Ismark frowns but nods as he gets up from his table.

Patch talks Ismark over to a corner of the room away from the others, she looks at Ismark for a second before continueing  "hay, I'm sorry about the trouble we've caused you, the jokes and fighting n all that"

Ismark simply nodded as he crossed his arms. "It seems that you have trouble a on your companions that need to be dealt with."

"ya, we've got some things to work out"

"If you want a chance to leave here then I would quickly fix it."

OOC:wait what the heck does he mean

He means that if you guys could find a way to leave you would need to fix the problems amongst yourselves to even a have chance.

"ya, we've got a lot to work, I was hoping that, Petrov guy would leave us when we got here but it doesn't seem like it's going that way"

"If that is your wish then simpky leave nim when he is not paying attention. But if he is good in a fight then it may be worth keeping him around for a time.

”hmm, I guess, I’m truth if I wanted him to leave I’d have to convince the others, Madrick wouldn’t try and be mean to someone and Joye would try and let him off easy, ehh, it’s fine for now, he’s not the worst”

Matrick is looking over Petrov at the table "Sorry about that, I do hope you can see the necessity of my actions." Matrick sits down across from him "Maybe things would be less tense with some trust. I am Matrick, as you know. And among other problems am trapped in a foreign land with little to no leads on how to find my way back home. Might you be from this land?"

Ismark nods as he looks back to the inn. "Here any help is good help s long as it does not become something you will regret."

"Technically, I wasn't born here, but I came here when I was about 2 years old. When I was young, I had many jobs, including but not limited to ratcatching, small-scale turnip farming, and town guard duty. My shining moment probably was the time I saved a child from the three witches. Ever since that day, my purpose has been general heroism. I don't really understand why people are hostile to me, but I can't tell people what to think."

Joye gives Petrov a wide smile You seem to have a bit of a one ups man complex Petrov. Someone has a story, you seem compelled to tell a greater story in front of them to show off. For the most part i don't care if that's true or not, But patch, well she doesn't always trust people to quickly at times and you may have rubbed her the wrong way. In general, most people don't like it when someone always seems to have some story or quirk or what have you and they have to be loud about and make themselves seem greater then others, even if they are. 

Joye takes a long drink of wine. *ah* In short, try a little humility from time to time. It will go along way in making friends. Or don't, either way its up to you.

Matrick, still mildly annoyed at being put into the role of peace-keper sips some wine and states "I know little about you, my judgement is that you are quick to anger and probably too reckless. But we all have faults" Matrick smiles at Petrov "the important thing is that we're good people and strive to be better than we were yesterday. And you sound like you're good to me." Matrick holds out his hand "As the  one who normally is forced to do this sort of thing, I formally welcome you to join us on our way out of Barovia."

Matrick counts all 11 times he's been forced to take on or work out arrangements with fellows met on adventures. That lizard shaman in the swamp, the flamboyant princling who got a tad too close to Rich, the gloom death priest, they met tailing the ghost, that Joye refused to leave alone until she smiled......

Snapping out of it, Matrick looks at Joye, seeing his chance "I'm sorry, are you actually telling someone to not tell an interesting story? I thought they were your 4th favorite thing. You know on your list of Joy?" Matrick smiles innocently at her

Patch snickers a little "oh god the princling, talking to her WAS the worst, honestly how did we end up working with them" 

"I believe it was an owlbear den found on the royal hunting grounds. Or some similar issue." Matrick holds up a glass of wine for Patch and Ismark as they return

It's not the story, it's how you tell it.  You have loads of good story's Petrov, you just need to work  on your...presentation. Yes, that the word. Welcome to our dysfunctional family. Joye raises her glass A toast! To Us!

Ismark takes his wine and downs the glass before moving to give one to Ireena who drinks it with much more grace and caution.
