"Kasem, we know you've been getting the Xungoons and the Tyenmo to fight! Give it up and we'll find a way to work this out for everyone!"

Some of the folks take notice, looking over when Mialee shouts, and a few pointing at Kasem scrambling.

Mialee would like to quickly examine the walls of the tent. If she cut them up as Kasem tried to escape through them, would that be a way to catch Kasem and hold him in the folds of canvas for a bit?

Mialee judges that it would be tough, the tent looks to be a fairly durable canvas, and not likely to come collapsing down even in part with a single slash, as they are intended to be semi-permanent structures that many hundreds of Market patrons come in and out of each night. While it might be possible, the amount of slashing needed to trap Kasem would have to be very well placed and well timed.

((I'll say a slashing attack on the tent at 20 to hit would result in him being hindered, at 25+ to hit, he's fully trapped in the folds.))
