"I am called Qitru, and I serve at the pleasure of Vocath the mercane, Hero of Fyreen, Lord of the Fifth Moon of En, Judge Supreme of the Arena of Blood," the rider replies. "My lord simply wishes to reward the human, as promised, for services rendered. I confess I do not understand the degree of my employer's interest in the creature, to have committed so many of his assets in this system to his extraction, but I follow my lord's orders without question."
Turning to Eris, she continues, "Come now, our agents confirmed that he was sent aboard this vessel, and that he completed, shall we call it, 'his mission'? Why risk your lives in this lie to protect a traitor? I assume you must have discovered his deception by now. I'm afraid I must demand that you hand over the human to me immediately." Qitru shifts her weight and tightens her grip on the reigns in such a way that somehow draws you attention to the extremely sharp-looking horn of her mount.
(As far as Da'Kal can tell, she's being entirely sincere.)
Princess looks at the threatening messenger and laughs heartily. “Oi ye bleedin idjit. Wot ye ken we oodwinkin ye? Ye ken we wnt is azurness all red faced n us de pidgins? We ain’t gotcher idjit ere. E left de boat cycles ago.”

Princess keeps an eye on Eris, the girl had taken Mikens betrayal pretty hard especially on the heels of that poor cook dying, she didn’t need a misinformed hard-case giving Eris any grief.

Icarus will use his free action to better understand the shark-like creature
Nature: 5
History: 23
Bonus Action: Bladesong
Action: Cast - Tasha's Mind Whip INT DC 14 Save for Half. NOTE: On a fail the target takes 8 psychic damage, and it can’t take a reaction until the end of its next turn. Moreover, on its next turn, it must choose whether it gets a move, an action, or a bonus action; it gets only one of the three. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and suffers none of the spell’s other effects.

Da'Kal shouts *RAAAA!!*
Bonus Action Rage
She charges into melee with the rider and swings her battleaxe!
slash! Attack: 8 Damage: 15
@Slasher Feat:
Once per turn when you hit a creature with an attack that deals slashing damage, you can reduce the speed of the target by 10 feet until the start of your next turn.
When you score a critical hit that deals slashing damage to a creature, you grievously wound it. Until the start of your next turn, the target has disadvantage on all attack rolls.

Da'Kal swings a mighty blow with her battleaxe… which misses completely. Eris's lightning, on the other hand, finds its mark!
Icarus recalls reading about star lancers. They are apparently the reincarnation of worshippers of a dead god, and are fond of the githyanki, who found them in a vast cavern deep in the innards of the dead god's astral corpse. Natural ambush predators, they have the ability to become invisible, which they also extend to the gith they allow to ride them. [More mechanically, they're technically Celestials, and as such resistant to radiant damage.]
