(Unsure of the layout, so I'll describe this as if the pursuer is an alleyway of some kind)
When Nagas approaches, they coordinate such that he comes from one side of the alley and Feloren from the other. As she sneaks up behind the pursuer, she has one hand ready on her sheathed rapier, and moves up to right behind them before leaning forward and whispering in their ear. "Can we help you?"
If the pursuer makes a move to escape, Feloren will move to try and block their escape from the alley. If the pursuer turns to attack, Feloren will also pull out her rapier.
(Not sure what roll would work here. Perhaps acrobatics to block their escape? 23
Nagas is just trying to keep the pursuer's gaze by spinning his trident in his hands and staring intently at the pursuer. Trying to give Feloren the upper hand if any strikes are to be made.
Nagas and Feloren, you corner the pursuer between you in an alley. As you approach, and move up behind her to whisper in her ear, she spins around to face Feloren. You see she is a young female human. She is clearly shocked you managed to get this close to her. "What... how? Who are you people? Why can't I see?" She keeps turning her head back and forth at each of you, looking at your faces intently. "I don't know how you snuck up on me, but I don't think you want to start anything here. We can all be on our ways and pretend this never happened. If not, I don't think you'll like the outcome." She pulls something you can't see well out of her belt, flicks it, and it elongates into a whip. (If you want to attack, roll for initiative.)
Ino, as you approach the bed and investigate the area, you notice a very thin gouge in the leg of the bed, as well as on the bottom the window. It seems like something very thin may have been used to climb up and through the window. Other than that, nobody notices anything.

Feloren rests a hand on her rapier but doesn't draw it. "Not looking to start anything. My friend and I were just wondering why you were following us. It's a straightforward question, give us a straightforward answer and we will be on our way."
She watches the other woman's response carefully, ready to draw her blade in an instant if it looks like she will attack, but also trying to detect any signs of deception.

"Well there is nothing magical and I am not sure how did this assassin slip past the guards to kill the council member"Witas looks to the others in the room "Has anyone found a clue?"
Ino gives a small 'Mhm,' pointing at the gouges on the window and the bed. "Told you. Someone used something to climb up the wall and through the window." He steps back so the other two can see. "Something thin, but I'm not sure what it would be."

"Well I have no idea what could have made these gouges. I am going to head outside and check to see if there are any foot prints or other clues beneath the window". Witas examines the surrounding area beneath the window.
"No force is needed, but I'm curious as to why you are interested in the killings so much as to follow a armed group of individuals." Nagas comes slightly closer, but stowing his Trident away to show a more friendly approach. "I'm also curious about your friends that were following us."
(Sorry, forgot the insight check) Her answer seems fairly honest, but there is definitely something off about it.
The window opens to the northwest.
Witas, you don't find any new clues.
Nagas, she quickly steps back as you walk toward her. "They are just my associates. Interested in the same things as me. Don't come any closer." She brandishes her whip.

Witas returns to the others. "I have found no new clues. I think we should head to the 2nd crime scene" He waits for the others before heading to the next crime scene.
Nagas glances to Feloren with a look of "be calm." "Our friends and us are trustworthy, and we can prove it. Is your group willing to do the same?" Nagas takes a step back.
"I suppose you are right Ino," Reygon replies, "But I haven't found anything either. I think Witas is right, let's move on to the next crime scene." Reygon will go back and ask the guards where the next crime scene is, then he will lead the others there.
