I got you guys some comfortable rooms. I can collect you're reward too if you guys are too tired. 24 gold pieces should be enough for 3 gold pieces for each of you. I told the bartender to send a servant for a meal for each of you tonight and a drink. You'll be needing it."
Jess dares to pat the younger Jet brother on the cheek. Doing so makes her feel braver. "Don't look at it as fighting dirty. Look at it more as giving you an honorable out to stay alive. Your life fluids, and your brother's, would have spilled onto the ground and dried up by now if I hadn't stopped the fight."
Jess will flop into bed in her tavern room and sink into the dark waters of slumber, but not before wedging the door with a chair and her pack, and arranging some loose utensils from her mess kit so that they will tumble and make noise if anyone opens her door.
"I'll pass on those," Corvus says to Gilded, "Weapons do nothing for me. Share them with those who need them." He as he walks past, a glint of steel once again shows within his sleeve. He makes his way to whatever room Gwen rented for him, and locks himself inside.
Drezmir continues in silence as they head to the tavern, unsure of what else to say. When they reach the tavern he hesitantly accepts the 3 gp from Gwen. "You have my thanks, Lady Gwen."
He hands over the younger brother, realizing she was going to escort the bandit to prison herself. With a small smile he says, "Well, until tomorrow then."
After the Lady knight leaves, Drez turns to Gilded, "I might be able to put that dagger to use, if you don't want it."

Corvus frowns, "Fine, but I'm keeping this armor." He unties the purse from his belt, and hands it to Gwen.

Once the brothers are secured, perhaps in order to get some of her mojo back, on the way back Jess will murmur into the younger Jet brother’s ear,
“Now didn’t I say you’d be begging us for mercy? You’re fortunate we have any to give.”
"I agree with Drezmir." Corvus as the half-elf proceeds to tie up the younger brother. He will follow the others to wherever Gwen is taking them.

As everyone is talking, Corvus will hand each of his comrades 10gp.
Drez smiles, giving Gilded a friendly shove, "Ouch! I guess I'd better grow some scales then. Would that be an improvement?" He laughs and hooks his crossbow back onto his belt as they walk back towards the town.
Gwen looks to Drez and nods.

OOC:
Want me to add the 10GP for everyone?
And the extra 3 GP as well ^^
(Jess can add her own $)
Jess dares to pat the younger Jet brother on the cheek. Doing so makes her feel braver. "Don't look at it as fighting dirty. Look at it more as giving you an honorable out to stay alive. Your life fluids, and your brother's, would have spilled onto the ground and dried up by now if I hadn't stopped the fight."
Gilded added his own gold as well. Added the weapons to my inventory as well.
" Does anyone need any weapons, I seem to be gathering a few?"
The brother looks at Jess and himself, looking to her grevious wounds before looking at himself who seems to be doing rather well.
"Ahh, I don't know about that girly. But I suppose I shouldn't of expected a fair fight out in these parts."
Gwen looks to Jess before grabbing the smaller Jet brother with the rope.
"He's just a sore loser, we can take him to a nice jail cell. You guys just focus on resting up."
OOC:
Unless anyone has any business they wanna do around town etc or interact we can long rest ^^
Jess will flop into bed in her tavern room and sink into the dark waters of slumber, but not before wedging the door with a chair and her pack, and arranging some loose utensils from her mess kit so that they will tumble and make noise if anyone opens her door.
Kocino looks at his knife and puts it away and his hands begin shaking again. Turning to Gilded, “I could use something with a little more punch.”
"I'll pass on those," Corvus says to Gilded, "Weapons do nothing for me. Share them with those who need them." He as he walks past, a glint of steel once again shows within his sleeve. He makes his way to whatever room Gwen rented for him, and locks himself inside.
