(Seeby and the horse will have no issues! I will make a more substantial post later, but let me give you so ideas on directions you could go. You could go back north to the forest (but likely no towns there), there is a single large road going out southwest and northeast out of this town, and finally there are mountains south of you. You found the cow on the road northeast of here, so there might be someone out that way.)

Great! We'll explore towards northeast then, following the road.
Khessa rocks, scratches and caresses Seeby with one hand as they ride, but she still keeps her guard up, sharing with Aster and Song what she suspects: "Let us be careful! The village we occupied may well have been pillaged a long time ago... but the horses and the cow must have been recently dispersed, considering that the horses still had their harnesses and the cow alone probably would not have survived long. There must have been some more recent raiding around!"
Clara takes the lead on meditating the distribution of property to the refugees. She promises Khessa that as they begin to inhabit the homes, they will try to find more information about the area so everyone might at least understand where you've all ended up.
You travel Northeast, following along the road. After a couple of hours, you can make out a settlement up ahead. There's a wooden fence which surrounds a tall building on a hill. There's an apple orchard as well as a horse stable. This looks like a farm of some kind.
However, you don't see anyone out and about, which is odd for a farm in the middle of the day.
"Think this place was abandoned as well?" Song asks as she pulls up next to Khessa. "I don't see anybody. The windows all seem shut, so I can't tell if anyone is inside either."

"Let's get closer and try to look for traces here too..." Khessa suggests "There is even a horse stable... the probability that our horses escaped from here is not so remote. Maybe there was an attack recently".
The blonde arcane warrior first intends to check the land around the farm and look for any traces of attackers or fugitives...
Next, the tall adventuress will approach the building itself, at the very least to check for any signs of attack, or has an access point been left open, to continue the investigation inside…
About the farmhouse: the window shutters are all open, so you could look inside the house quite easily. The front door is closed, presumably locked. There are tracks that come from the far south leading up to the farmhouse's door. The tracks belong to medium-sized humanoids like yourself, but with bigger, wider feet. Perhaps hobgoblins or even orcs. You aren't sure how many.
As you get closer to the farmhouse, its not quiet at all. You hear the sounds of chatter. The language is deep, guttural, and completely unfamiliar to everyone in the party.

"Non-human footprints..." Khessa mutters to her companions "Non-human language... I think the raiders are still there this time. Which is good, so maybe we can free some prisoners - if they have any. Or at least, capture some of the raiders and force them to reveal their gang's hideout to us. Let's get closer, try to surprise them and when only one or two are left alive, we try to capture them".
The blonde arcane warrior ties the horses possibly on a windowless side, or at least in a place as out of sight as possible. She tries to house Seeby partially in the backpack (with her body in the backpack, but her head poking outside, perhaps) so that the puppy doesn't get into trouble. If the last Unseen Servant that she summoned is gone, she summons another one, so that she can use it in case of need.
Then the tall adventuress leads the others to a window. If the window opens into an occupied room, she sends the Unseen Servant to knock at an opposite window and, as soon as the raiders watch there, she tries to enter quickly from her window for a surprise attack. If the room is empty, she tries to have Aster (who should be the most skilled in the group at stealth work) open it silently.
(I think your previous Unseen Servant should still be in play, so we'll keep it here. I also think it can go through walls, maybe? I'm not sure, but we will say the window is cracked open for the sake of it going into the window for you.)
Seeby obeys, but mewls sadly. Someday soon, she should be able to join in combat! The room has 3 orcs in it. There isn't a window opposite, but there are adjoining rooms, so the unseen servant glides inside and knocks in one of those rooms, creating the desired distraction. They will be surprised! Roll for initiative!
Orc A, B, C 1567 Song Aster
(They will still be surprised until they have been alerted to your presence. So you may choose to have Khessa or another ally launch the first attack if the orcs somehow all roll higher than ALL of you.)

(OOC: Going through walls I think not... I was hoping to be able to have him walk the perimeter... but oh, well, the cracked windows solves things nicely! Thank you! And as for Seeby... I am meowing sadly with her! Can't wait to have her at my side - but having her at my back it's still incredibly cool!)
As soon as the orcs are distracted, Khessa leaps in through the window, Cabbage Patch Avenger already gripped in both hands, and brings it down towards the back of the nearest orc's neck like a giant butcher's cleaver.
(OOC: Khessa is the first in initiative order, so now that the surprise attack has been made, she can take her turn for the first non-surprise round, right? If the orc hit is still alive, Khessa tries to finish it off, otherwise directs Cabbage Patch Avenger against the next one)
While on her back Seeby, not wanting to feel entirely left out of the action, hisses menacingly to intimidate the enemies, the blonde arcane warrior uses the momentum of the first blow to swing her magical blade into a new slash!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(sorry COVID, I swear the fates know when I'm trying to have fun. I'm going to do something crazy for this fight so you have more intel for making your posts -- I'm going to just show the HP and AC of these enemies. Khessa Orc A (HP3/15, AC 13) Song (HP35/35, AC 14) Orc B (HP15/15, AC 13) Orc C (HP15/15, AC 13) Aster (HP26/26, AC 14, note: disadvantage on attacks he makes currently due to sunlight sensitivity) ----
Khessa nearly kills the first orc, but the second attack doesn't quite land when the orc suddenly spins and narrowly dodges her attack. He reacts by swinging his greataxe toward her! (Attack: 20 Damage: 5)

Khessa's finger quickly dance, while she mutters a short esoteric phrase, and then the orc's heavy blade clashes violently against an invisible... and unbreakable barrier.
Song takes advantage of this to enter the window in his turn and lower his morning star onto the back of the already wounded orc!
Khessa (has shield up) Orc A (HP3/15, AC 13) Song (HP35/35, AC 14) Orc B (HP15/15, AC 13) Orc C (HP15/15, AC 13) Aster (HP26/26, AC 14, note: disadvantage on attacks he makes currently due to sunlight sensitivity) ----
Orc B growls and comes up toward Khessa, not yet realizing her magical shield is still shimmering its protection! (Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.)
Orc C turns his attention toward Song, not realizing Aster is by the window too. (Attack: 10 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.)
Aster's up! If he passes a Stealth Check of 10, he will get advantage on whichever orc he goes after.
