Kor - You peer over the edge of the well and see the surface of water about 10ft from the top, but no sign of a child. As you turn to face the dwarf, you feel both her hands slam into your back as she attempts to shove you in to the well!
Please make a DC 5 DEX Saving Throw to see if you can manage to keep from tumbling over the edge and into the water below!
All - You see Kor and the dwarven woman suddenly struggling at the edge of the well! Kor loses her balance and tries to catch herself by grabbing the stone wall of the well, but it crumbles under her weight, and she falls out of sight! The dwarven woman cackles and runs toward the ruins of the farmhouse. You see dark shapes detach themselves from the shadows within and step into the dim evening light. Four rough looking men and women of varying races with patchy armor and rusty weapons reveal themselves. A large half-orc man tosses a scimitar to the dwarven woman as he shouts to you all, "Weapons on the ground and hands in the air! Comply and die quick. Resist and die slowly."

Kor - You fall into the cold dark water below with a splash. You quickly right yourself and find that you can stand, the water coming up to about your armpits. Your pack is soaked and sagging to one side, and you think some of your belongings may have fallen out. I will roll 1d6 to determine what has fallen out:
Bedroll
Sledge Hammer
Grappling Hook
Handaxe
50ft of Hempen Rope
Mess Kit
Roll: 3
Your coil of hempen rope is somewhere in the dark water below you.
All - The dwarven woman stows the scimitar on her hip and picks up a crossbow and bolts hidden behind a pile of rubble. She'll then move back over to the well and aim it at Kor as she shouts, "She ain't lookin' too god boys! Ye better drop them weapons or you'll soon be joinin' 'er!"
Tok stays behind Felmar but when he sees the woman pointing the crossbow at Kor, Tok says
It's suddenly feeling a bit crowded
He begins reciting ancient and incredibly boring encantations and casts Sleep centered in the farmhouse such that it encompasses A, D, and C but not Kor
Putting to sleep 15 hp worth of creatures (oof bad roll)
Tok - The half-orc man's sneer melts from his face as his eyes roll back into his head and he drops to the ground in a deep sleep. You notice that this appears to be the same man you saw in the tavern the night before.
Bandit E is a human man with a long scraggly beard and bald head. He leans out of cover and fires a shot from his crossbow at Felmar. The bolt crumples harmlessly against his armor and falls to the ground. The man returns to cover with a curse.
Bandits B, C, D, and E all have half-cover (A target with half cover has a +2 bonus to AC and Dexterity saving throws).
ROUND 2
Doc is up! Followed by Bandit D, then Bandit A (Asleep).
Doc - The arrow hits and is enough to kill or knock the bandit unconscious. Would you like to describe what that looks like?
Bandit B is DEFEATED. I've added a red outline to her token.
Bandit D is a female half-elf with short brown hair and crooked teeth. She steps 5ft to the west and fires her crossbow at Doc before stepping 5ft east back into cover. The bolt whistles through the air and catches him in the meat of his left thigh for 4points of piercing damage.
Bandit A is snoring loudly atop a pile of splintered timbers.
Soaking wet and angry was a very familiar feeling for Kor. She gave a smile. "Just like the good ol' days then." She looks around the well, and begins to slowly prop herself up to walk up the wall, pushing up against the wall to maintain balance.
Athletics 19
With a grunt she reaches the top. "All right, who's ready for a beatin'?"
As the arrow flys through the air doc can see it is going to make its mark, from left to right the arrow penetrates the chest wall, causing almost immediate death. The bandit slumps forward leaning against the well with his head down, from the vantage point only bandit C can tell he is dead, anyone else thinks he is just taking cover. the arrow acting as a channel, the blood starts pooling in the dirt and has made a slick mud around the well.
All - Bandit C is a human man with an eye patch and red bandana. He leans out of cover and fires a crossbow bolt at Felmar and again the bolt fails to penetrate his armor.
Tok finishes his sleep incantations and looks up to find himself alone on the road
Wh.. Where'd everyone go?
He then sees the bald man (E) peering around wall, readying another move. He quickly casts Frostbite on the man and scurries to the west, looking for cover.
Frostbite Target: Bandit E Con Save DC 13 or take 1 cold damage and gain disadvantage on next weapon attack
Movement: West until he gains any amount of cover from the bandits, or his full movement west otherwise
Tok - You watch as frost suddenly covers the bandit's body, crawling quickly up his torso. He cries out and sluggishly tries to wipe the frost away. You're able to take cover in a bush four squares to the west. You have 3/4 cover from attacks that originate south of the bush.
Bandit E will pop out of cover and take a shot at Kor. Kor has 1/2 cover from this attack. The bolt slams into the rotting wood of the crossbar above the well, shattering it but missing Kor.

Do is going to limp 1 east and 2 south to try and get some cover, pissed looking down at the bolt that is sticking out from his thigh, he starts swearing under his breath. Doc nocks another arrow, this time bandit C is going to pay. Femlar is close to the flight path but doc is confident he can make the shot.
Doc - Your injured leg gives out briefly as you're trying to line up your shot causing it to miss low and to the right.
Bandit D will stand and use their action to deliver a heavy kick to the ribs of Bandit A, inflicting 1 point of damage and waking them from their magically induced sleep, "Wake the fook up ye damned fool! They're killin' us!"
Bandit A will stand with a curse and draw his scimitar as he sees Felmar rushing the farmhouse. He'll roar and stumble over to greet Felmar with his scimitar. Still groggy from his nap, his swing misses by a fair amount.
Kor is up! Followed by Bandit C, then Felmar. I'll post an updated map later tonight, but the only enemy to have moved is Bandit A, who moved one square NW to get within 5ft of Felmar.
Kor, now fully out of the well, sees the half-orc charge. Her eyes goes stark red as she lets out a bellowing war cry. "LET'S DANCE, MATEY." She rushes around the well to stand by Doc as she brandishes her mighty greataxe. "Lemme show you a proper wake-up call!"
Kor rushes to the well, looking in the well to see what the situation is as the crying dwarf continues to yell about her fallen child.
